Had a very pleasant experience with S&B plumbing. They repaired my toilet and sink at a good price ($280). Also, Austin and Anthony were very professional and friendly and explained everything I needed to know. I definitely will be using S&B plumbing again in the future.

Brent from S&B installed new Bradford and White water heater, as well as a new toilet. Super impressed by their professionalism, responsiveness, and know-how. Prices were competitive, too. Love when you know you’re getting good work done at a reasonable price. I’ll definitely use them for plumbing needs in the future.

Steve with S&B came out and diagnosed a small leak I had seen - tracing it back to a cracked flange. After I separately repaired some related carpentry, Austin with S&B came back out and made the repairs. During the whole process their estimate was fair, they were very responsive, and all their employees were extremely courteous. I will definitely call S&B back in the future when I need more work done.

I had a very challenging outside water supply pipe repair involving my supply line and the city's main line. Joe and crew repaired multiple leaks on my line and coordinated with the city to investigate and fix their main line. They did an outstanding job. Highly recommend this company!

I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience needs to be shared so other small business owners don’t get put in the same situation.

My wife owns a salon in Sugar Land and called S&B Plumbing to take a look at her water heater. They came out, assessed the unit, and presented an estimate for almost eight thousand dollars to replace it. No clear explanation and no attempt at a simple repair, just a very high replacement quote.

Because that didn’t sit right, I called a contractor I trust for a second opinion. He came out, looked at the same water heater, and had it up and running in under five minutes. No replacement. No thousands of dollars. Just an honest fix.

It’s frustrating knowing how easily someone who isn’t familiar with plumbing could have been taken advantage of, especially a woman running a small salon who just needs hot water to keep her business going.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend S&B Plumbing. Always get a second opinion, especially when the estimate is this high.

Bo came out the same day in the late morning for an estimate and looksee. Had a decent price compared to others. Gave them the okay and had a crew come out early afternoon. They located the leak and main which was a lot deeper in the yard than I would have expected. Then they repaired it and were thru in a few hours. Thanks guys. Totally recommended.

S&B is great. They're prompt, communicate very well, do great work, and dont sell you anything you dont really need. They did a great job of explaining the water heater options to us, and the pros and cons of each. They're my go-to plumber, no doubt.

I needed a water heater replacement, and I'm glad I contacted S&B Plumbing for a 2nd quote. They easily beat my other quote by $2,000. Seems like pretty significant price gouging at other places if S&B could get it done for $2,000 less. S&B provides free estimates and no surprise costs during installation. The price quoted was the price I paid. They take check, cash, or credit card upon work completion. I believe they have financing options as well. Austin and Anthony came within the provided 2 hour time frame and were friendly, respectful, and professional. The installation took longer than the estimated time, but it was probably due to the age of my pipes and them making sure everything was in working order. If you're not big on calls, I will say that I was easily able to schedule my free estimate and the installation through text messages after initially contacting them through their website. I got all my questions and concerns answered by text as well, all in a timely manner. Definitely recommend S&B Plumbing for a very fairly priced water heater installation.

Great experience and communication from first phone call with Debbie to service from Mike and Micah. Over the last 13 yrs I’ve needed their help 4-5 times. Professional, friendly, respectful and efficient use of time. Highly recommend S & B plumbing.

My backflow preventer burst in the recent cold snap and left us without water. I contacted S&B online at like 9pm to schedule an appointment for the next day. They reached out that same night to make sure it wasn’t an emergency and were very prompt in reaching out the following morning to schedule a time their plumbers would be out. They promised a call before they headed over, which they fulfilled and actually arrived before the originally scheduled time, which was great. Morgan was awesome! He provided me options, not just the most expensive one, and completed the work agreed upon swiftly and skillfully. My water is back on and the freezing weather hasn’t even passed yet! Great job, S&B! I will be calling for all my plumbing needs from here on out!

S & B Plumbing always does fabulous work for us and we've been customers for a long time. Today's visit was so they they could figure out what was going on with a pipe in the shower. They were able to tell me with the issue is and we will decide about moving forward. They were able to make a minor adjustment so things are better but will still be to be addressed. Based on previous work we've had done by them i would consider moving forward.

Wow—this is a truly trustworthy plumbing service. They responded quickly, provided a free estimate, and were extremely honest about the pricing and the work needed. Unlike many plumbers I’ve dealt with in the past who either made mistakes or quoted completely unreasonable prices, Mike and his associate were friendly, professional, and very helpful. WOW! First time using this company and I will definately use them in the future. Mike and Micha were a great team. They arrived on time, gave us a quote and were able to do the job immediately. Their professionalism and expertise were above reproach. They had all the tools and parts available and cleaned after the job was done. Can't say enough good things about this experience.

The team at S & B Plumbing did a fantastic job and I will be recommending them to anyone I know in the future. They called ahead, showed up early and were professionally dressed. Any tool that was needed was brought along with them such as towels and shop vacs. Some cutting of the sheetrock was necessary and they took their time using a level, marker and proper cutting tool (no hand-held SR saw) to achieve sharp, straight cuts allowing for seamless repair by me later. The plumbing work was careful and precise, double checked to insure no leaks at the new washing machine valves, and provided 1st class clean up that went above and beyond ( they even cleaned up my floor under the washer of all the dryer lint and dust). By the time they left, you'd never know they had been here. Price was reflective of the quote provided and there were no extra charges. They were reasonably priced with impeccable service. Worth the money I spent and I'm so glad I've finally found a plumbing company that is trust worthy, honest and experienced. Finally found my go-to plumbers!!! Thank you S&B!!!

We contacted S&B Plumbing to install a new main water line shutoff valve. They arrived promptly, were efficient, and did a great repair. I give them five stars for the following reasons:
-- Excellent communication with me during each phase of the order.
-- High quality of work, materials, and parts. They even insulated the shutoff valve for the winter.
-- Both Mike and Matthew were very professional and executed their craft well.

I first ran into Kae Edward Plumbing in December 2017 when my home warranty company sent them out for a busted pipe in my wall. They showed up promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue and worked with the warranty company in not only getting the fix done but the issue upgraded to code as the burst had been caused by shoddy work by a previous homeowner.

Then two days ago my dog completely knocked a spigot off the wall, breaking a pipe and causing water to start shooting in the backyard (again, shoddy, not-up-to-code work by a previous owner). To my horror, I discovered my current warranty company didn’t even have a phone line open for emergency calls due to the pandemic; you could only contact them via a form online and who knew when that would be seen? So I called a local plumber here in my small town and they told us that they couldn’t see us until next week. The water was completely shut down to my house to prevent flooding, my daughter was graduating the next day, and they wouldn’t be able to see us for a week?!? So I remembered Kae Edward and gave them a call. Within a couple of hours they had a technician out who was able to cap off the break so we could temporarily restore water to the house, then he came out the next day with the needed materials, relocated the spigot to a safer place and installed it with sturdier cooper and brass as opposed to the PVC that was destroyed.

I absolutely love Kae Edwards. They’ve helped me out in some serious binds, are very professional and truly know what they’re doing, providing quality work. They are my go-to plumbers from now on and I highly recommend them.
