The field rep Alex came and he was great, he was very professional, explained everything very clearly, love this Company I would definitely recommend ASAP HVAC!

We hired ASAP HVAC to install a new 16 SEER RUUD AC system. They were prompt, professional, and did a terrific job explaining the installation process and equipment capabilities. What really impressed us, however, was their outstanding customer service AFTER the sale. We started experiencing some issues with the new system and our technician, Brendon Long, came out immediately, on a Sunday, and worked tirelessly to troubleshoot and repair the malfunction. When none of that worked, Brendon drove to Humble, picked up a BRAND NEW unit and stayed after hours by himself to install it; ALL at no additional charge!! He made sure my elderly father had a cool home to sleep in that night. ASAP HVAC stood behind their service and product by going the extra mile to make sure we had a quality experience with our new AC system. Jared Crye and Brendon Long are two of the best company representatives I've worked with in a very long time.

Alex came out today because our a/c wasn't keeping up. He spent a few hours checking the whole system and doing maintenance, including cleaning the coils. He then sat down with me and went over everything which included pictures of all his gauge readings and before and after on all the work he did. That gave me confidence in him and ASAP. ALEX, thanks for spending so much time, in the heat, working to optimize our a/c system. Thanks for giving me such explanations and taking the time to answer all my questions.

Alex came out on short notice and took care of our problem. From the moment he arrived to the moment he left he communicated what he was doing and the issues he was testing. He was quick and incredible efficient at replacing the bad capacitor on the outside unit. His command of knowledge and ability to work impressively quickly was mind boggling. ASAP is wonderful, everyone truly went above and beyond! We initially met with Alex, and he was great. He was here right on time, at the beginning of the window we were given (no waiting around - awesome!) He was excellent at explaining everything to us; we felt like we understood the whole process, what exactly our A/C issues were, and how we could remedy them effectively but still on our budget. With a customizable repair plan and several tiers of maintenance options, we got exactly what we needed! They were able to schedule our repairs within two days of our initial diagnostic visit, and with the maintenance plan we selected, we even got a 5% discount on repairs.

They sent out Steve the very next day to look at our duct work, as that is his specialty - he was equally fantastic, you could tell he was very passionate and really knew what he was doing. After a thorough inspection, he too talked us through the specifics of what was good and not so good about out duct arrangements, and gave us top tier suggestions (in addition to answering our many, somewhat extraneous questions). Never once did we feel rushed through the appointment, which was so appreciated.

And finally, the following morning we had Nathan at our house, to actual handle all the recommended maintenance & installations that we had approved. He was so polite and worked within our schedules to have everything completed in a timely manner, and we noticed an improvement in our A/C performance immediately!!

Sometimes it feels tough to find people that you can trust, especially in niche industries like HVAC - but ASAP delivers!! Thank you so much ASAP HVAC - you have won our loyalty & we will definitely call back with any future issues or inquiries!!

Today was my first time to use this ac company. Our tech Alex was very knowledgeable and thorough with his diagnoses. The professionalism was on point and his kindness doesn't go unnoticed. Alex was top notch, he showed me in detail each issue and the crew came out the next day and promptly took care of everything I ended up having an unforeseen complication and they were able to make time in their busy schedule for next day repairs.
