Have been using Houston Professional Maid service for a few months. They have done a great job cleaning our home and at a reasonable price. On time and dependable and will continue using in the future.

Purchase a Groupon to have a cleaning completed. One of them call me out of my office to tell me under the sink is leaking. I go to the kitchen and water is pouring from underneath the cabinet. I’m going crazy trying to figure out what happened when she points out that the hose to the faucet is disconnected. We thread it back through and I ask the other cleaner did she pull the faucet out to fill up her mop bucket and mistakenly break it, she says no. I work from home and I know nothing was wrong prior to them coming. I called the office for her to tell me she spoke to her cleaners and they state they didn’t break it. Mistakes happen but to LIE about it is ridiculous. They could’ve just apologized and offered some compensation. Now I’m just hoping the wood underneath the cabinet won’t have water damage!!!

Wow! That feeling of coming back home and see everything sharp and clean is one of the best sensations I get when I use maid services, but with you guys Houston pro maids, goes beyond expectations, I know my house is well cared at your hands. Also the maids team is super friendly and professional!

I recommend stay away from this service. I bought their service for 2 hours cleaning, and here is the problems:
1. They Came late! They set appointment with me at 11am but the lady came at 11:35am
2. The lady couldn’t speak English
3. The lady told me that with 2 hours, she only can clean 2 little bathrooms (my apartment is about 800sf for 2 bedrooms, you can finger out how small the bathrooms are) and MAYBE the kitchen. She told me because my bathrooms look dirty so she need a lot time. So you suppose to call the cleaning service only when your house is clean?! She said that she didn’t have enough time to vacuum or mop the floor or change the bed sheets. Only 2 bathrooms and maybe the kitchen for 2 hours.
3. I didn’t agree with that, I said please take 30 minutes in each bathrooms and 30 minutes for the kitchen and then save time to mop the floor (This is a very small apartment, therefore, the floor square or kitchen is very small. ), but the lady didn’t agree with me. She said she can’t do that.
4. After that, I said, fine, do whatever you can. She counted the time with me and then she went to the first bathroom silently. I went there and saw she wrote messages. After that, someone called her and she talk in the phone for a while while she already counted the the time she works.
5. The customer service is more awful. The lady called the customer service to talk about her case that I want her to work a little faster. And then, the lady in the phone as the company preparentative, tell me that that is all they can do, they can not do any more than that. With the high voice, she said that if I don't like it, just cancelled the service. I mean, I already arranged my time to take off my work and stay home to wait for the cleaning, and out of the sun I have to cancel the service because they don't agree to work hard.who is going to pay for my time?
This is the awful service that I have ever had in my life. This company should close down for good. I also assume that they use illegal people for their company because they worker doesn't know how to speak English and they don't care if their customers satisfied or not. They don't care if they could have a lawsuit for their awful job. Therefore, I think those people are illegal immigrants here.

The little details they do after cleaning my house is just perfect, they organized all my things even better than I did and they do an excellent job cleaning the house, imagine arriving home and it smells so good you feel the stress leaving your body, it's the best! I've been hiring maid services for a long time but Houston pro maids are exactly what I was looking for, thank you so much!

I have used Houston Professional Maids for 8 years now. I find Patricia to be quick to respond to texts and flexible to schedule my next cleaning. She also tries hard to find a team that works best for your needs. We have pets and they have always been respectful and kind. We especially like Leticia’s team, very thorough and leave the house much cleaner than they found it!!

Worse service ever! Cleaning lady came and was in my house for 3 hours. Didn’t attempt to clean my microwave or shower, dust and dirt on the master bathroom sink by the mirror, dirt and hair still on the floors. When reaching out to company and showing pictures and videos they made one excuse after another. Showed how my shower wasn’t cleaned and then showed a picture after wiping it off myself. 0 stars highly don’t recommend!

I purchased 4 hours service with Groupon in January. I scheduled with them on January 25th, unfortunately due to snow storm, so I have to reschedule again until 2/8/2025. I thought everything was set for this date, I have to arrange a day off as my job to stay home today. They contacted me yesterday to confirm my appointment, they said a lady name Sandy will come as 11:00. Today at 9:17am, I got a text from they said they want to reschedule for another day off service, offered to give me extra hour. So I called they back, I’m very upset because I took off my work for this appointment, they cancelled it. They said Sandy doesn’t feel good, they send Sandy home. I asked the lady who answered my call, your company don’t just have one Sandy to work there right! She start saying we’re human, people can get sick, I understand who can get sick. They should send other people to get the appointment done, not just keep reschedule. She said ok, I can send Sandy to work for you today even she’s sick. Of course I won’t want somebody to work while that person is ill. I wasn’t done talking, she hang up my phone. I texted her back I said you hung up on me. I don’t want to do business with this company, I want my money back. Very unprofessional.

These folks do an exceptional job and I would recommend them to anyone out there looking for a detailed cleaning

I love their cleaning services. I have been a client for years and it’s the only company that I ever call. They’re extremely professional and have excellent customer service.

1. My time slot was supposed to began between 10am and 11am, but they arrived at 11.40.
2. They only cleaned my daughter’s room and her bathroom. Which is ridiculous to me because I have two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a living room, dining room, and kitchen.
3. They did not put sheets on my daughters bed. They just put the blanket on.
4. They did vacuum!
5. The closet was cleaned, not cleaned properly.There were sheets and clothes still hanging out of the hanging organizer.
6. The restroom was cleaned, but not up to the level I expected.
7. One other major issue that I have with your company is the communication. I spoke to someone about my concerns and she said she would talk to the cleaners, then call me back. I did not receive a call. I have not been getting anyone on the phone since.
8. It is now over a week later and I finally got a call back from the company! Patricia and the owner were both extremely rude to me! They insisted that I got what I received because I bought a Groupon. The owner even threatened to sue me if I wrote another bad review about them.

Buyer beware!!!!!!!

They are simply not professional! I booked services, the lady showed up and proceeded to throw away my African black soap that was in the shower. She threw away a box of Amazon products, that I literally had to fish out of my Trashcan in my backyard. I asked her to hang up and fold the clean clothes and leave the dirty clothes in a pile in my bathroom, only to find pajamas that were soiled and bloody folded in my clean clothes, amongst other visibly dirty things. She took the trash out but did not replace the bag and then left 15 mins early. I called and Patricia the manager who answered the phone assured me they would pay for my soap to be replaced. She claims the true manager would call me that was two weeks ago. Since then she has blocked me. I was never even rude to them. When I did speak with her by calling them from a different number and asked why she blocked me she lied and said “I delete” “I delete” I am guessing she was trying to say she deleted my text but that clearly means you saw my texts. Until this day no “manager” has called no one has replaced the soap they said they would replace they are completely unprofessional and full blown liars!
