This past week we were in need of two new hot water heaters and our neighbors gave us Robert’s name and number. From the point of contact to coming over to check them out, to the installation a few days later everything was super easy, professional and highly recommend C&R Plumbing Services.

C&R just completed the second major project for me. This one was replacing 60’ of sewer line and the first project was replacing two water heaters. Both were completed with quality technicians that were very professional and personable. C&R is a smaller company so occasionally may run into manpower issues. For my sewer replacement, it would have been nice if C&R could have brought in an extra man or two, but everything worked out very well. In all fairness, my ground was hard clay that was liking digging in cement so it took 5 days rather than 3. Still, it was a great job and C&R made it a success at a very fair price. We will use C&R again and recommend them to anyone.

Very prompt response and timely service but way overpriced. Charged me $250 for a simple fix including parts that took 5 minutes and the part was less than $10 at home depot

Notified them I needed repair on work they completed and they sent someone to confirm. They said they needed to order the parts and after numerous missed appointments and phone calls still waiting. They no loner answer my calls, text or emails.

I have used Cypress plumbing a couple times now. I gotta say Mike, Evan and the others who helped with my hot water tank and attic piping were polite, professional and most of all arrived on time. Highly recommend.

WoW! Contacted Michael of Cypress Plumbing early (7:00 am) with unknown water heater issue. Fit me in, arrived at my home by 10:00 am. Quickly assessed issue, which was still under warranty. Michael was immediately on phone w/company to advocate and resolve part issue on behalf of my family. Parts shipped overnight, Michael returned next day to install and make sure we had hot water again. Extremely accommodating. Thank you so much.

Nicholas was prompt, friendly, polite. My toilet power flush had failed to operate. He initiated and handled a call to the manufacturer and got the unit covered under the one year warranty. I asked him to replace the toilet shut-off valves which he did in a timely manner. I appreciate the responsiveness of their service and the notifications regarding arrival of the plumber. I am a repeat customer and will be using their services to replace my outdoor faucets which are difficult to use with arthritic hands. I recommend JD Precision Plumbing Services.

Plumbing tech arrived on time and fixed my issues. He quoted me the wrong price for unclogging a drain, which was 40% higher than quoted. He then tried to take my payment before he was finished working and before I confirmed his work was done properly. He also didn't inform me until after he requested my credit card and he tried to charge the payment on my credit card that there was a 3% credit card processing fee. I opted to write a check as this is not acceptable-charge card fees should be included in the cost of doing business....Overall, they are overpriced, lack communication, and do not have very good customer service. I would only use them again if there was an emergency and no one could come out.

What a long hard working day my guy had. Another fellow came for one of the jobs to be done. They were phenomenal! What a wonderful hard working couple of guys were at my home today. So grateful for them!

Michael was very thorough in his inspection of the property. His recommendations for repairs were well thought out and made sense. He did not try to oversell any services or extra work. The repairs were done efficiently and effectively without any delays.

I have met 2 professionals of JD since buying a service contract with them approx. 3 years ago. Both gentlemen were very polite and professional. Both descaled the tankless hot water heater. Both checked the drains. The first time I was advised my drains were clear no other service needed. He tried to sell me a water purifying system. This second time I was told all my drains were clear except one. The one wasn't clogged but looked rough he said. I was offered a hydro jet service to clean it at a 1000.00 price. This was a shock to me and not within my budget range.
At the beginning 3 years ago, I was sold a 500.00/ 5 year service contract. I thought some services were included in the contract like maintaining the drains but I have found out it only includes inspecting the drains. I paid that 500 for peace of mind that I wouldn't have to worry about clogs but I evidently did not understand correctly. I thought I was paying for the service in advance to keep my drains clear, take care of the tankless hot water heater as well as receive 20% off parts and or supplies but I was wrong. I do not recommend purchasing the membership and it has not been a budget friendly experience.

This was my first time using JD Precision Plumbing and I will use them again. My call was answered immediately by a live person and not an auto attendant. She was friendly and arranged for a 4 hour window the next day, even though it wasn't an emergency. The plumber, David, was on time, courteous and fixed the issue promptly. I have nothing negative to say for any part of this order.
