Reid came to help. We did not have an appointment but had a drain blockage. They called and let us know they would try to fit us in, and then came within an hour. Reid was personable and helpful with his knowledge and they got the problem fixed within 5 min. Reid then went back around to make sure everything was working before leaving. They did a fantastic job, were personable and helpful.

I was able to get an appointment within one day. The plumbers arrived early in the designated window abd called in advance. They were quick to determine the issues and to remedy everything quickly and cleanly. This is a great company with kind and efficient employees.

We had some debris in the faucet mechanism that was messing with the water flow. Dalton found the problem and fixed it. The charge for the service was very reasonable.

Zack and Joel replaced my kitchen faucet today. It's a quick and clean job. They showed top-notch customer care. Professional, knowledgeable and warm-hearted. The repair cost is much lower than another plumbing company's quote. We've used S&B Plumbing for other services in the past few years. They always do a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

Very professional, fast, and convenient! They were able to diagnose the issue before they even arrived, and the problem was fixed very quickly for a reasonable price. I will be using them again for any future plumbing issues.

Zach was very helpful in getting a few pooped rerouted in my kitchen as well as moving a gas line. He was very forthcoming with updates and explained everything in a way that I could understand and was transparent with every step of the process. We’ll likely be coming back to have our water heater replaced.

The guys called to say their schedule was running early. They a9ssessed my concern and fixed the issue-the gas stove. When I asked to schedule another visit to address a leak I found, they not only looked at it. The guys had the materials in their truck to fix the leak. Morgan took time to explain the updated standards regarding faucets, then installed a new one in less than 15 minutes. Problem solved!

I recently had S&B Plumbing come out to look at a gas leak on my pool heater. I called on a Monday afternoon and by 9:30 AM the next morning, the issue was completely resolved. My technician, Michael Pitts, was knowledgeable, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. The service was fast, efficient, and done right. These guys are the best—I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

Frazier and Zachary T. recently performed a service call to address a clogged kitchen sink. Although the appointment was scheduled on a Wednesday, they had time to stop by on the preceding Monday ---- which I very much appreciated. They did a thorough job of assessing and clearing the blockage and made sure that both sinks were draining properly.

S&B Plumbing repaired my upstairs toilet commode seal. I texted them late last night and got an immediate appointment for 8-10 this morning, They were here at 8:40 and did my repair.The cost I thought was reasonable. Job well done.
