Mike with Roto Rooter came out and while waiting for the tech worked with my neighbor and I to troubleshoot my water leak and discovered the leak was coming from a water softener. Mike didn’t have to do this; however, he volunteered with my helpful neighbor and made my day. It’s particularly helpful given I am in a wheelchair and cannot physically access these areas given I would bog down and be stuck. Thanks to the helpful team at Roto Rooter!!

Orien came out to my house and was very friendly, very knowledgeable and very prompt. He diagnosed the issue quickly and the got out plumbing problem solved! Would recommend again!

Wonderful service! Very thorough and clean. They got here within the time that was booked. Love that I was able to get someone over here quickly. A bit pricey but the fact that someone was dispatched and here fast was worth it.

Chase gave me EXCELLENT service! I needed a new part on my washroom box. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to finish the job in a way that looked visually appealing. After he mentioned to me that he had to cut into the drywall, I was worried, and concerned it would look hideous. I am so happy he took notice of my concerns and made effort to complete the necessary work neatly and with care. He also double checked to make sure there were no leaks before he left. Called Roto Rooter b/c my master sink would not drain no matter how many times I tried cleaning the pipes I could reach. They sent over Hector and he did a great job. He snaked the line all the way to the main line and then cleaned out my wife’s sink of hair that was stuck in the pipes. Everything’s running smooth. Great service. Hector is a nice guy.

Josh was amazing! My sink was clogged and he came and explained everything beginning to end and gave me suggest on how to prevent it happening again. Very polite and professional!

Justin the tech arrived on time and was so kind and respectful . It was a pleasure having him in my home unclogging my shower drain . Explained the work and price . I will definately use this company again . And it is Christmas Eve and they cam out within an hour before guests are arriving . I am grateful thank you .

The representative Oraine came on time which pleased me because normally there is a window of 2 hours. He explained the charges and listened to what I had to say. Then he interacted while he was working, making time go by nicely. He fixed the issue and seemed quite satisfied with how the work came out. I hope I dont have to call again but if I do i would not mind having him come and service again.

Ralph and Andrew did a great job today. They were very respectful of my grandmother and myself as well as their work area. It was a rainy night and they went above and beyond and though I hope I don't have to have them come back out I would definitely welcome them if there was the need for it. Professionals in every sense of the word

My sink stopped up and the bathtub was draining very slowly. Orain assessed everything, we agreed on price, and he had both fixed very quickly. He was so kind and very respectful. He cleaned up everything, so I don’t have to. Very happy.

The technician that Roto-Rooter sent out was Josh. He was very professional and friendly from the time I told him the issue with my plumbing to his assessment of the problem. There were know surprises about the cost to fix. He was upfront. I felt the price was fair and he made me feel at ease.

Roto-Rooter really cares about their customers. Anytime I needed help, they were quick to answer and always came up with the best solution for my situation. Mark did an awesome job coordinating everything and making sure we were taken care of. Joseph from the demo crew was great too — he always kept us in the loop, explained what he was working on, and made sure we knew how things were progressing. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about doing a good job. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch service.

Ralph and Andrew did a great job for us with our sewer line issue. They were courteous, and very kind and patient in helping to explain what was wrong and what i needed to do with the MUD, especially as I am not familiar with the technicalities of how it works. Beyond the video and the report they were contracted to do, their kindness, patience and empathy were invaluable to not only solving the issue at hand, but engaging the city to hopefully make sure it doesn’t happen again.

I had a plumbing emergency at 10:00 tonight. Within an hour, a Josh A., Andrew B., and Ralph C. were sent out to my house. They were very professional and knowledgeable, explained what they were doing and made sure I understood my options, and even knocked on my door to remind me that my garage door was still open and they had closed up my gates. I honestly can’t brag on these gentleman enough. They made me feel very safe and went beyond their job and exceeded my expectations.

Had a terrible experience with this company. For starters, they told me that to unclogg a sink, a camera inspection and a 6-month warranty was $350. Someone came and fixed the clogged sink and told me the camera will be scheduled later and a different person was going to come the same day but later. Towards the end of the day I get a call from the camera person (Mario) saying he is runing late and whether I want to received him later (around 5:30/6pm) or rescheduled. I told him I can wait for him even if it is later in the day. 7PM I am still waiting and sent him a text asking if he is still planing to show up, no response. So I call the office and after speaking with 3 people, finally one person told me "unfortunately I just spoke to his supervisor and he told me he just left for the day, sorry about that but you will be priority for our next day". I am already mad since i've been waiting for hours to this person on a Friday evening and he can't even reply with a text message. So I scheduled it for Monday morning (of course they dont give me priority but whatever). Sunday my sink is clogged again. I called again for someone to come and fix it, who shows up on a normal car (not a van with equipment)? Mario, the camera guy who stood me up. I told him I dont want the camera which is scheduled for Monday, I want a technician who can actually fix the problem I already paid for. He was very rude and told me someone will come but he needs to run the camera first, I told him I dont trust that, since now you are going to find anything to not apply the warranty. Anyways he lied to my face and said the day he didnt show up was because he was doing a work that turned into an emergency (then why will his supervisor told me something different?). Anyways, he runs the camera and told me some other things are wrong with the pipes so no warranty, but that he is going to call someone to fix it, although the technician might charge for it. Nobody shows up, called on Monday again. They told me, camera guy did not scheduled anything and add a note saying "client does not want to pay for the service". So at the end I payed $350 and they did not solve any issue plus made me waste so much time, they even have the audacity to call me back to see if they can send the camera guy again to quote me on the pipe fixing and that if another technician comes they are going to start charging me. Anyways, so unprofessional, waste of time and money. I have reached out to another plumbing and they didnt even did a correct job the first time. I feel they lied to me many times to get my money, they should specify the warranty rules, etc. from the begining, everything was very skechy. They pay thousands to be advertised by google as a top result so they show up first, DO NOT HIRE THEM!!

My disposal sink stopped up! Manuel, with Roto-Rooter, came the same day and snaked the drain. He was here quite a while, unclogged the sink, and cleaned up after his work was complete. Manuel was very nice and professional. I will definitely call them back for my plumbing repairs and installations!
