Jason Hunt and crew with North Point Air Conditioning and Heating installed two new air conditioning systems at my residence. I had a loud 17 year old 5 ton that never really cooled down both floors evenly. I'm very pleased with my purchase, because the quality of the work provided. They paid attention to detail.

I had a great experience with North Point! Robert came out and gave me an honest assessment of why my AC unit wasn't working correctly. My coils needed to be replaced and Austin came out a few days later with his team and did the job. My AC is working better than ever. Would call them again the next time I have an issue. Great quality and excellent customer service.

Our tech, Robert, was early (a good thing!), was so cordial and very talented in his trade. It was a privilege to have him check our A/C system. North Point has been our A/C company for many years and we are so very pleased!

They got to me very quickly for a second opinion on my AC needing a new TXV valve. Rob checked everything out and found no issue with the TXV valve…….but did find very dirty outdoor condenser fins. Also my inside return air filters were dirty so I changed them as well. AC working great now and pressures are good and refrigerant level was good. I did NOT need a new TXV Valve!! Northpoint has been our AC folks for home and business for many years. They do a great job. They come quickly in an emergency and never leave us suffering in the Texas heat! They are skilled and friendly and we appreciate them so much!

The technicians were so good and very polite! They were prompt, courteous and professional! North Pointe Air has been servicing my home for many years and always give me sound advice and fortunately they are more affordable than most! I highly recommend!

I've had some bad experiences with HVAC companies in the past. North Point has been a pleasant surprise. They are responsive and helpful and are here when they say they're going to be here. I've been very happy with their services.

Alex and Caleb were excellent. They provided outstanding service and conducted a very thorough inspection. Both took the time to explain their recommendations in great detail, so I knew exactly what to expect. I highly recommend using ASAP HVAC!

No words can explain how we feel about Alex coming by our home after hours. After he did an inspection of our issue with our AC. Unfortunately he will have to order the part to get our AC up and running. He didn't leave our family having to deal with the heat. He installed a window unit so our family would have AC downstairs. Highly recommended ASAP HVAC. What to thank Alex for his services. It was also cool to see we both love the same sports team.

WOW, just let me say WOW!!!
1st time using ASAP HVAC, will definitely not be the last. I've had other companies come out and do my tune up twice a year every year, never again. ASAP HVAC has earned my business. They are very thorough, professional and punctual (showed up 5min before appointment time). Alex Rivera was my technician and his apprentice (Caleb) did a wonderful job. They checked everything, took pictures of all the before and after work.
When Alex completed all the work (almost 3hrs) because previous companies did not clean or inspect properly, he went over everything. Let me know issues with my unit (almost 20yrs old) recommended a few things. No pressure to have done just if I want to prolong the life of my unit.

Excellent company for AC Repair and Installation. 5 Stars for fast, dependable, trustworthy, and timely service, and they answer the phone after hours. I called a lot of AC repair companies, but this one is the only company answering the phone after hours on a Friday. The owner, Nick, called me back within minutes and had a technician at my house within 2 hours and worked until after 10pm, even installed 2 window units to keep us cool until new unit was installed. So impressed with this company. I am a customer for life! 5 Stars for Jake, Steven, Nate, Javi, & Nick!! Great job!! Thank y’all so much for the smooth install of new AC. 😃

Its scam. They offer specials on their website and when you call them, they take 30 minutes to schedule a service and at the end, they will advise that the specials won’t be applied unless you go with a repair service. What if i don’t need a repair?? Don’t waste your time

I had a great experience with ASAP HVAC. I called their main line and they had a technician call me immediately to schedule the service for the same night. Alex was the technician who came out - he was ahead of schedule, courteous, efficient, and a clear communicator. I’ll definitely be using this company again.

Yesterday our air went out mid-day, after looking at all the things we knew could be wrong, we knew we needed to call somebody in to help. I called ASAP HVAC yesterday shortly before 4:30, hoping somebody would be able to help since it was so close to the end of the day, and the sweetest lady answered the phone and got us scheduled for today! Brendon Long showed up for the repair, turned our unit on and immediately was able to tell it was an outside problem. Not only did he explain what he had done to repair our outside unit but he did a thorough check of our system inside as well to make sure that the problem was fully resolved and the air was cooling before leaving. I so appreciated his honesty and kindness coming into our home, after less than 24 hours our AC is back to working and our home is cooling. Thank you again Brendon for your help today! We will definitely be recommending you guys to friends and family & appreciate a quick and honest customer friendly service!

Routine service was done by Alex today. This is the 2nd time he has been here and both times he was VERY professional and address all of my concerns. He breaks things down so they are easy to understand. Never pressures you to buy new things but always let's you know your options. 10 out of 10 would recommend. ASAP havoc has made not only buying a new unit but also living in my new house a BREEZE!!! Absolutely wonderful people and company.

Alex is fantastic!! He came after hours on a Saturday night when my house was 89 degrees!!! He had the problem figured out quickly and got to work to get us cooled off! He walked me through all the options to get the most out of my unit and keep me running cool! Very professional and personable! Truly saved our Saturday night!

When I say Steve went the extra mile, I mean it. After a power surge fried my HVAC system, I was completely overwhelmed—especially after seeing the price range of new systems. Steve came out, assessed everything with a fine-tooth comb, and was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind throughout the process.

He genuinely listened, understood my budget constraints, and worked hard to try to help—even calling his boss and exploring every possible discount. While I ultimately had to go a different route due to a home warranty option, I will never forget the integrity and effort Steve put into trying to help me.
