Complete knuckleheads, these guys sold me a 30" lawnmower a few months ago. It had some issues so I took it back and asked them to look at it. ONE MONTH later I still had not heard from them, so I went down and they said they could not get it fixed or had trouble getting parts. I took the mower back from them and took it to another dealer who fixed it in 2 days. Titan didn't even care, they treated me poorly and acted like I didn't matter to them.

I think they just didn't know what they were doing. Stupid me for buying from them without doing my research. Never again.

There advicers are on point but the rental guys, I waited 45 minutes for them to get done fishing on there lunch break.Theyer a little sister company to white cap. Big brothers better.

I have bought multiple chainsaws from these guys recently and very pleased with their prices and service. The commercial discount is the most competitive prices in Reno for Stihl power products. Friendly staff, nice retail shop, amazing selection.

We have been using them for our business for 2 years now and never had any problems until recently. We have been trying to order specialty screws for the past 3 months now. We keep getting the wrong kind of screws, wrong size of screws, and now they dont bother placing the order into the system after assuring they will take care of it. Also have been waiting to get refunded for said wrong screws.

These guys are awesome and very reasonably priced! They came and fixed a gas line for us a few weeks ago. Then last night our kitchen sink blocked. We left them a voicemail (they are not 24/7) and they returned the call at 7am this morning. Said they would be out in the morning and quoted $150 for the job (including call out). They arrived at 7.45am, very professional, very thorough, fixed the sink and charged what they said they would charge. We will always use them in future.

Just had Michael and Andrew come over to fix a busted pipe. Great service chatted with them both Michael has 36 years of experience in plumbing. Andrew is very thorough on his work. Did a great job.Highly recommend.

Very professional plumbers. They are able to find the root cause and fix them quickly. They also strive to avoid costly replacements by repairing what you already have.

Issue, i broke the shower water valve trying to replace it. Called and they said they'd send a tech in few hours. Job took 3 days, not very professional. He would've left the job as the pictures if I didn't complain. Alsob left restroom dirty.
Credit to the mgr, he called the tech back and told him to fix it and clean it up. If you pay for professional work home owner shouldn't have to keep an eye on the work.
