The company was responsive to any of my questions in a timely matter. Finally, Cristian came by to install the new refrigerant coil and was very clean and professional the entire time! Extremely appreciate the team for reaching out after installation and are always happy to help if anything comes up. Highly recommend this company!

I had an issue with my HVAC unit and within 2 hours Red Star had a technician come out and diagnose the issue. Kayden was very helpful and knowledgeable. He had all the parts replaced and unit was up and running within a few hours. Jose is a top notch! extremely diligent and respectful and friendly! always did what he said he was going too, and didn’t give up when the issue was not obvious. I appreciate his continued dedication over the last year which led us to being comfortable when it was finally time to replace the unit. Jose made sure we understood and had the best deal possible with swift action! the other three gentlemen, christian and adrian and marlin that helped with our install were extremely respectful, and took care in our home and worked very hard to make sure our replacement went smoothly and quickly. i greatly appreciate this experience and cannot recommend this company more.

Once he was finished he went over all of his findings from the repairs that must be made to recommendations that would be beneficial to the systems performance. He then gave me several different options which made deciding which route to take easy. The pricing was very reasonable and he was able to make the repairs that day. Pricing is very competitive as we took 3 bids, but our service technician provided by Anchor was very professional and explained AC to us in lame n terms. Installation was all completed within 1 day, and they cleaned up after they were finished. Overall A+ experience thru and thru.
