Joe Castro’s plumbing was outstanding. During the freeze, our hot water heater went out (unrelated to the weather), and even though the roads weren’t safe for driving, they got on the phone with me and asked for photos and walked me through a temporary effort to fix it and when that didn’t work, showed me how to shut it completely down to prevent issues. The next morning, as soon as the roads thawed, they were at the door and replaced it immediately and at a fair price. I highly recommend them for their service and their demonstration that they genuinely care about the customer’s problem. 5 stars, and if I could put 6, I would!

We had a leakage issue with our outside water taps. The unit was to fill the pool and a separate one for watering the garden. The technician came - he was very polite- knowledgeable. Unfortunately, we had to replace the defective unit with a new one. The new one is much better - it’s a single unit - easy to use.

The most honest and amazing customer service! Joe’s guys came out to do a job, gave an estimate and started working. They spent about 1 hour at our house when they realized that additional work is required because of space constraints. They explained everything to me and let me make a choice to move forward with additional work and cost or they would just put everything back and not charge for the visit! We decided not to move forward at the time and Joe followed up with a new quote for me to use when I am ready. This is incredible customer service! The prices are also very reasonable. Just a great company and great customer service!

Excellent service! They were able to fit me into a busy schedule right away and David, the plumber who came, was particularly helpful with information on my plumbing system with tips on saving $ and good maintenance advice going forward! I learned so much from him and he kept me from making several costly mistakes in the future!

Very quick service
from the booking to repair. Ive been using Joe Castro for several things, ie. New sink faucet install, toilet repair, natural gas fitting for portable generator attachment, and each time they get the job done fast and properly. A few times I was not charged for the service which was the cherry on top. I recommend this company.

I received an estimate for replacing my kitchen faucet and several bathroom fixtures, and David and David were able to start and complete the work the next day. They were friendly and professional, and I'm pleased with the work they did.

I had a very stopped up sink and a shower fixture which needed a thermo cartridge replaced. I had tried another plumbing company which couldn't figure out how to disassemble the shower fixture. Joe Castro plumbing arrived on time and had no problems taking care of my plumbing problems. Very professional and I would highly recommend them.

It is now July16th 2024. I discovered a leaking tankless water heater in my attic and had to get it taken care of. Once again I called Joe Castro Plumbing and made an appointment. They showed up on time, inspected my tankless heaters (I have 2) and I decided to have them replaced.

On July 15th, both heaters were replaced and they even had roofers with them to inspect my roof and seal the new ventilation stacks. It was alot of work but after all was said and done it was a thing of beauty.

Jason and his crew were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I give them 5 starts once again!

We had a leak under ground outside our house. I called the company based on reviews from the Next Door app. The man and his workers came out on time. They found the problem and fixed it. The work was very professional.and friendly.
They filled in the hole and even replaced the flagstone that was on top, which I did not expect. The price was very reasonable, I have paid a lot more for a lot less work. I recommend this company highly.

My plumber retired and I have been looking for a new guy. I have tried half a dozen and they stunk. Wouldn’t come when they said or work quality was bad. Then I used Joe Castro Plumbing. First job was replace all my valves. Great work then did all the plumbing for a whole master bath remodel. New tub, valves, facets, shower pan, fixtures etc. turned out great. Crew cleaned up and friendly. Joey is now my guy. Highly recommended.

Jason came to our house because we had a leak. He was there almost 2 hours searching for the leak. He was very thorough but couldn’t find water leak. Showed up on time, very polite and courtesy!

These guys knocked it out of the park for my company!! We needed to replace a water faucet in our break room and the showed up early to the appointment and evaluated the situation and gave me options at a reasonable price and finished the job in the same day. I thought with all the 5 star ratings I couldn't miss. Unfortunately, not what happened. They did not show up in the window given and I had to call them to find out they were going to be late. When the arrived they threw out a number double what I was looking expecting. With zero new parts installed the number came out about $10/minute. I didn't want to take time off again to use another contractor so I paid but will not be using them again

Action Generators used them as a contractor to help install my home generator. They were very pleasant and prepared for the install. They even offered to ensure my hot water heater pool it was working properly as they had to shut off the gas for a quick bit. I now have their contact info for the future. Great job. Thank you.

I have used Joe Castro Plumbing in the past with excellent results. Now I had a major project; replacing two tank water heaters with two tankless heaters. The project could not have been done any better. There were at least six people in and out; including plumbers and roofers. It was a like a perfectly conducted symphony. The job was completed in one day…absolute perfection!!!! I would highly recommend Joe Castro Plumbing for any job, big or small.

Had an issue with a clogged pipe. Called them as soon as they open after reading great reviews. Got an appointment the same day. It was worth the wait, I don’t like big name companies. I will definitely use this company again. No up sales, professional and polite. The issue was solved, no hassle done correctly. Thank you. Glad to do business with honest local companies.

Decided to call Castro plumbing Wednesday to get a quote very satisfied I did. Thanks to Martin and Riley for coming out and installing a water heater. They did a detailed, clean and thorough job. I would definitely recommend giving Joe Castro plumbing a call quality work and fair pricing.

Our repair was done earlier this year. There was a break in our sewer line. At their first visit they were very helpful, even when we hadn't yet agreed to be customers. Their estimate was also the most competitive but, if it's important to you, they warranty their work for much less time compared to other plumbing companies.

Jason was able to come out on short notice to check out a possible gas leak and was very professional! He was super knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would definitely call back.
