This is the first time I called Mock Plumbing. They were fantastic. They are prompt, professional, respectful, and do excellent work.
A slow draining shower and toilet proved to be a broken sewer line under the house. Only Mock identified the true problem complete with live pictures of the break and technology, explained the solution, and costs before starting work. During the repair they provided updates of their progress. It was a big job, but the final cost was very reasonable. I will definitely call them for all my plumbing needs.

Replaced whole house water filter. Used quality parts. Fast installation with proper shutoff valves. Highly recommend.

The service men were very nice and friendly. They rebuilt our toilet and now it works great! And my bathroom sink doesn’t leak anymore. They had to go to Lowe’s to get a couple of parts, then all was good. We were very satisfied.

Prior to even making an appointment, I called a couple of times to ask questions, which were thoroughly answered by Chris Mock, the owner. Upon making an appointment, Mock plumbers arrived early, having texted ahead to let us know that they were heading to our home. Each member who entered our home communicated in a polite, respectful and professional manner. Will Villalobo demonstrates master/level knowledge. All of them wasted no time removing our old one and installing our new comfort toilets. Because we are older, having these taller toilets are needed.

In addition to the toilets, we had both water heaters drained. When they needed a different piece of equipment to appropriately remove some of the stubborn sediments, they went to get that piece of equipment. I am a stickler for cleanliness and they were super conscientious in picking up and wiping up after themselves. Before leaving, our warranty was clearly explained. We are very pleased with the service we have received from this company.

I had a problem with the faucets to my washing machine. Mock Plumbing came out the same day. In the meantime, I noticed water in the street coming from my front lawn. They took the time to diagnose that problem as well. Great company!!!

Another call in for Mock Plumbing. We were out of town and our pet sitter said the garbage disposal unit stopped working. I called Mock Plumbing, and Will came out the same day to fix the problem. I am so pleased with their service. What a customer friendly company they are. I’d give 10 stars if I could!!

Still another call to Mock Plumbing. They came to inspect my garbage disposal, and as an additional issue, they looked at my shower head which was having a problem. They not only fixed that issue, but noticed another one on the flexible part of the handheld. Another 10 stars!!!!

09/30/25: Another great service from Mock Plumbing. This time my water heater was flushed. The service person was very nice and explained about the life of a water heater and what signs to look for when it's getting "tired".

I had a 10-year old hot water heater that would not stay lit. After years of handling hard water, it was probably full of scale. Will and Robert came the same day to assess. After discussion, we decided to replace both hot water heaters since the problems will only get worse. With the recent installation of a water softener, the new ones should last a long time. The new ones were vastly superior in quality compared to the builder grade hot water heaters installed Taylor Morrison.

Will and Robert were extremely efficient and they had the old hot water heaters removed and the new ones installed in a couple of hours. They upgraded valves and fittings. They also replaced my outdoor water faucets for me while they were here.

We just moved into our house and we had a minor gas leak in our laundry room and Centerpoint suggested a plumber should come check for a needed repair to the valve. Chris Mock was extremely responsive and scheduled an appointment for the same day. They had a cancellation and asked if I'd like them to come earlier, which was a blessing because this leak had me feeling nervous. David, the technician arrived and quickly assessed the problem. He replaced the valve and even connected my dryer for me, since we couldn't find the tools. He suggested a pressure test to ensure there were no other leaks, since the house is 20 years old, but fortunately Centerpoint had just done one so I didn't need it. The best part is that it didn't cost an arm and a leg either. However, our peace of mind is the best part. Thanks Chris and David for helping us out so quickly!

We had a leak but origin of the leak was hard to find. Will came over and found it very quick. Day and time was set to repair it. They came earlier than set time and started working. Leak was contained it seemed but meter was still running. Will dug it again and found another one underneath the concrete. Finally that leak was contained. It was very awkward location to repair. Will did an excellent job. I think Chris and Will are the best plumbers in Sugar Land and Richmond. They also squeeze you in emergencies. Thank you for the job well done.

They are great, reasonably and competitively priced. They have fixed my leaking tub and leaking toilet. Our home was built in the 80's, and previous owners were DIYers, not the most professionally done work. However, Will has come in to fix their handy work. Definitely recommend them to take care of your plumbing needs.

David, with Mock Plumbing, did an excellent job of replacing a wax seal involving a unique flange problem, teaching me throughout the process of what happened & what needed to be done and although it was late in the day he did not rush the job. He is a craftsman, a teacher and very much professional.
