Mr J. Labra from Abacus came and fixed my guest shower faucet and manifold. I was never pressured throughout this process. He was professional and efficient giving me the options available and answering my questions fully. He made me aware of potential benefits and issues that might arise from the different options I had. Making me fully informed before I made my final decision. He cleaned up after finishing. The drywall that was removed was screwed back so I did not have a big hole in my wall. He also gave me options for a permanant cover for that area. Thank you Mr Labra

We call Abacus for all our house needs -plumbing, electrical, Generac maintenance & air- co etc & today they're here to put in a water purification system to ensure fresh water for drinking, showering, cooking & most importantly for our pets.

The issue was that our hot water wasn’t lasting very long. The technician restarted the electric water heater and charged $247 for a service described as a “re-light,” despite the unit being electric (no pilot). No parts were replaced and no documented diagnostic testing was provided prior to the charge.

After payment, I was told the heater was installed in 2017 and should be replaced, even though the manufacturer label clearly shows a June 2020 manufacture date. Written estimates later provided reflect that the unit is electric and repairable (e.g., lower thermostat/element replacement), which made the replacement push feel inconsistent.

I would strongly encourage other customers to ask detailed questions, request documented diagnostics, and carefully review service descriptions before approving work. The sales framing and urgency I experienced did not align with the condition of the equipment.

I’ve escalated this to customer care and am waiting on management’s response. I’m hopeful they will review the billing and resolve it appropriately.

Abacus provided polite and professional service. I received an email message of who my technician would be, a photo of the technician so I felt safe letting him into my home, and the time he would arrive. Esteban arrived on time, made the repairs, cleaned up his work site, provided an invoice that we didn't have to wait days for to make payments, and left. Our plumbing problem was solved in one afternoon. What a relief.

Tech came out the same day. Probably actually 4 hours after making the appointment which I thought was great. Tech was able to identify the problem and provide me a documented quote instantly. Appreciate their professionalism and diligence

I don’t usually give reviews unless the service or product is exceptionally good or exceptionally poor. In this case, the service was exceptionally good. I had a main drain blockage. I know exactly what it was. I used to do my own plumbing before my fourth back surgery I’ve had plumbers come out. Try to rip me off do a half ass job so I’m leary in general. I called abacus at 11:30 AM on Sunday. They said a repairman would be out between 12 and four he showed up at exactly 2 PM. They called two or three times to let me know to narrow down the window He told me what it was gonna cost fixed it quickly. I’m not only pleased I’m amazed. It was also a fair price no upsell no BS. Davian was polite and respectful.

The crew at Abacus is always great. They rewired all our plugs and switches on one day. Fast workers do they are very detailed. Highly recommend for any electrical, plumbing, or hvac needs.

We recently used Abacus for a plumbing issue and an separate electrical project. The plumbing and electrical service representatives were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Both arrived on time and were able to complete the services the same day. We are extremely happy with the work and will not hesitate to use Abacus again. They seam to hire top qualified and professional technicians.

Very good service. Definitely customer oriented. He listened and heard my concerns, offered suggestions, and did not quit until the job was done. He respected my property by wet vacuuming the overflow, he wore shoe protectors when he came in and that meant a lot. Very respectful to me. I will definitely call again!

Wasn't 100% sure it was the compressor..I feel they didn't do enough trouble shooting to verify... But the only option from them was a whole new system.. Would of loved other options..But install was quick but rather expensive..

We needed several plumbing issues addressed. A technician came by to check all of the issues. The next day, Justin came to our house with all of the parts needed, and he completed every task above our expectations. Abacus is a little higher-priced than the plumber we had used previously, but totally worth it considering the professionalism, competence, communication, and quality of the work.

I’ve used Abacus Electrical twice now and both times were great experiences. They shoot you straight, get you on the schedule quickly and have great customer service. They are kind of pricey; but you get what you pay for. They are worth it in my opinion.

Some equipment was left behind. Also I was told that the duct cleaning would not make a mess. So I did not reschedule my housekeepers. However, there was a mess and my housekeepers were called to come back.
The technicians however were very professional and courteous. I appreciate their work.

Abacus, technician, Eric was very prompt, polite and efficient. He explained each part of what was needed as he was doing. What was necessary to properly fix Our problem, and we would definitely call abacus again for any electrical plumbing or AC problem.We would have and recommend it to each and every one of our family and friends if they're ever came a problem for them to need assistance

Your Abacus Technician Mason Cage was courteous and professional. He is passionate about his work. He explained to me he would be replacing the old PVC schedule 40 with PEX pipe. When I was skeptical about PEX he explained how it is durable and will last along time and that should anything go wrong it is under warranty. After some work he showed me that the break was in a 90 degree schedule 40 elbow on the house side of the side walk. It raised the level of the water line going into my home by about 3 or 4 inches. After I saw how the home building contractor had used two 90 degree schedule 40 bends in the water mains line I decided to go with PEX as Mason had recommended. He permitted me to take photos of his work and I will use those photos to submit my service leakage red adjustment. I am very pleased with work Mason has done. Should I ever need more mains work done, I will definitely be calling Abacus and request Mason again to do the work.
