We had a wondeful experience with Majestic installing our new units. David came out & gave us multiple options & thoroughly explained each one. On the days of install the guys that came were all very polite, friendly, respected our home & cleaned up any small messes that were made during installation. They were finished with the job very quickly & then David followed up again. We appreciate everyone & will highly recommend this company to anyone needing AC units or repair.

Matthew was very professional. He located the problem quickly then repaired with prestaged parts from his truck. He showed me the broken part that he replaced, too. Had me back up & running within a couple of hours. All this 2 days before Christmas! Thank you!

I have been a member of Majestic AC for a couple of years now and that was one great decision that I made. Since then Majestic routinely doing the maintenance every six months and they put an end to my past AC horror for good. They have the best technicians in their staff, skilled, experienced and polite. Their prices are fair and honest, and much better than previous companies I experienced with. The front office ladies are friendly, professional and they really care to schedule you a technician promptly.
I honestly recommend Majestic AC to anyone.

Matthew was a very courteous, conscientious Repair Technician who took time to check everything on the heating unit and to install and teach me how to operate the Eco Thermostat. Can't say enough nice about this company. We had a case where there was a communication breakdown. When the Owner learned of the problem he called me immediately and went over and above to make things right. We are all human, errors in communication happen. What matters is owning the mistake and making it right. This company did just that, they owned the mistake and went way past just apologizing, they helped me right a problem another company left me with. I am sticking with Majestic as my go-to A/C & Heating company. The owner was gracious, kind and everything we as consumers would hope to find. I see in them something sorely missing in this world, that being high morality, dedication, honesty and dependability. Thank You Majestic!!!!

Contacted Majestic to warrant my new AC unit & my split unit. Their customer service was perfect & seamless. Price to cover everything was very reasonable in my opinion. Hopefully I won't have yo use it anytime soon 😁

After three other estimates that just wanted to sell me a 10k product, Aaron with Majestic, told me the truth. Yes my old furnace will eventually be replaced and I'll fork out some cash, but in the meantime he removed the bird stuck in the heater fan, reinstalled it, noticed I needed a fan cover, ordered that, and now my heater is working. A $300 job. Now guess who I'll use in the future for all my HVAC needs...Majestic.

I called last Thursday to set up an appointment to look at the A/C unit that services our garage apartment. They set up an appointment for today (11/10/25). The repairman (Aaron) arrived on time and was very courteous. He was thorough in his inspection of the unit and concluded that it only needed the replacement of a capacitor. The unit is working fine now. We signed up for a maintenance program for the main unit of the house. This was the second company we had come out. The first one told us that the fan motor needed to be replaced and they were ready to do that for a substantial sum. I am super glad I decided to get a second opinion. Needless to say I am VERY satisfied with the service provided by Majestic Air Conditioning.

Majestic came out on a Sunday during freezing weather to help fix our heater that had gone out. Aaron was very professional and courteous. Always had great responses from Majestic. They have done a lot of work for us.

Everyone at majestic is so polite and helpful. Setting the appointment to fit my schedule was easy. The first technician that got here had a bit of a problem squeezing into the small space in my attic. He arranged for another tech to come and finish the job. It was all done on the same day. Everything went well.

Henry presents himself well and is very pleasant to work with. While I am not mechanically inclined, Henry was able to describe fundamental operations of the HVAC unit and had the patience to answer all my questions. He was thorough with his diagnosis of my issue and explained the problem and resolution very clearly. His attitude, expertise and effort enable me to be very confident in him/

Majestic Air Conditioning did a superb job servicing and routine checking of our heating system. The technician Erick Herrera who performed the service is very knowledgeable technician and he explained every thing professionally. I was highly impressed with their service and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a/c servicing. Overall great service company.

Chris and Erik at Majestic were fantastic in installing and maintaining our system. We’re particularly impressed with the comprehensive manual J they created for the new installation in our home. They expertly installed Trane equipment, including April Air dehumidifiers, which are working exceptionally well.

Majestic A/C did a fantastic job installing a new HVAC system and mini split. They sent out two installation crews who were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I absolutely love my new systems, especially the mini split they installed in my sunroom. I can now look forward to enjoying my sunroom during the hot summer months! I highly recommend Majestic A/C.

I am so pleased with this company, Majestic AC took the time to listen to my concerns , worked with me , came out a few times to make sure my problem gets solved before I purchase anything, they proved that they didnt want to just take my money, they helped me problem solve. I eventually got all my ducts replaced and they did such a beautiful job. Thanks to Aaron, Tim, Brian, Debbie , and the 2 techs that came to replace my duct work. I thank you all . Great team work.
