Amazing and quick service! They came out an hour after I called and Josh was able to get my toilet fixed. He also cleaned up very well after the job was done. Cannot recommend them enough!

We had a shower leak and had water coming into bedroom; my husband called ROTO-Rooter to come and assess the situation. They came promptly at the time they said they would come and began working promptly. The problem was identified and Fernando gave me a quote on the repair and the approximate time needed to repair the shower.
The work ended up being more time than expected because the pipe and house is 32 year old. Fernando had to customize the pipes to fix the space, it was a bit complicated. The end results were perfection! After finishing the repair, Fernando, cleaned up everything and wiped down the floor where he was working and removed all of the trash.
Fernando, walked me through the paperwork; he explained all the charges and parts used. He was very professional and kept me informed throughout the job. He would have me view the work as he went and explained what he was doing and why it needed to be done.
I throughly appreciate and enjoyed having him in my home doing this important job for me.

Also, Samuel, came in to assess any potential water damage and any needs for fans and a dehumidifier. He also explained the cost of the possible repairs and what to do if we needed to call our insurance company for help with cost.
Samuel was professional, patient and kind, he answers all of our questions.

Great service, Steven quickly arrived on Sun evening and helped us with the main drain clog. He was courteous and cool to work with. The price for emergency clean up was reasonable and we had clean drain within 30 minutes. We will definitely use the service again in the future and recommend to others too.

Andrew was awesome! He came quickly and got the job done. He explained things in a way where it made sense to me (a mom of 2 so not very familiar in the world of plumbing). Kevin was so helpful with our drain issue. We made our appointment online, were able to be seen within a few hours and were updated on his arrival time. He was very clear about our issue and kept us updated on the progress. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. We are so grateful for his time, especially since he came over to our home after 9pm.

It required a relatively chllenging drain cleaning job.The young man Mr. Justin Herbert diagnosed the issue rightaway, set to work, and solved the problem. He was very diligent, focused, and quick. We recently bought our new home and had issues with the master bathroom sinks. We contacted Roto-Rooter, and they sent a technician out on a Saturday in less than two hours! They provided a free, reasonably priced quote. We approved the service, and Hector, the plumber, resolved the issue in under an hour. He was highly professional, tidy, and organized, using clean equipment and boot covers. He disposed of waste properly and left our bathroom spotless. We, along with our neighbors, woke up in the middle of the night to a serious sewer backup affecting multiple homes. The city initially came out and told us it was a homeowner issue. We then called Roto-Rooter, and they sent Curtis out in the middle of the night. He did an excellent job getting the situation under control quickly and professionally.

The next day, Ralph and Andrew returned with a camera system and helped determine that the problem was, in fact, a city-related issue. They took the time to help us communicate with the city and get things moving toward a proper resolution.

I recently had my hot water heater replaced by Mock Plumbing. Mock Plumbing is extremely professional, courteous, and honest. They did not pressure me into making a decision as I have experienced in the past with other companies. Their pricing is fair. Chris and Robert were also helpful in providing me with information/suggestions regarding other work that I need to have done at my home. I highly recommend their company.

My husband found what looked to be a broken underground pipe along our driveway...I called Mock plumbing as they had done an excellent job repairing a broken pipe on that area several years back...they arrived as expected and gave a total evaluation of the situation. As it turned out, the break was on my neighbors pipe and they quickly identified area of break and what it would take to get it fixed. Developed a leak behind the wall in the master bathroom. Called Mock plumbing and they came on the specified time. Plumber went straight to work and quickly identified the leak - which was in a tricky spot-and repaired it neat and clean. Their prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this plumbing company

Communication was great both before (texts, calls) and during the repair. Cleaned up perfectly and very respectful of property.

We were in a bind. Two out of Three toilets clogged for several days and then I found Mock. They fit us in between two other customers within a day of calling and they cleared the problem and installed a new toilet all in about an hour. The guys were kind, considerate, quick and reasonable. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
