Excellent Service! Ryan was very knowledgeable and repaired the hot water heater in the minimal amount of time.

Fast and friendly service from the start. They arrived early and found the leak. Everything was explained on what needed to be done. The cost was within reason due to the situation. Everything was done in a professional manner. We were even shown photos of the area that needed repair. If we ever need plumbing services again they are the ones we're calling.

Ryan was quick to get to my house and make the repair on the water heater, this was an after hours call and the price was reasonable for the work done.

I called late afternoon needing plumbing assistance and they were able to come within a couple of hours. The technician was very nice and worked fast! That was the best plumbing service I have ever hired and would hire them again, thank you so much!

We had an issue with our washer drain backing up and it had disabled my ac unit because of the water. It was 105 yesterday, so I needed that drain unclogged as soon as possible. Called Dinomite at 8am on a Sunday and had an appointment at 10am. They didn't show up on time, Ryan showed up early. He got it fixed and made sure the drain was working properly. He ran water for a while and then asked me if I wanted him to do it longer. He was great, price was in line with an "Emergency" Sunday call would be. I would definitely recommend this company

Ryan was a pleasure to work with. He put up with us and our weird scheduling with the flooring people. The receptionist lady was also very kind and warm everytime I had to call. All around a great company and pleasurable people!

They did an excellent job! My hot water heater went out, so we gave them a call in the morning for them to come take a look at it. They arrived on time, same day, and because I needed it replaced, they got rid of my old one and had my new one in and up and running! All the same day!! I definitely recommend using them, and I will call them for any future needs I have. They were very kind and explained everything so well.

Ryan came out and got my drain cleared and even informed me on how to prevent backups in the future. He was extremely nice and showed me the tools he used which was very helpful. Price point was great and he was on time. I will be recommending them to friends and family when they need a plumber.

Will never use again due to the Manager or Owner. We were out of town and a neighbor told us we had a water leak. The water was shut off and I started making calls for plumbers. I called Dinomite and two other places, Dinomite answered their phone so I went with them. They told me they had a plumber in my area and could get there that afternoon, which was appreciated but not required or requested. The plumber that was sent out did make the repair, they answered the phone and came out same day so I am giving them 2 stars for that instead of 1 star.

The repair was during the week and during normal business hours. We had a leak in the filter housing so I told the plumber to bypass the softener and just run a straight line, simple and easy. I was charged $513.62 for the repair. I explained that I thought the price was extremely high for what was done and asked if there was a manager or owner that I could speak to about it. The plumber called the office and then called me back stating I could call the office but per the office the price would not change. He apologized and agreed it was high but he stated there was nothing he could do as the office sets the prices.

I paid my bill and then called the office requesting to speak to a manager or the owner. A man answered the phone and I very calmly explained I was not happy with the bill and could he explain it to me. He was very defensive and rude from the start. He asked what is there to explain, that I had called and they came out same day, did the repair and that is what they charge and I should be grateful. I asked him to break down the bill and he stated they charged me a $75 service/trip charge. I explained that this was not told to me up front and his response was "Well did you ask?" This man on the phone then continued with telling me they charged me for a two-hour minimum (again not told up front) and over $140 in parts. The parts are listed in the invoice and can be seen in the picture. They installed 3' of pex, a few clamps and a ball valve. I again calmly stated that is quite a markup for so little and the man said he only marks up his parts 30%. Look at the plumbers list on the invoice, the math does not add up. I explained that I was expecting about half this amount and I felt like they were price gouging me knowing I was out of town. I was told they charge the same no matter what, even if after hours or on weekends. I guess it may be a good deal if you need emergency service but it is quite the rip off for a simple repair during business hours. He then asked "anything else?" I replied that I was not appreciative of his attitude and that I had received the text to leave a review and I explained it would not be a good one the way he was treating me. He stated I was threatening him and to go ahead and "leave my little review" and he would respond to it. I asked for his name and I was told "it is none of your concern". I asked a second time stating he is representing his company and I do deserve to know who is speaking to me so rudely. He replied with "it is none of your business who I am". Well, I do hope you do respond and you can leave your name when you do. Based on your reaction and how you spoke to me I believe you are questioned quite often about your pricing and do not like having to defend it. I told the mystery man that I would not use his company ever again solely on how he treated me and his response was "oh well, that's fine". This company will way over charge you, will be extremely defensive and rude if you question the invoice and then will not have the courage to let you know who you are speaking to. I do not recommend this company. Take a look at the pictures and decide for yourself. You can get the Jomar ball valve for $17.38, 100' of Pex for $58 (They used 3') and a bag of 50 Pex Crimp Rings (they used 8 and that small spliced together section makes no sense) for $16.20 at the local plumbing supply.

We have a huge job ahead in our bathroom and Ryan was amazing at handling our situation. He checked in at various points to ensure we were aware of what was happening and asked multiple times if we were okay to continue considering potential costs. All over, a great experience and we look forward to getting this project finished with Dinomite Services.

We had a main water supply shutoff valve break Friday night and Justin showed up first thing Saturday morning. Justin was very friendly and clearly explained the issue and the repair options before starting. The work was done efficiently and we will definitely call again for any future plumbing needs.

Excellent company! Honest, professional , polite, and caring employees that actually give a care about your situation. And not gouge you out of greed. We had to replace nearly our entire septic line of 125'. This is after another plumbing company came in and took advantage and didn't fix a thing. Learning moments can be killer sometimes. Anyway, Ryan (and the owner) was running the show and he ensured the best route and price for the situation - helping give me advice on how we can save money by working on it too. I did what I could and they still worked quickly and efficiently to finish to job. Even staying late in Friday night to ensure it's all complete for the weekend. With no working plumbing and a family of 8, we appreciated that immensely. My go to Plumbers for now on.

I called Dinomite on a Friday at 4pm for a sewer smell in my bathroom. They sent a guy out in 45 minutes, he diagnosed the issue and repaired. Top notch service and professionalism.

Justin was on time courteous and professional. He explained the work needed and the cost, worked quickly and efficiently and left the kitchen cabinet and floor clean. I will call this company again should I have another plumbing needs.

When I called Dinomite to come help with a recurring toilet issue, they were able to come out the same day and not only fix our immediate issue but give advice on what might be the cause so that we could (hopefully) stop this from happening in the future.

Ontime and very detailed as to what the problem was and what they needed to do for the repair. Will most definitely use this company again.

I want to share on Justin's water heater repair. He went above and beyond what the problem was by getting the needed parts and hug in there when an unexpected issue arose. He took time and care to finally get me real hot water after the week long freeze I endured. Hallelujah!! Now to a HOT shower. Thanks again, Justin.

I was really impressed with this company. We had a toliet that was overflowing and leaking from the bottom. Of course it was after hours. I called Dinomite because they were able to come to the residence same day. I'm so glad I found them When Justin arrived, he was so respectful and quickly determined cause of problem and explained everything to me. He was able to get the problem resolved. The charge was reasonable and it helps that they give a military discount. I'm proud to say that Dinomite Services is my plumber for all future plumbing issues.
