I called on a weekend with an urgent issue and the AL Rooter was onsite within hours. I appreciated that the plumber on site gave me options with pricing for how they could diagnose. He started with a simplest/cheapest option. Unfortunately the camera was needed, and I’m glad to have a plumber that can use the latest tools to diagnose the problem. Turns out it was tree roots in the drain under the slab. They had a quote to fix right then, and didn’t charge me for the camera or snaking they had attempted (many plumbers would have). They had the crew digging up pipes within 24 hours, working late into night. They gave me updates on site, were polite and friendly. I didn’t shop around much, so I don’t know how the pricing compares. But I do know that I couldn’t have asked for a faster, higher quality level of service.

I would absolutely recommend AL Rooter and will call them with future plumbing issues.

I thought everything went well timely and professional. What I was not pleased with was the quality of the replacement faucet. But my problem was repaired and that was the job to be done. So overall I was pleased with the service.

The installed a home shut off valve. They are very professional and showed up on time. They are completely transparent and give detailed estimates and are reasonably priced compared to others.

Amazing work done , I have really bad kitchen drain that i spent too much $$ getting chemical and drain solvents but didnt work keep clogging again and again until Ramez helped with their hydro Jetting system that cleaned up the drain like new !! Carlos replaced parts of the bathtub faucet. Our house was built in 1950, and the bathtub is an old, cast iron model. He accomplished the task well, and he left everything very neat. He was polite and efficient.

The first technician who came out was great to talk to, but when they returned two days later, everything they had overcharged me for was done incorrectly.

Initially, the technician quoted me $340 for a new airline for the dishwasher. I questioned whether simply cleaning the drain line would solve the issue, but he insisted that a new airline was necessary and that was the cost to fix it. However, when the technician returned, all he did was clean the drain line and then claimed that the price was the same whether they replaced the airline or just cleaned it— which is completely absurd.

Additionally, I asked to replace my sink with the same model we currently had, and the technician assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. Yet, the replacement they installed was not the same sink we had shown them.

When I originally booked the appointment, the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and pleasant. However, when I needed support, I could only get in touch with the technician instead.

Fortunately, they did fix my toilet, but at a steep cost of $250— the least they could do considering everything else. I’ve learned my lesson to shop around before hiring a plumbing service. I will make sure to warn others never to use AL Rooter Plumbing, as they are by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with

Technician was great! Worked with me on pricing, came right out and quick installation. He even took care of some things under the sink that I didn’t even know was an issue but will be helpful in the long run. Highly recommend AL Rooter Plumbing!
