Logan & John did an amazing job, very professional and respectful, I will definitely use them again. They really care about their clients.

Had them come out for a price quote, the plumber didn’t find the problem and quoted nearly 5k and said it might be more once they found the problem and also had a quote 1k for wall repair from a different company and also said it might be more once they looked at the job but hadn’t come out to see the job. Found the problem a leak in the drain pipe from kitchen sink.

Mr. Evan Dorsey was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about his work. He was able to resolve our plumbing issue quickly and explained everything to me once service was complete. I would definitely recommend for others needing plumbing services.

Home warranty sent out Lucky Duck Plumbing but unfortunately my home warranty did not cover leaks on outside of the home. The plumber, Logan, was up front about the repairs needed and provided a quote. I decided to move forward with the repairs and pay out of pocket. Logan explained everything well and answered all questions I had with no issues. Logan got the job done even though the leak was in a tough spot due to some really thick roots from a large tree. I recommend LD plumbing and would use them again in the future if needed!

I was at my son’s house when Lucky Duck showed up to do home warranty work with American Home Shield. They were the most polite young men that I have ever met on a service call. They promptly identified the problems and fixed the garbage disposal and toilet. They were even able to come a little early for their scheduled appointment range.

Our tech Logan was awesome! Called to ask if he could arrive earlier than scheduled (perfect), quickly assessed the issues even though they took a moment to present again, had the issue resolved quickly. Thanks Logan!!

I called my AHS warranty for a waterhose bib leak and they sent Lucky Duck Plumbing.The handle to turn on and off the water is worned down and broken and very hard to open. They fixed it but still didn't work quite right so I called them back and they came and fixed it right, changed some parts and now it's like new. They gave me no hassle or anything. It was very easy to deal with them. Very professional. Thank you.

Had a leaking commode, called Lucky Duck Plumbing. Dana gave me a quote over the phone to replace the flush valve. I thought the quote was very reasonable. They came out, examined the commode. After about 15-20 minutes he let me know it was only a seal which had gathered debris. No Charge. I was taken aback. I asked to at least pay a trip fee for his trouble. No, this was an assessment, we do not charge for assessments.

Great work! We had a dishwasher install that needed a few workarounds to get it fitted under our granite countertop. Evan and Josh were both very knowledgeable.
