I can't say enough good things about AL Rooter Plumbing. Honest, timely, good communication. They were fast, friendly and professional. The cleaning process was perfect, and their work looked neat and clean as well.

My wife and I needed to replace a gas water heater, and replace some shower hardware. Here is a list of things we experienced. Ranking them 2-3 stars, however the gentleman doing most of the work on the second day by himself deserves credit!

1.Didn’t have the right materials to begin with and had to leave for the night just 1.5 hours after arriving.
2. We Lost water for over 25 hours in the process
3. Broke the shower cartridge and had to purchase a different non matching set (pfister cartridge not in stock)
4. Drain valve hose on water heater was loose, and water was dripping through hallway ceiling light fixture
5. Showing up later than specified
6. Slow pace
7. Put a hole in ceiling (repaired and painted, but can still see where it was)
8. Service manager was clueless and still adding charges that the service guy said were going to be removed. Also, he came into master bathroom and started taking pictures of my sink (which is the work that I did).

Better prices than the bigger companies, but comes with a little extra
