Warranty company selected Lucky Duck Plumbing. Dana (Office Manager), Evan (Technician), and Ryder (Apprentice) were all over it. Juggling the warranty company requirements, picking up the new unit, and arriving on a Monday afternoon for a quick and successful install. Thank you all!

Lucky Duck Plumbing is a great company, does great work and are very knowledgeable and professional. The company office staff member Dana goes out of her way to ensure that the customer is kept informed and taken care of. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Evan and was very impressed with his total dedication to providing the best customer service that I have seen pre Covid. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Have used these guys twice and both times they were great! Good communication, on time, and HONEST! Had a problem with a house that had been empty for months and the drains were not draining well. Was quoted a price and when they got into it they were able to do the work for much less than quoted! When I was presented with the bill you can only imagine how happy I was that it was $250. less than expected. This was December so Merry Christmas to me!!!

Logan was the tech that came to support, professional, supportive and knowledgeable. He shot everything straight and handle my issue with class! I will always reach out to lucky duck for any plumbing needs going forward ! Preciate you Logan !!

We had a great experience working with Lucky Duck Plumbing. Their communication is excellent, and were so easy to work with on schedule and knowledge of what we needed done. We had to have a hot water heater replaced just past Christmas time. The Plumber, Logan, walked us through the process and was knowledgeable about what needed to be done.
Absolutely wholeheartedly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
P. S. They also worked with us on price giving us a discount for my wife being an RN.

I posted my request on Angie’s List and chose Lucky Duck for their great reviews—and they exceeded my expectations. They called me within 10 minutes and came out the same day, just a few hours later. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, polite, and very pleasant. He fixed my drippy showerhead quickly, explained everything clearly, and the price was very reasonable. Dana started the ball rolling with my same day appointment and was very customer oriented and professional.
Dana made me feel that she understood my plumbing problem and was sympathetic to my needs (senior on fixed income and needing reasonable pricing).
Logan arrived and was great.
He did a couple of tests to determine what the problem was. Once he determined what he believed the issue may be, he performed his “magic” and the problem was fixed.
Logan was very patient with me observing what he was doing the entire time and made me feel liked he really cared about my plumbing problems.
What a great duo.
I am very impressed with Lucky Duck and will definitely call with any outstanding plumbing issues.
I will also refer any inquiries I may receive about plumbing contractors to Lucky Duck.

Evan was excellent! Water pressure was at 20 psi before they arrived. It’s currently at 75! He took care of our needs right away. We definitely will be using Lucky Duck for all of our plumbing needs.

They reached out shortly after I asked for a quote and were able to come out the next day to fix an issue that was supposed to be fixed months before by another contractor. Logan was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was in and out in around 30 minutes and even swept up after himself. Overall, this was a great experience with this company and their price for services was fair. I will be using and referring others to them in the future.

Logan was great, very respectful. He explained what he was doing and how. He knew what he was doing. He came back with another young man (I’m bad with names. I can’t remember it) but he was very polite and respectful. They cleaned up their mess and put things back.

This company is ROCK solid! From first contact to final service, they were professional, friendly and prompt. This plumber is not what I expected in a CHRISTIAN business man. He did very poor work that had to be redone by a professional plumber. He is a rude! Spiteful and has a horrible temper. His staff is incompetent. I am not sure any of his employees have any type of certifaction! Buyer beware!

great people, very professional, i would recommend this company. they offered us some good options, they didnt just say there is only one way to fix this. they answered all my questions in person and on the phone. they would always immediately return my calls when i left a message, sometimes while i was leaving the message. one company i called before them still to date has not returned my phone call. i chose this company because of the other good comments. it paid off. hope this helps.

Both gentlemen were very professional in manner, they checked out our sewage problem. Took only a short time letting me know to contact the city to complete the line clean out and then they also capped off the drain. I liked their attitude and would let them come back when needed.

Very professional. Gave me a quote before they started the job and stuck to the quote when the job was finished. Very efficient; didn't waste any time. Cleaned up before they left and took all used parts/trash with them. Would definitely do business with them again.
