Abacus has been great to work with over multiple properties during the past several years. In this recent project, the staff who came out to the house were knowledgeable, personable and willing to work with us to create an optimal approach to replacing the HVAC at this property. The installer team arrived in a timely manner (same day was fantastic), did a complete install, left the area totally clean, no debris, and was extremely careful moving in and out of the house to avoid disruptions and/or any damage to the house. We have been repeat customers, and fully intend to continue for any future needs. Thanks for doing another great job for us!

I had to have them come out three times to take care of sloppy work. I had a garbage disposal installed. The service man did not install it properly and it was leaking. Put in a request to come out to fix this issue and they sent the same repair man to fix the problem. This time he did not plug in the garbage disposal and left. I had to put in for a third request for them to come out to look at what should have been a 1 time install. This time a more experienced service man came and told me that it was the air powered button. I would not recommend this company. I put in a request for management to reach out to me and I have not heard. I have asked for a full refund and they have not returned my call. The second repair man called to let me know that they would give me 80.00 off the cost of installing a new power switch. Stay away from this company. I am filling a complaint with the B.B.B.

I really appreciate Abacus, I had a knowledgeable technician he was their for a few minutes resolve the problem. I was so thankful. My only regret is I didn't call sooner.

Easy to schedule, confirmed appt. with me 2X, then I received a picture of technician Aukeem before he arrived. Aukeem was on time, professional and friendly. Explained my options fully and completed job quickly and cleanly. No mess at all! This plumbing job was amazing and electrical work I’ve had Abacus do in the past was also amazing. Super fair pricing.

I'm very happy with Abacus services. Since I have been on the VIP plan for a few years now, I feel that I won't be having unexpected failures and emergency situations arising. I also have a reliable source for repairs and services for all my major home systems.
I had been setting up a woodworking shop, and needed better power circuits and lighting in my garage, and I decided to request these during my recent electrical inspection. They were completed that same day, including additional breakers to provide dedicated 20-amp circuits for my heavy tools and recepticals for switched ceiling lighting. It made my shop into a great working environment, and the work was done neatly and with a high quality of workmanship. I also requested a switchable light for a dark closet, and this was done as well on the same trip.
I'm also having minor plumbing services to replace some water cutoff valves in my home with one-quarter-turn valves that will be much more reliable and convenient to use.
It's a great feeling to have a complete scope of home services available on call from a single source, and one where you can be sure the work will be done with high quality, reliable estimates, and reasonable costs.

Bryan Haygood Jr was the technician that came to service our electrical issue we had. He diagnosed the issue, explained thoroughly the issue, quoted us the price, and fixed the issue. Abacus will be our go to company for issues that may arise in the future. He was very thorough and explained everything that he did. He also did a check of everything after he finished the job, to make sure we were satisfied with the work. We had to update some electrical panels in my grandmother house so we called Abacus. The electrician who was sent was named Stephen and he was polite, on time, respectful, and very detailed. Stephen noticed that our American flag was in need of being changed and was so thoughtful that he grabbed one and retired it for my family. Was a very kind action which is rare in this world these days. I will always call Abacus and request Stephen for any of my future electrical needs.

Al what’s my technician that came out and conducted the heating inspection from my home. I was very timely and perform the service expeditiously. It was very professional and courteous. I Have always had good luck and professional service by Abacus.

$ 49 for a outside clog I mean that didn’t seem real but it was real as it gets. Totally professional service. The technician was courteous and careful and after sale service was as good as it gets.

Our technician was professional and worked hard to clean out our kitchen pipes and main line that was clogged. He was efficient and explained the process very well. He left the area clean which we appreciated. The price was higher than we thought it should be for such a job, so that kept me from giving 5 stars.

Because my home was built in 1978 he checked my electrical panel and discussed what might be addressed. I appreciated his honesty and understanding.

I was very pleased with the company and the work that was done . Angel was in contact everyday and kept me well informed of what was going on. Jesus and his workers got the job done in record time. The clean-up of the area was the best I've ever had and I've had work done before that I had to go and clean up after they were done. I contacted Abacas Plumbing, Heating and Electrical to obtain a quote for installing a buried electrical line with four circuits for a new pergola project. Ken arrived within two hours of my call, which was impressive. We spent some time discussing the project and brainstorming the best approach, and he quickly determined an efficient solution. He was able to provide a detailed, professional quote on the spot.

Even more impressive was their availability to complete the work the very next day. Given the excellent timing and the confidence I had in Ken’s professionalism and expertise, I decided to hire them immediately.

The following morning, a large crew arrived on time and set up a very organized and professional worksite. They began the project promptly and worked efficiently throughout the process. One aspect that stood out to me was their strong emphasis on safety. In my experience, many contractors do not consistently follow rigorous safety procedures, but this team clearly does.

The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and they also handled the permitting process, which made everything much easier for me. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome.

While I may have been able to find a lower quote elsewhere, it likely would have come with compromises in quality. As the saying goes, sometimes it’s best to cry once. In this case, the professionalism, safety standards, and quality of work made the investment well worth it.

Our 33-year old electric breaker box was replaced due to insurance considering the make and type a fire hazard and no longer satisfying present-day local code.!!
Called Abacus who sent Brian immediately to determine the project details. The next day Jacob and Luis started the project and it was completed the next day by Jacob and Nathan. The old box was a mess due to solar panels and standby generator wiring added, but the new box had enough breaker circuits to handle the extra loads.
Finally, my wife and I believe the technicians were, as a group, the best we have ever "invited" into our home - friendly, considerate and knowledgeable
If you need a breaker box replaced I recommend you check with Abacus - it isn't cheap but it is done right.
