Plumbing reviews in Spring, Texas

George was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained things other plumbers failed to see. Also was fair with repair costs. Will call him again for future plumbing needs.

George answered our call and was here in 20 minutes after 10 pm on a Friday night! He was fast, friendly and efficient! No one else responded to our calls for help...we’re so thankful to J & G! They have a new, lifelong customer!

Very rude and disrespectful people. Lady that answering the phones and Jay. Installed tanks water heaters and having a problem with one area to get hot water and that’s the master bathroom area most important part of the house. They keep sending someone that doesn’t know what he’s doing. Also, saying they are not familiar with this new technology. Which is ridiculous because you should know what you’re selling a customer. Still waiting for them to take care of problem.

Our kitchen faucet needed replaced. They were able to send help that morning. The technicians were polite and friendly. The price was reasonable, very pleased! Definitely would recommend their services.

O was the 2020 homevestors newcomer of the year. I do houses on a daily basis I was fortunate enough to have george who is trustworthy and attentive to take care of any situation pop up I can say George has done an incredible job as a plumber and has turned into a dear friend.

They rebuilt 3-toilets due to deteriorating parts. Scope: change fill valves, supply line, toilet gaskets and wall shut-off valve. I could have done this myself, however the parts were corroded/deteriorated due to local hard water. Essentially they had to saw-off several parts - plus I didn't have the proper tools nor the patience. The service was very professional with 'very' reasonable rates. I recommend!

Glad I called J and G. Called them at like 5 pm on a Friday evening had someone at my door at 5:45. Done and out the door by 6:30. Friendly , honest. Good price for an emergency ASAP call for the work that needed to be done.

I cannot thank you all enough for helping us out after we had pipes bust during the freeze. The guys that came were knowledgeable and quick. They explained what they did and didn't give a Houston freeze pricing. I heard horror stories but you all are now my forever go to for plumbing.
Thank you again!🥰

George and Jesse were so polite, down-to-earth, (loved the plumber stories - hilarious & even made me feel better about my own situation, lol) and let's not forget...fast! After a mishap with some feminine products and toddler toilet paper parties, I had things backing up left and right simultaneously and a pool of you know what forming in my master shower.. ugh :-/

I called J&G, George answered & gave me some immediate instructions and took my address, and within an hour and a half - they arrived and had my lines cleared! Woohoo!

Not cheap - but nothing about plumbing usually is. I have no qualms and highly recommend! I will definitely call them again when needed!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY !!!!! I used them to change my plumbing to all PEX (Referred by my agent associate). My kitchen faucet didn’t have good pressure and they not only ruined my dual shower head (bc pressure doesn’t work at all on one of them) but they have ignored my calls to come back and repair it. George, the owner, said he’ll be back since he needed to order a part and GHOSTED all my calls and texts ! Unprofessional, unreliable, unresponsive and unethical. I spent thousands and feel scammed !!!!

George is wonderful! I called J and G to fix a mistake that Abacus create when they got there high tension cable stuck on a fitting and busted 4 foot if my sewer line. From now on I will call the best plumbers by far. J AND G Plumbing .

Fast, friendly, and affordable. Beat the prices of both JD Plumbing and Mr. Rooter. The guys were in and out in 20 minutes capping off a line that had a gas leak. The guys were good humored and worth a few chuckles as well. Would definitely call again.

Absolutely amazing! Came out within an hour to convert my gas line so I could hook up my dryer and price was very reasonable. He even helped me bring my dryer in and hook it up!. I will be using this company again 100% and highly recommend.

I've used them for 3 years. Cheapest quotes for water heater, kitchen faucet, bathtub drain replacement, and toilet repair. I called around for each job and they were the most reasonable with great quality service. Honest and friendly plumbers.

Based on the reviews and location, I called this company when I needed a gas valve replaced. It was leaking and I needed my gas back on the same day. George said he could have someone out that day and it would be $150. Much cheaper than other companies, which quoted $600-$900. He said replacement would be $200-$250!?! When I told him George said $150 he called to confirm and George said he thought I wanted the line capped .... they ended up charging $250, and I went with it cause it was still cheaper than the other quotes. His plumber came out, cut into my wall, replaced the valve. Said he didn’t need to run a test on the line otherwise he wouldn’t have done it right. A couple days later the temperatures dropped, I turned on the fire place, and the gas flow obviously wasn’t right. My flame is very small. I called George to let him know and ask what would cause the problem. He said since the leak is fixed the gas flow should be more. Exactly my point. He said someone could come out the next day to look at it. Not only didn’t they show, but he’s not answering texts or calls suddenly.

Super friendly guys. They sent a guy out for free to inspect my situation and give me a price on what I wanted. The cash discounts are incredible. They are very thorough an professional. They did everything step by step and were very careful, testing everything and never cutting any corners. These guys are my go-to plumbers for sure.

J&G Plumbing is the most professional and caring plumbing services in Houston! My 77 yr old grandmother had an emergency plumbing issue at the home I built for her. George arrived in 15 minutes and fixed the issue within a few hours. George understood my grandmother is on a fixed budget and offered us a fantastic price!!! I want people to know you cannot find a better plumber in Houston who operates with integrity and pride in their work.

Can't say enough good things about them. Emergency or just something you have to get done. I've used them for 4 years and always get a quick response and great service. The number is saved in my contacts and it's the only plumber I'll call as long as I live here.

Hey I love J & G Plumbing Services, due to the fact they are open 24 hours a day. Excellent service to call. The technician knew exactly what the problem was. Thank you for serving our Community.❤️‍🩹❤️

Quick, reliable, honest, fair pricing.

Was quoted $399 for a "difficult job" by another plumber.

J&G came put and completed the job in 20 minutes. Was given a receipt and they accepted credit cards.

Keep up the great work.

These guys are the best! They responded to my text message after midnight on Christmas Eve, and they were at our house the next morning. They fixed our leak and got our water back on the morning of Christmas, and the price was super reasonable. I highly recommend using J & G Plumbing!
