We have used JD plumbing several times. All the techs are professional, punctual, and do a great job. But I have to brag on Whun he goes above and beyond, and has the best eyes and a warming smile!

Michael was the best person we could’ve asked for, very informative and transparent during the quote process and performed an amazing job on our water heater install!

JD was also more competitive on price than others. We will be calling Michael should we need him again!

In each case, their technician turned up on time, was so courteous and friendly that I came to think of him as a friend/son and my wife even tried to feed him.

Harley was awesome and did a fantastic job repairing our shower leak.

Responded quickly. Gave all the options and explained in detail. Completed a potentially 2 day job in one day (had to replace toilet flange which involved breaking concrete, swapping and rebuilding)
Cleaned everything. Except for the fresh concrete didn't look like any work was done
Jacob was very friendly and professional. Would definitely hire again.

JD Precision Plumbing came out to our new home to help us deal with some issues. They quickly assessed the issues and provided an estimate to correct/fix the problems. They were very responsive, courteous and professional. They performed all the work the next day and left us with the peace of mind that all of the issues had been resolved. I would definitely recommend them.

Nick came out this morning to help clear out a blocked sewer line. He quickly identified the problem and gave us a couple options. We chose to go ahead and replace that part of the line and although the job was trickier than anticipated because of poor setup when the home was built, Nick remained pleasant and made sure the work was done correctly. Really enjoyed his honesty and the quality of the work. We will be using JD Precision for all plumbing needs in the future!

Jacob, my technician, was on time. Courteous. Professional. As well as explaining all my needs, and possible future issues, in a easy to understand delivery. He cleaned up after himself, and completed the job expeditiously without any diversions.

We hired JD Precision Plumbing Services to replace 2 old gas water heaters and install an "on demand" system. The installation was flawless. The technician (Devon) and his assistant were very professional and wore protective equipment. They were very mindful of keeping safe distances. The work area was left clean and the new installation is very neatly laid out.

We have used JD Precision Plumbing for years and have always found them to be reliable, knowledgeable, friendly and professional in every way. We recently needed to replace an old gas hot water heater. Their tech Asa arrived, went over why we needed to replace it, explained how he would remove and replace the old. The price was reasonable. He did it in a timely manner with obvious knowledge and expertise. The office checked in both before and after to check with our satisfaction. Great teamwork! We always recommend them.

Ryan arrived on time and was friendly as well as professional. My husband was having a hard time lighting the pilot light on our hot water heater. Ryan found the problem. Explained that it was a problem with a part that was recalled and then fixed it and advised us of next steps to keep it from happening again. He was calm and quick with the repair. Overall, he did a fantastic job.

Our experience with JD Precision Plumbing was very positive. Chase was the technician who came to our home and investigated the water leak problem we were having. He made repairs to the plumbing system that seem effective in stopping the leak. He was very professional and courteous, and has kept us informed regarding some follow-up work that is yet to be done (tile repair, etc.)
