I recently sold my home and really wanted it deep-cleaned before final close. I found Karen's Make Ready service online, contacted her via email. She responded back to me within the hour with the quote and I was able to schedule an appointment within a very short amount of time. She was able to accommodate the day and a good time to come and clean the house. Karen contacted me in a very reasonable amount of time to let me know she was on the way so that I could let her in the home. She then contacted me to let you know when she was leaving, so that we could lock the house back up.

When we went into the house and were blown away, it looked absolutely amazing!!! It sparkled, shined and smelled fantastic from top to bottom. And when I say you could eat off the floor, you literally could have eaten off the floor!

And even the person we sold the home to was taken aback at how amazingly clean the house was when the final walk-through was done on closing day.

Karen made everything so easy from beginning to end. I not only will recommend her to everyone I know, but I will plan on using her service again for anything that I need in the future.

My son was moving out of his apartment and we made a last-minute decision to find a cleaning service. Karen was quick to respond and able to schedule to meet our tight timeline. She texted when she arrived and sent photos when she completed the job. Everything in the apartment was very thoroughly cleaned in less than 2 hours. I would not hesitate to use her again!

Karen is awesome! We were in a bind and needed a cleaning done quickly. She worked us into her schedule and did a great job. She did the cleaning herself and obviously has pride in her work.

Karen was very kind and professional. After calling multiple big cleaning businesses with limited availability to the time and day I needed I found Karen. She was willing to be flexible with the time and date. I had her clean for moving out of my apartment and she did a good job. As a bonus it smelled very nice (not like chemicals from normal cleaners). I would recommend her to anyone needing an apartment cleaning.

Was moving out of an apartment and waited until the last minute to find a cleaner. I called on Thursday and Karen was able to come out on Tuesday.
Her crew definitely surpassed my expectations. The oven looked brand new, the bathrooms looked amazing, even the ceiling fans were wiped down.

I reached out to Karen based on her positive reviews to get an estimate for make-ready services for my house. Although I haven't received the actual services yet, I feel compelled to share my experience so far.

From the beginning, Karen was extremely professional. Despite being out-of-state and unable to meet in person, she accommodated my needs. She scheduled a visit to the house to understand the scope of work, which included dealing with a lot of left-behind furniture and a dirty, smelly interior.

I explained to Karen that beyond just making the house ready for new tenants, I needed her to assess any deeper issues—like whether the shower walls just needed a deep clean or if tiles needed replacing due to dark grout lines. I asked her to be my eyes and give her honest opinion about what was necessary to get the house rental ready.

After visiting the property, Karen provided a detailed verbal inspection report. She recommended what needed immediate attention, what to investigate further, and reassured me that replacing the carpet with new carpet, as previously suggested by my property manager, was unnecessary.

I requested an inspection during the first year of tenancy, but the report was not thorough. My property manager explained that a detailed inspection was not possible due to the tenant's belongings cluttering the space. Initially, I was informed that the tenants kept the house clean and were considered good tenants because they always paid on time. Contractors who visited for repairs also did not report any issues. It was a mistake to assume that the tenants took good care of the house based on these data points. This experience taught me the importance of annual inspections that cover all aspects of the property—appliances, sinks, cabinets, toilets, shower tubs/walls/doors, etc.—to avoid unpleasant surprises at the end of tenancy. Karen would be an excellent choice for such inspections, offering a fresh and meticulous perspective, especially when inspections are only conducted upon payment.

First time own a pool, we were lucky to hire Alex as our first person to work on our pool. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. He spent a lot of time educate us on how to use our system and maintain our pool. He also checks in from time to time to make sure our pool is working properly. I had a pool resurfacing done, not by Superior, and the pool developed a problem of staining, yellow lines. The owner of Superior Pool Cleaning, Alex Macias, did a no drain acid wash and now the pool looks great! He was very professional and kept me informed at every step.
