Just before a cold weather storm, the company preformed a same day service repair on my home. The guys where on site within hours, the team had uniforms, they were professional, and even wore badges. The company has good pricing that we received in a digital easy to use format and we even received a call from the owner to follow up on the service level of the repair. We recommend them for your plumbing needs.

They came on out on Sunday for a leak detection and they found it pretty quick. I thought they were done, but NO , they fix it right then and there. They were awesome!

After the repair we had a small problem with the tub draining.GEI responded quickly and arrived at the time they gave me.That there alone by itself is Five Stars as most companies never arrive on time.The technison solved and corrected the problem in less than fifteen minutes.I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Sean was great. I love the GEI Membership plan. Such a relief to know my plumbing will be inspected and serviced every year. It was a no-brainer for me and my hubby. At 70+ years of age, this is a bargain!

Had my main drain clogged which backed up my entire house. I found them on Google, called and within 2 hours they came out to my house. They snaked my main drain quickly and showed me the camera of my drain and found a broken pipe. The pipe was 6 feet deep and they had another team arrive within the hour. They dug 6 feet to attempt repair but realized they could not finish it all in one day. They gave me a temporary fix so I can shower that night and came early the next day to finish the job. 11/10 experience and professionalism. They are my go to plumbers from now on and I would recommend them to anyone that has any issues.

Technicians arrived on time, I love the text system. It showed me where they were, what they drove, their names and what they looked like. They were very nice and friendly. Made a gas leak not so miserable lol. They are coming tomorrow to fix the leak and accommodated my husbands work/sleep schedule (night worker). They will be our go to plumbing company from now on.
