With temperatures over 100 and it being a holiday weekend the process started with Jeff doing a diagnosis and Byron giving us the estimate. Jose and his crew began at 8 o’clock on the holiday weekend and finished at 6 o’clock at night. After sleeping in the heat for three nights it was truly a blessing. The Carrier unit is so quiet!!! We could not be more THANKFUL for a very professional job. Well done.! THANKS NORTHPOINT AIR!

My A/C stopped working and in this heat we needed it fixed soon. I called the company and they were able to get someone same day. Jake was on time, professional and answered all my questions. He was able to get our A/C running in no time. Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable would definitely use them in the future!

They provided EXCELLENT customer service and kept us informed every step of the way. We had an evaporator coil go out on a Friday, they were fairly priced, and able to get the part in and us back to cold air by Monday!

The job was done but the technician was not transparent! I was not physically present at the site and he quoted a wrong price for the capacitor and told me if I did not pay right away, he will charge me for the service again if has to go back again!!! I was driving and I had requested him to text me the total amount! He did no such thing!! Poor customer service!!!

I would never call anyone else. They have been my HVAC provider for over 7 years. I recently did a complete replacement of my entire unit, including the furnace and blower. I called in the morning to have them come look at my ac because it wasn’t blowing cold air. They were there within 2 hours. The unit was 24 years old and had finally failed. I elected to have them replace the entire system and they came out the next day and did the install. Couldn’t be happier with these folks. From the person who answers the phone, the communication, the guys doing the work. All of it is excellent.

They attempted to troubleshoot the system and answered my concerns. Very professional and thorough. I do not feel like I was "getting had" like I'd felt before from other HVAC services. They spoke of replacement of a specific component without trying to push unnecessary component replacement on me. This was the initial inspection and service call. I plan to have my unit replaced by them. If I can, I'll leave additional feedback when that occurs. I am confident it'll be good. EDIT: The installation was quick and painless. No hidden fees/charges. Still 5 stars, hands down! (I forgot to update after the install.) I recommend them without hesitation.

North Point Air Conditioning & Heating was prompt & professional. Braydon, the serviceman, determined the problem & fixed our air conditioner in less than 30 minutes! We had cold air blowing after 2 days without it. We will use North Point for all of our air & heating needs. You should too!

I highly recommend. It is the middle of July and our thermostat went out. My dad is on hospice and moving him was not an option. We needed to get someone here immediately and get the unit running now. Jeffrey came out and did a great job! He was very professional and thorough. I’m so glad I called and we will be using their services again.

I live near North Point, and had them replace my A/C system in my home. Since then they have done minor system checks on my heater for me as well. They are always professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. Recently, my 89 year old father's A/C went out. Although he does not live in North Point's usual service area, they went out of their way- above and beyond the call of duty- to help ensure my father and step-mother were safe and comfortable! I cannot the North Point enough for taking care of my dad, and will be a life-long customer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have used them for years and they always take care of my problem on the same day every time. They are very responsive and professional. I'm so glad to have found a company as reliable as them.

Rob was more than courteous and he made the repairs efficiently. I have been using North POINT for as long as you have been in business. The only change is Johnny no longer gives a discount to the Beauchamps.
