We called Chris cause our house wasn’t cooling and out AC unit was running for 12+ hours a day. He came out the same day and explained in detail what the issues were. He gave us multiple options for repair or replacement.
Having trust issues with with this type of stuff, at first made me hesitant. But Chris’s approach to our situation made me trust him immediately. We went with getting another unit, a bigger one. And he had it installed the same week. He also ran some return air vents and ran two air vents to our bathrooms.

I called Chris Saturday evening, July 1st when AC in trailer wasn't working and it was 85 in the house. Centex put an HVAC system in my house and also in a commercial property my family owns. All of his guys were extremely nice, helpful and professional. The prices are reasonable also. I would highly recommend!

I am very happy with the quality of service provided by Chris and his team from centex a/c. Centex a/c is priced right, honest, and reliable. Chris was highly recommended, and now I know why! I will be a life time customer! My AC unit completely died over a holiday weekend. I got quotes from 3 other companies and all of them wanted to push the work out or charge significantly more to do it sooner. It’s hot! I did not want to go 3 more days in the heat or break the bank. I can not say enough about Chris and his team. My AC was not keeping up and so I called Chris out to go over my options. From the moment he came out he took his time explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I know how busy this time of the year is and he still took his time and made sure I was aware of everything and never once felt like I was rushed. From the beginning to end everything went smooth. We decided to replace the inside and outside unit and on day of install Chris and his guys came in and everyone of them was professional, kind, and made sure I understood everything that was going on. My pad that my AC was on was not even level and so they installed a new pad to make sure the new AC was level. My new outside unit is nice, level, new, and keeping my home cold :) The thermostat they installed for me works great and I can control it from anywhere. They were respective of my home and cleaned up as they went and at the end before they left. This alone is fair more than I ever expected and top notch but not only was that service good but they also made sure to reach out after the install days later simply just to ask how my new AC was. I can not say enough about every individual I came in contact with from Chris’s crew all showed complete professionalism and respect and it is clear that is part of their daily lives and it starts with the top and reaches all employees. I am so grateful and will use them for any of my HVAC needs from here on out. Thank you guys!!

I called 3 different places that all were giving me large quotes and trying to schedule appointments days out. Centex answered the call and was ready to go and arrived quickly.

They were able to give me a diagnosis, figure out what was going on, and provide a resolution and fix that left me feeling happy and worry free.

Very respectful and very knowledgeable. He was able to explain to me what was going on and fixed my AC issue. I can now unwind and enjoy the weekend knowing my AC is working perfectly.

I will proudly recommend this company to all my friends or anyone who may run into AC issues because they will definitely get their issues fixed with Centex.

We moved into our new house and quickly realized the AC and duct work was in way worse shape than we thought. Our house was humid and smelly and just not a fun place to be. Chris came out quickly, gave us a great quote, and replaced everything quickly. He was also wayyyyyy better priced than the first company we contacted. I can’t recommend Centex enough.

The owner Chris does a great job detailing what I needed to get my unit up and going. He was very communicative on when the tech would be out and the tech did a great job. He even spent time telling me how I can maybe the unit run better without charging me. So yourself a favor and hire them.

I had a backed up line issue on my emergency drip line , I talked to Chris and he very promptly set a time to send Julian out to my house, Julian contacted me and let me know when he was getting to my house, he very quickly seen issue, fixed it and was on his way!!! Great Job!! I 100% recommend!!

Chris and his team are extremely honest professionals. Julian went above and beyond in helping me find the most cost efficient A/C unit. They replaced my outdoor unit, replaced all ductwork and also the attic furnace. This was all done in one day. They did an exceptional job on cleaning up and hauling off all trash. we had a comfortflow heating & air conditioning geothermal unit installed in our home two years ago. during this time, we’ve experienced some of the coldest weather in taylor, and i am truly impressed with how much we've saved on energy costs. the unit has done an excellent job keeping up with the freezing temperatures. this shows that the system was properly sized for our home and is functioning perfectly. i’m really pleased with the service and highly recommend them for anyone looking to upgrade their heating system. we switched from a propane gas forced air furnace, and it's been a great decision.

what an amazing company! after months of problems with another hvac contractor who just wouldn't respond, i finally called comfortflow heating & air conditioning. they were so friendly and helpful right from the start. within just a few days, marvin came out for a service call to check everything. after that, we decided to do a complete replacement of our mini split system. i was really impressed by how well they kept in touch, always giving updates and sticking to the appointment times. the install techs were awesome—very honest and clear about what was wrong with the old installation and explained exactly how they would fix it the right way. everyone was really nice, and the front office staff was great too. i'm definitely going to keep using this company for my home, and i'll tell my friends and family about them. honest, fair, and ethical service like this is hard to find.

Since we bought our first place in Taylor, nathan has installed a system in every house we’ve owned, and even in our studio. The first setup was a hvac system, then we added mini-splits later on. our hvac still works perfectly, and the mini-splits are amazing! they're quiet and have really helped lower our utility bills. We also put in new flooring with the mini-splits because they don’t need floor or ceiling vents. we absolutely love these systems. nathan is very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond with every install. he made sure each new unit was set up just right. they even have great payment plan options!
