Arrived earlier than appointment, which was great. Did not have a good part to fix my toilet so he left, bought one, and came right back. Fixed my toilet perfectly. Will continue to use Mock Plumbing.

I called them for a bid on pipe replacement because I lost water pressure. He saw my filtration system and immediately checked my filters. He saw one filter was full so replaced it. I had great pressure. He saved me thousands of dollars. I have a new plumber now.

Chris came quickly, in consideration of our house full of guests and no water pressure. He addressed the problem immediately, water softener not working properly, and bypassed the unit. Great service - saved the day and holiday weekend.

I have been a long time customer of Mock Plumbing until now. Last night, Chris, the owner, and a plumber new to the company came to my house to take a look at my garbage disposal. It turns out that the switch on the electric breaker panel had been turned off by a previous electrical technician. Nevertheless, this visit costs us $195 just to flip a switch. No price was quoted previously for coming out and I didn’t think to ask as I have used this company many times before. They came after 6:00 PM, but this was not an emergency call. I certainly was not expecting a $195 bill and not one tool was used! Unfortunately, this was an expensive lesson learned.

I was very pleased with the service we received. They were able to come out on short notice and were able to quickly determine the cause of our leak.

Chris did an excellent job, he got right to the problem and explained the problem to me and my wife, and did an excellent job of fixing the problem plus went the extra mile by insulating the pipe, after finishing the job he took all the damage stuff with him, we highly recommend Mock plumbing, I told my neighbors that's the place to call if they have plumbing probls.

I noticed water stain on wall inside house and went outside to find soaked yard from spicket at about 5:00 pm Friday evening. Called Mock Plumbing and they answered and came out Saturday. They kept in touch on the way when they were coming. very helpful, knowledgeable, let me know what they were doing and weekday I needed to do. Did a great job in finding problem and fixing it and did a great job in cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend them. Thank you.

Chris, Brett, and workers spent hours finding the source of a leak in my bathroom closet. They traced the leak to our kitchen sink, but the leak was actually in the toilet wall. They were very courteous and professional. They cleaned areas and removed the old wet carpet. Chris made arrangements for a gentleman in construction for Sheetrock repair, carpeting & repainting. We highly recommend. Shout-out also to Andy Maltz who came to help problem solve.

Excellent customer service provided by David with Mock Plumbing Repair! David came out to repair a shower leak and had it fixed in no time. He kept me informed of his work progress and answered all questions I had. Was very easy to set up appointment, communication was great and they arrived at stated time. Definitely will use again!

The service and installer was good. I had my garbage disposal unit replaced. They just need to call in advance or inform the customer if they could not maintain their expected time of arrival or worst if they could not make it at all. As a customer I do understand that some jobs take extra time to finish. I am sure that as a customer if explained in advance the circumstances of not making the appointment and if properly and timely informed will understand the cancelation of service. I'll still recommend the company for the good work.

We were in the process of getting a new washer when we discovered at the last minute that the washer connection valve was badly corroded and couldn’t be safely disconnected. I called several plumbers who were all booked, but Mock Plumbing — which comes highly recommended in my neighborhood groups — called me right back and had someone at our home within the hour.

Their quick response was incredibly appreciated, especially since our new washer was scheduled to be delivered later that day. To make things even better, the washer arrived early, and the Mock Plumbing team very kindly offered to hook up the new washer while they were still completing the installation of the new valves. It truly couldn’t have worked out more perfectly.
