Great experience. Professional and very courteous and transparent. I called them on a Friday at 4:30pm and they replaced my 5ton AC condenser unit by the next morning at a fair price.

Came to our aid on a short notice and did a great job. 10/10 communication. As someone who knows close to nothing about how things run, they were patient and respectful about answering my questions and were reasonable with the cost. They will for sure be the first people I call if I ever need help with my AC again.

State cool did a complete A/C installment replacing the old with all new duck work and units. George Jr, was amazing with my father and patience explaining everything in detail with my dad. My dad is 81 and a little slow understanding things in his age. But no problem for George Jr. He was amazing and I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Jorge Sr. and his helper were so wonderful. I had several quotes for a hot water heater replacement and many people told me it couldn’t be done in the same spot and would cost many thousands of dollars more. They were able to extend the HWH closet and did all of the Sheetrock work. They were so kind and cleaned up so well.

Jorge Jr. was an incredibly effective and responsive communicator. The price was very fair and I was so relieved to have them do the work. They are all so wonderful!

I don’t normally write reviews; however, State Cool left a very positive impression on me, so I had to write this review. I had to replace my HVAC units at my house (compressor and air handler unit). They arrived at the promised date and time right on schedule, worked efficiently, continuously and hard, explained what they were going to do, completed the job as scheduled, and left the area where they were working as clean as they found it. The technicians that I worked with were very dedicated, knowledgeable, experienced, and professional.  They were always able to answer any questions and provide me with any details or explanation needed. They are always willing to work with me answer my calls and very responsive. State Cool is a trustworthy company with excellent service and fair pricing, and I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs. I was more than satisfied.

These guys are 2 hours away from us and they installed everything last summer 2024. Yesterday our AC stopped working and called them up and had someone out here the next morning! With 4 little kiddos I was worried it wasn’t going to get fixed soon enough. Thank yall for being so accommodating.

Second time using State Cool and second time being 100% satisfied. They replaced all my ducts and upgrade my system at a quick, reasonable price. I had something to do in the afternoon and felt 100% comfortable to leave them still working while nobody was home. I have lived in Spring for 45 years now and have a contact/friend for most things, State Cool is my contact/referral for AC services which is hard to find. Thanks again for the awesome work!

Great experience for an otherwise stressful situation! Was super stressed finding out my system needed to be replaced but the guys at State Cool alleviated that quickly! From the assessment with Jorge to the follow up and completion with Josue, communication was seamless and quick, they answered all my questions…and I had a lot! Will definitely be keeping them for my maintenance and would refer them in a heartbeat!

MUST READ!!! My AC was not cooling my house. I called around and I found a company, State cool AC and heating. Well after I did some research I found that I had contacted a fake company that was using the real State cools license # , they were scammers. Once I contacted this company and told them what happened they matched the price and confronted the scammers that showed up to my house!!!! This company is trustworthy and did amazing work!!! I will be using the for all my Hvac needs...

The installation team arrived on time, worked quickly, and left everything clean and tidy when they were done. They took the time to explain the new system, and we’ve already noticed a huge improvement in our home’s comfort. This business was a blessing to our rental home ... After numerous failed repair jobs by other maintenance repairmen, we were finally able to get State Cool to replace the furnace. This is a very professional team...from scheduling to dispatch to customer service!!! You will not be disappointed... Jorge Sr. came out and did inspection on Tuesday, and on Tuesday afternoon Gaby was scheduling furnace replacement for Wednesday. Wednesday Jorge Sr. & Jr, came in with the best setup, drop cloths from door entry, up stairwell to foyer upstairs. They are pleasant, informative, knowledgeable and thorough. Jorge Jr. even took time out to discuss and show the mechanics of how the furnace works. My grandson, "FlyGuyIsaiah", is 10 and he's been studying in Science about heat, and conductors of heat and electricity...Jorge Jr.'s moment to create an on hand learning opportunity with my grandson is "PRICELESS"!!!

I recently had the privilege of working state Cool a small AC company and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with their service. They are responsive and work effectively. They are very transparent about what needs repairing (required vs. recommended). Also, they explain the functions and why we need repair parts very well. Overall, I am happy with the service of State Cool AC & Heating.

Exceptional these guys are so amazing. They came out. They covered all of the house to make sure that everything was properly protected with floor covering while they worked. They were diligent surpass my expectations when we seen our unit after the ducks had been replaced, you can see that they took time to make sure that we had proper airflow. I plan to use them for my annual maintenance an any other HVAC services that I might need because they were so great. Their communication was above par. They stayed in contact with me about everything during the process and they had the best pricing. I compared them to four other companies and they were hands down the best .
