I was scared - I had to have the main water line replaced at my house! True Plumbing was such a Godsend. I can't say enough good things about Eric, Sheila and Quincy. They took good care of me. They really care about the client. Even though a trench had to be dug from the house to the street - their work was precision with minimum damage to the yard. They work clean and upon city inspection they filled it all in. The cost was very reasonable for all they did. I recommend them and will call them again, if needed.

True Plumbing did an excellent job at answering all my questions. Jason Ray, the plumber that came out, was punctual, honest, and more than fair. It was quite refreshing to see a company, and a person, so committed to customer satisfaction. I definitely recommend and will be a customer for life.

I had two different plumbing emergencies at my rental properties in the past month and True Plumbing was able to respond quickly and address both issues promptly and with integrity. Very fair pricing and very high level of professionalism. I have made them my plumber of choice on my "Preferred Vendors" list.

My wife noticed that we were losing pressure in the kitchen sink and bathroom shower, like any man I told her that I would handle it, when she left the room I called a plumber. The technician I spoke with said that there was a high possibility that there was a busted pipe beneath our home and I was advised that it would cost several thousands of dollars to fix. A few weeks prior I had an opportunity to sit with Eric Bryson the owner of true plumbing to discuss his vision and goals for his business. two words he kept emphasizing were honesty and integrity so I called True Plumbing for a second opinion. When i called True Plumbing I was fortunate to have Eric actually be the technician that showed up to my house and in minutes he identified the problem. He could have quoted me any amount wanted and I would've paid it because as a professional assume the knows best. Eric could have taken advantage of me but instead he was upfront and honest about how simple the repairs were. Eric generally wanted to save me money. Eric had the tools to fix the problem on the spot and was able to do so for substantially less money than I was previously quoted. I am personally naive when it comes to the plumbing world but working with Eric was a breath of fresh air. His organization is truly about helping people and it is because of his professional integrity that I will continue to call on True Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs.

The plumbers were very professional and friendly. They knew exactly what they were doing and explained everything well. I felt comfortable knowing that they were working on our pipes and knew that they would take good us.

I had a toilet that kept running. I tried to adjust the floating ball and it broke. I called True Plumbing after 6 pm and the answering service said someone would call the next day. They called at 8:30 am and sent Kyle to help me that afternoon.

Kyle called to let me know when he would be arriving and the service was great. He was professional, courteous, and thorough. We had great a great conversation. I have found the company to handle all my plumbing needs. True Plumbing -- the name says it all!!!

Thought I had a plumbing emergency and did some research and liked what I saw on True Plumbing's website, so called them. Eric came out literally within about an hour and confirmed I didn't have the issue I thought (we thought we had a slab leak). He also said he wouldn't charge me for the visit. Wow! I appreciate that kind of businessman and will definitely use them for my next plumbing problem and will tell my friends.

True Plumbing is the only plumbing company to ever properly diagnose the source of a slow drain problem in my kitchen and from that time on, I have used True Plumbing services at my house for several years and have always found them to be truthful and pleasant to deal with at all times. The only problem I have encountered over the past couple of years was that a leak sensor was damaged during a routine maintenance call, which I didn't discover until late that night. True Plumbing rectified the situation the very same day when I contacted the owner, Eric, to let him know what happened. Can't ask for better than that!

Had a waterline break at the sidewalk, out of 4 plumbers True Plumbing was the only one to answer their phone on a Sunday. Thank goodness. The dispatcher was plenty helpful, and even with them being busy she was able to get someone out. Kyle and Mark arrived as promised and even gave me a courtesy call before arrival. They explained everything they were going to do and even showed me where and why our previous pipe went bad. They were very friendly and professional completing the job. I am glad True Plumbing answered, I am a happy customer and will call and refer them if the need arises. Thank you True Plumbing!

Kyle and Sergio were excellent!!! They facilitated a difficult repair in confined spaces without any issues at all. True Plumbing's prices can't be beat. I will definitely use True Plumbing in the future should the need arise.

A few months later, I called True Plumbing again - this time for a new toilet. They were prompt and upfront about the costs. A few days later, a minor leak was discovered due to a defect from the manufacturer. The owner of True Plumbing came out to my house and took care of the situation immediately. This display of integrity impressed me, and I am glad to have found a great company to meet my plumbing needs.

Honest and plumbing aren't two words you usually put together, but that is exactly what you get with True Plumbing and with Brian Green.

I highly recommend these guys to do a great job, do it right, and charge you a fair price.

Great service!! I needed help when I tried to fix my garbage disposal and failed. I called True Plumbing at 7am and they were at my door working on my disposal by 9:15am. They informed me what was wrong with the disposal and ended up replacing it with a better model than could be found at a hardware store. The guys who came out were friendly and efficient when installing the new disposal. Additionally, they were open and honest about their pricing, which was completely reasonable. I will definitely use True Plumbing again!

This morning at a little past 8 I called True Plumbing. He said he would call me right back and let me know when they could come. Not even 5 minutes later they called back and were here in 15 minutes. Grant it, I practically live right around the corner from the office. So I am sure that helped. They came, they fixed the leak, and were on their way. Steve was very polite and the job was reasonably priced. I have dealt with two other plumbing companies in the past. One that said they would be here the next day at noon and called 2 days later to reschedule (Royal Flush Plumbing) and last night I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They said they could "Possibly" get to me by the end of the day tomorrow. I think I will stick with these guys and refer them to my friends and colleagues. Thank you again Steve for the neat job and quick work of it.

We have used True Plumbing on two separate occasions at our home to install a double clean-out as well as repair a slab leak in our master bath. On both occasions, they did an incredible job! Cameron and Eric were very informative on what was being done and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done with excellence and in a timely manor. Amy was great to work with every time we had questions or needed to reschedule. We highly recommend True Plumbing!

I LOVE THIS COMPANY!!! I've done business with True Plumbing for a number of years now and I have to say they are excellent at what they do. My latest project was fairly large in scope and I'm so pleased with the outcome and final cost. These people are honest, reliable and extremely dependable.

I highly recommend True Plumbing. The owners Eric and Sheila are good, honest, Christian people. Eric and his team have an amazing work ethic and were quick to diagnose and solve the plumbing issues at my home.

The response was quick after I reached out, they mobilized assessed the problem with our lift station pump and ordered parts, installed the same day. Very professional service, we definitely will use them for non emergency maintenance or repairs in the future.

On August 7th, I specifically asked for a 3 o'clock appointment on August 11. I got a text that said a technician would be here between 8 and 12. Then another text that said 11 to 3. I was not going to be home until after 3. I called to correct that early Monday morning and a 3 o'clock appointment was made by a person on the phone. By 6..... no one had come. I NEEDED a technician to come that night as I had waited 5 days for a repair. More phone calls.... I think someone really tried to find somebody...but with no success since it was 6 PM! We resorted to an 8 to 12 window on Tuesday morning. Mitchell came about 9:30 and made the repair.

I've used them twice and both times they were courteous and respectful of our needs. They listened to the issues and made repairs that worked well for us. Prices were fair, better than the bids from other plumbers. They are the only plumbing company I would feed good about recommending.

Transparent, trustworthy business, which is such a relief to find when you have no idea what it is going to take to fix a plumbing leak. We found a mystery exterior leak on our property the weekend before Christmas and had to shut off water to the house. After another plumbing company scheduled an appointment for us and then later canceled it with no explanation, we called True Plumbing on Monday morning. Eric from True Plumbing showed up when he said he would, took a quick look at our problem, and explained the three possible causes of the leak, along with how much each would cost to fix if said problem was found. The area would have to be minimally excavated to locate the underground leak. He was very up front about what the diagnostic process would be and what the repairs would entail for each of the three possible scenarios, including what he would do to avoid damaging the driveway. Eric was transparent, very easy to communicate with, and obviously a knowledgable, experienced plumber. After that five-minute conversation, my husband and I both felt 100% comfortable hiring True Plumbing to come back with a team to excavate the problem the next day.

True Plumbing got to work when they said they would, the day before Christmas Eve no less. Sure enough, the problem was scenario #1 on their list of three possible causes of the leak. A decade before we bought the house, the sprinkler system had been connected to the house’s water pipes using an illegal part that had finally failed. True Plumbing said that since sprinkler technicians are not certified plumbers, problems like that are common. Be careful who you hire to tamper with your water pipes! True Plumbing fixed the leak and we had water restored to the house within a couple of hours! The cost ($800) matched the verbal estimate to the penny. Use a debit card or cash to avoid the 3% credit card fee. They even completely cleaned up their work site. Real professionals. 100% recommend.
