Excellent service at a fair price. Bryly and Jayden were there together and calmly and professionally worked as a team. Replaced a sink faucet and drain plug (that required special handling because of tight spacing in the cabinet below it) and fixed a shower valve that was plugged on the hot side. A job well done.

Kae Edward Plumbing is the best! I had Calray, his brother (Bryly I believe), and another gentlemen come out on 4 different occasions. Calray did the initial walk through of my home, but my main issue was the toilet in my master bathroom. Calray is very knowledgeable and explains what your plumbing issues are and how they can be resolved. I had to purchase a new toilet, that later gave me issues, but they came right out each time at no charge and replaced the defective tank. They even gave me free membership for the issues with the defective tank.

This is my second review for Kae Edward Plumbing. I had the misfortune of needing a plumber for two separate issues one week apart! Kae Edward came out promptly and was even able to send out a technician on the same day for both occasions. Bryly was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He explained the problems both times and gave us all the information and options we needed to make an informed decision. He was courteous and on time during each appointment. This is a family business and you can tell they take great pride in doing quality work and making sure the customer is happy with the results. There's a reason why they have such great reviews. They are honest and trustworthy and I give them my highest recommendation!

This is a very professional and caring company. They care about there clients. They clean up after themselves and are very respectful of the home and how it looks after the job is done. I had Kae Edward Plumbing installed my water heater last December. So this December I had my 1st inspection, or flushed the heater or something like that. The technician was running late because of the previous appointment but I was kept informed all the time.
The technician inspected every little thing. The water line to my refrigerator, he corrected how my toilets were flushing, checked my sinks, my shower, etc. Showed me why I had my washing machine on cold, but hot water was coming out, which I never paid attention to before.
He had a checklist of like 75 items and he checks every single thing. He advises me what needs to be fixed, never pressured me. Told me to let them know when I’m ready.

I will never use Kae Edward Plumbing. First they never responded to my query that I submitted using their Contact Us webpage.
I had to call to book an appointment. The person they sent was not professional and failed to disclose that Kae Edward Plumbing has changed their business model. Now they charge a $79.99 fee to diagnose and inspect the whole house. They wasted our time and money by not disclosing this over the phone.
They were charging $383.95 plus tax to replace 1 valve fill (plus the $79.99 diagnostic/inspection fee). I told him that they are overcharging. He asked me to provide an explanation, and I told him to check his system, since I have used Kae Edward plumbing on 3 different occasions. There was no diagnostic/inspection fee and the repair costs for each visit was in the range of $125.00 - $175.00.
Please do not use Kae Edward Plumbing, they are ripping people off now.

I highly recommend this company. They have kept the plumbing running in my old house for over ten years now. Over the years they have done a lot of work on my children’s homes as well, and several of my friend’s homes. Everyone I know who has used this company is very happy with the service provided. They are a full service, family owned company. We have had them do rough-end plumbing, install new fixtures, and resolve blockages on my old house. Calray always explains what he is doing, and answers all my questions. The communication I get from this company is above average and the prices are more than fair. Everyone from this company who has been to my house is very polite and I am very comfortable having them in my home. This company has a real person answering the phone and always gets me on the schedule quickly.

My main sewer line unfortunately backed up on Thanksgiving. Kae Edward Plumbing responded promptly to clear the tree roots that caused the issue. I was very impressed by their team’s professionalism that I also asked them to replace three toilets in my house. Their team: Calray, Bryly, Jordan, and Jaden are all highly experienced and courteous throughout the entire process. They did a superb and clean job installing the new bathroom fixtures. I had the good fortune of finding out about KAE Edward Plumbing from my insurance agent. My first experience was when I had a leak under the foundation. Calray, Jourdan and Bryly rerouted all the water lines through the attic. Calray is very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to talk and get to know him and the crew. They did an exceptional job. Even the Missouri City inspector was impressed. This time there was a water leak by the meter. On my side, unfortunately! I called KAE and Jourdan came out, same day, and he replaced the bad section with quality parts and resolved the leak. Jourdan did amazing work and cleaned up afterwards. I am very pleased and highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Kae Edward Plumbing. They offer a high level of skill, expertiese, friendly and courteous communication, honesty, reasonable pricing and incredible customer service with a high level of integrity. They come quickly when called. They have helped us with maintenance and major repairs. They replaced 2 hot water heaters after we called for a routine inspection and check-up. Could have been a disaster. Job completed perfectly with great communication and excellence.

We have used Kae Edward Plumbing several times over the last few years and they impress me every time! They have replaced a water heater, removed and installed a new sewer line, replaced a broken water pipe and a few other little things. When we call frantic with yet another plumbing issue ( it's an 80 year old home) they respond promptly and have the gear to get the issue under control.
