Service call on a rental property over the weekend for a hot water heater not working. Was told over the phone the $100 weekend callout fee which was completely fine. Kevin diagnosed the issue as electrical with the breaker and not the actual water heater. Was told over the phone final bill was $244, which I assumed included the $100 weekend fee. It did not, the actual final bill was $344. Service tech needs to provide better clarity on what's actually being charged.

I wanted to replace my water heater and have a flood stop installed. Zach provided me with several options explaining each thoroughly. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would recommend JD Precision Plumbing and I will be using them for my future plumbing needs.

Thank goodness we found JD Precision Plumbing. A few years ago we had a propane line issue and the first plumbers not only took the copper regulator off and kept it but used pex sticking up 4 feet exposed - dangerous and not even close to code. I called JD Plumbing to fix the mess they left me with. They came, fixed it to code and did two other jobs as well.
This time, I called for a leak and they immediately got me on the schedule coming just a few hours after I called. Plumber Nicholas Smith came this time and he was an absolute joy and a jewel. The son of a teacher I had worked with and grew up just around corner - he felt like family. He was professional, kind, polite and knowledgeable. He fixed the leak and checked out the other feed just in case. The price was very reasonable and worth every cent. I would recommend JD Plumbing to anyone but especially for those looking to support our local businesses. Thanks to Nicholas and JD Plumbing for taking such good care of us.

Great experience with JD! From the initial call, the email with information about our tech and Steven the tech who took our urgent call on Sunday, it was all wonderful! Steven was very polite, assessed our damage quickly and very calmly walked us through what we would need and was very straightforward with us which I very much appreciated! He fixed our problem fast and was very clean! We would absolutely recommend JD and will use them again the next time we need a plumber!!

Andrew came out today and diagnosed our water heater problem. He stayed until I was satisfied about the issue I brought up. Would definitely recommend and use Andrew with any future issue or new plumbing work.

Plumber Quinn was very detailed and explained everything clearly. Shared pictures as he was diagnosing the issue and gave a detailed explanation of what to expect during and after the service.

This company is very professional. I got a phone call when they were on their way and I even got a phone call when they were running late due to traffic. Sam was very thorough when installing my two faucets and made sure that I was happy with the end result. He cleaned everything up and was very respectful. The cost was somewhat reasonable for plumbing services. Not the cheapest but, definitely, not the most expensive I have ever seen. They showed me exactly how much everything was going to be so I could make an informed decision. I don't mind paying a little more for professional work and that is exactly what I got with Sam so I am happy. I will definitely use them again if necessary.

UPDATE: Months later, I now needed a new toilet so decided to call JD Precision again. I also had a coupon. They quickly had it fixed in about an hour. Great price and great service again from Sam. So glad I found this company!

Our tankless heater broke down and upon notification they attended our premises within hours! Quoted immediately, and expedited replacement!

Austin, the service leader explained all the process and service and heater replacement was expedited. All areas cleaned after service! Excellent service - highly recommended!

I had a leak in my upstairs tub and called. Jacob came out and immediately fixed the leak, then came back to do some additional repairs. Jacob explained everything being done and was very thorough. I am very pleased with their excellent service and friendly staff!

David Muna was dispatched and was able to help us discover the source of the leak. They are always very respectful, professional, and do a great job. Highly recommend!

Installed a new Moen kitchen sink faucet with sprayer head. On time, did a super job and were gone in just over an hour. Clean and neat. Nice faucet with a lifetime warranty. Very poleased.

We were very happy with all aspects of working with JD Precision Plumbing Service from our initial phone call to the finished job. An underground leak from our water well to our house had lowered the water pressure in the house. This was the third time this fitting had leaked. We called Monday morning around 11 am. A very courteous and helpful person (sorry, can't remember name) answered the phone, quickly understood what we needed and set up an appointment for between 12 and 4.

Austin arrived at our place sometime between 12:30 and 1 pm. He was very kind to our over-enthusiastic Labrador retriever. :)
Austin assessed the problem and let us know what he recommended for a permanent fix. He installed an extra fitting and replaced the two leak-prone screw-on fittings with a better connection. He brought the lines up to the surface and set it up so that we could have options on which lines to turn off without shutting off the water to our entire system.

We think that Austin's solution was brilliant - very thoughtful, practical, and well executed. It will last forever. JD Precision Plumbing Services and Austin are highly recommended.

Harley was fantastic. He came out quickly, took the time to thoroughly investigate a complicated leak issue, and didn’t rush the process. He was patient, professional, and very knowledgeable. He identified the source of the problem when others hadn’t been able to, and clearly explained what was happening and what needed to be done.

He was also genuinely kind and easy to work with during a very stressful situation. We really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail.
