We have had Dinomite out for services 3 times since we moved to Santo last April. They communicate very well letting you know when they will arrive. They are prompt. If you can find a more professional plumbing company, great but I wouldn't waste my time trying. The are proficient. They have worked on toilet, installed sink and faucets, and today replaced hot water heater. Prices seem great to me, but I'm not willing to call anyone else for comparison. My only wish is I had them for services at my old house 200 miles away. Glad we found them and we will continue to use them. You should try them out and write a good review just like me.

I had some Major water damage to my House due to a leaking water softener and I Was quoted for a water softener swap and minor plumbing from another company (Willard) 7200?!?! Heck no!

I immediately called Dinomite and they had someone out immediately.
I had Justin come to my house and assess the situation, gave me an awesome price for getting a softener through them or if I bought my own.
I bought my own and they fixed my problem.
Life happened and the pressure from my water ended up cracking some of the work done. Next plumber Ryan came out the next day to fix it and didn’t charge me any extra. This is an honorable company to work with! What else can you expect from a veteran owned company? They are there for the people and I thank you guys for getting me water again after this disaster to my home. You’ve earned my trust and business.

These guys are the best. Called them for a plumbing issue on main house as well as a separate building on property. Ryan arrived and was able to give me a comprehensive review of what he thought the issues were and a cost. We went ahead with the work and it was fast and clean. Ryan took the time to inspect the pipes after the first fix and found a bigger issue which we were able to address. Best guys to use for sure. Their subcontractors were professional as well and we were extremely happy with the outcome.

We needed an extra tall toilet installed. Called at noon to make an appointment, Justin Arnold was there within the hour!! He was unbelievably fast and cleaned up afterwards. He was professional and friendly. Stop looking at others, theses guys are amazing and the price was fair and reasonable. I’ll definitely use them for all our plumbing needs. Btw, I don’t leave reviews very often. They were that great!

I have a home warranty program - they were contacted 3 times to come out. Never came out - told the warranty company they were - gave a time and when called said they had no time. How do you do that? Then when I call - do some scam AI message to avoid the call. I personally spoke with them and was assured they would come out. I understand the process - but they had my number - she could have called and said we are having an issue.
UPDATE: I was not hostile - frustrated yes. I just had someone out - and when the initial job was accepted by you - it was quite a few days out. When I called you - you understood I was frustrated and I appreciate that. I have called the warranty company and they advised you committed to 2 dates that have not been kept. I have called them and have a call in with their supervisor as well. Thank you. I do take exception to the word hostile - again frustrated - as again 2 dates and time that was advised - was not kept.
