Sean Hull was thorough, and fix our toilet that was not flushing . He also did a complete plumbing inspection, and only recommended what was needed. He even tightened one of my door handles that was loose for free because he noticed it was loose. Genuinely a kind guy, good spirit and gave excellent customer service. Highly recommend GEI plumbing. This is our second experience with the company and they do a great job for reasonable price.

GEI did a good overall service to fix my leaking kitchen sink, using snaking tools to clear the blockage. But they had charged $525, when others were quoting around 200-300$ for the same. Other than the high priced quotes, I was satisfied with their service, which fixed the issue.

We were truly impressed by the outstanding customer service delivered by Daniel P. He was respectful , had a friendly demeanor and listened attentively as we shared the issues we were facing, quickly assessing the situation with a keen eye for detail. His professional and knowledgeable approach instilled confidence in us, as he clearly outlined the necessary repairs with precision. The quote provided for the repairs was not only clear but also refreshingly straightforward, leaving us feeling informed and valued. Daniel's dedication to customer satisfaction truly stands out, and we wholeheartedly recommend his services with this company!

I want say that my mother was very happy with the service she received. The gentleman that did the service was a blessing to her. She said that he was very professional on what he was doing and was content with his presence the gentleman that went was Sean also the lady that took my order was very polite and understood her name was Cynthia my mom has said that she would recommend y'all to her friends so thank you for your service to a 88 year lady and I thank you as my mother's daughter God bless

Sean was our plumber, he came out very quickly and dealt with our issue even quicker. It was not an intensive issue but he was professional and helpful. Very happy with this service, will likely use them again if the need arises.

I must say they came promptly and after finding out that there were other issues that were major to my main sewer system they told me that it would cost more money..that I didn't have...they proceeded to help me to be able to finish the job..we paid cash for the initial repair but couldn't afford the main problem and didn't qualify for finance 😉 well the boss gave us a monthly payment so they could complete the job. Now this is what you call caring about the customer concerns and better interest. I give them 10 stars thank you Daniel for being a great overall manager and genuine person ❤️

The person they sent out was amazing. Very thorough. Very detailed cleaned up after himself overly exceptional I would give him 1000 stars he went above and beyond this company is amazing. The owner is amazing as well. I also got follow up calls from the owner himself couldn’t ask for another company that would do the things that they offer.

The technician was very friendly, professional, and arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced a faulty Moen cartridge, resolving the problem efficiently. The entire visit was smooth, and the repair was completed without any complications. The quality of the work and the prompt resolution made for a good overall experience. I especially appreciated that management followed up afterward to ensure any concerns were addressed and that I was happy with the results. That level of care and accountability really stood out.

I will have to say I gave GEI Plumbing a second chance after having the first appointment resulted in a no show.

On the second chance appointment, the techs arrived within the time window and immediately apologized for my first experience. The came in, assessed the gas leak and explained what would have to be done, worse case scenario involved cutting into the sheet rock.

I was provided an estimate, which I quickly approved and the work began. The guys did an excellent job working in a confined space. The end result was great and no sheet rock had to be cut! I have edited this review to reflect that the supervisors at GEI did reach out to me after my first experience, they sent an excellent team on the second appointment and I am very pleased with the quality of work. Thank you for reaching out and making the experience a good one after all.

Had an awesome experience with this company. They were prompt, responsive, helpful, affordable and best plumbers I have ever worked with. Most importantly they were honest about pricing and didn’t try to jack up prices. I found them on ChatGPT who suggested that this company was very good, so I called them and they fixed my 3 year problem in 2 hours. They also gave me one year warranty. I’m very pleased with their service. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

The plumber was a good problem since the tank Lowe’s supplied had the water connections on the side rather than the top. He was able to improvise and make a clean installation. He also took the time to go over periodic flushing and anode maintenance. I was very satisfied.

This company came highly recommended and I did my due diligence reading the reviews but I do Not recommend. They are always working from behind ti fix mistakes instead of preventing them like I expect a professional company to do. Things that I questioned but was told not to worry about during the initial consultation ended up being an issue during installation and prevented the system from running correctly. Now did they come back to fix it. Yes, they did but this is what I mean by working from behind. Also during the install my brand new brass door threshold was damaged and the girl Nayeli asked me for my invoice when I told her the amount that I paid. Now do I have my receipt of what I paid, absolutely. But why do I need to provide that? Am I asking for an itemized breakdown of why this system costs $18,000 when the part are made in Mexico? No, I’m not. This company also only sells one brand and compared to my old one which was Trane, this is Loud on cooling mode- like disrupt your sleep loud and is shooting out this black fluff out of All of my vents getting in my bed and in my bathtub, etc. And from what I hear, 20-30 mins of the installers vacuuming the ducts before connecting the coils would have saved me, the customer, weeks worth of extended cleaning. I never heard my old unit, nothing flew out of my vents either. The city inspector that came suggested, not required but suggested a return air to fix the pressure issues that is causing that problem but Abacus sent a tech to inspect versus perform the work, wasting his time and mine. He said he would have management call me that day about these issues and they still haven’t . I reached out to one, David, on his cell phone personally and he still didn’t reply. I guess Leadership is wasn’t what it used to be. Do yourself a favor and think twice before considering this company or at least be sure that you tell them you want all information about the new system compared to your old system- expectations, etc. because all this should be provided to customers anyway.

Electrician showed up on time, very kind and professional. At this time we will have to wait to do the updates and change AC until we get all quotes but we will highly recommend this company. Thank you!

Xavier came out to test our reverse osmosis system and check out our water softener issue. He is very informative and friendly. Turned out that a new water softener was the best solution for us rather than repair. Within a few days Tony Parker came out to replace the water softener and salt tank. Work was completed, area cleaned and system was explained. Great service all around!

The electrician that installed a couple circuit breakers and installed 5 new smoke alarms did an excellent job. Quick, friendly and efficient! I’ve always been very happy with the people Abacus sends to my home for plumbing and electrical work.
