Very satisfied with the services. Micheal was prompt, efficient and very easy to deal with.

Our fixer upper house decided to fall apart over the summer. Our first issue was leaking coming from the upstairs bathroom and I wasn’t sure where it was coming from. Long story short the tub in our son’s bathroom was rusting and the seal was extremely worn out cause water from the running shower to leak through.

They were able to fix both problems and recommended that we get a new tub if the leak becomes a problem again in the future.

They worked quick and efficiently, and were very polite and respectful. Pretty pricey, but hey we got what we paid for. So far it’s good.

Fernando was excellent! He conducted troubleshooting of my macerating toilet in a systematic way. He identified the solution and fixed it! Now we can use the toilet as we have guests for the holidays!

It took three tries but the last two techs who came were competent and got the job done. One removed the toilet and cleaned the roots out the other ran a camera through the pipe to check it. They worked very quickly.

Excellent at resolving issue with stopped up drain line. Great price for the very experienced skill of the repair worker and the extend of work needed to unstop the toilet and related piping system.

I would not recommend this company for any plumbing work. I had an issue with my tankless water heater, and the technician who came out immediately recommended a full replacement. Always seek a second opinion before making such decisions.

After contacting Rinnai, the manufacturer, I learned that our system comes with a 20-year warranty, and the technician should have called them to open a support ticket instead of suggesting a replacement. That confirmed my suspicion that something was off with the service I received.

My mistake was trusting the technician and leaving him alone to “fix” the issue. He was too quick to push for a replacement when, according to Rinnai, the error code was completely fixable. I was charged $275, and when the issue wasn’t resolved, the company refused to return unless I paid additional fees—which made no sense.

Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend anyone to use their services. Always check your warranty first and verify what you’re being told before agreeing to any costly repairs or replacements.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Roto-Rooter Plumbing and will never use them again. Their pricing is outrageous, and they refuse to give any quotes over the phone. Instead, they send someone out, charge you a trip fee just to show up, and then hit you with ridiculously high prices once they’re there. It feels like a total scam. The lack of transparency and customer care is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and call literally anyone else before you ever deal with Roto-Rooter.

Justin was mild‑mannered, personable, and took his time explaining everything clearly. He saved us money by distinguishing between a main drain cleaning and a branch cleaning, answered all our questions, and offered great advice for caring for our kitchen line.

Stevon was very personable and kind. He got the stuck battery from the drain for less than 15 minutes! Thank you for a fast and professional job!
