I had the pleasure of coming across Jackson today doing a service call on my next door neighbors AC unit. I saw the truck pull up and I had some good zingers all ready for Tim, but Jackson told me that Tim was back at the office with his feet up on the desk making money while everyone else worked for it!!!!

Brandon came out today to diagnose and repair my AC not cooling and these guys are absolutely amazing. I've had so many instances where technicians from other companies come out and there are call-backs from not being done right. I'm deleting other HVAC phone numbers from my cell and will only call Cold Front in the future. This is a company that values doing it right the first time.

Cold Front AC come out to add R410a Freon to a garage split unit mini HVAC. They did a great job and certainly know their business. They are not simply parts changers. They do proper diagnostics and properly adjusted the unit to specifications. I feel that they are reasonably priced and thorough. Compared to many other experiences with HVAC vendors this was on that I felt was done by dedicated and trained professionals (again not part changers). Completely satisfied.

We recently purchased a home and the a/c went out on us about two weeks after we moved in. It was the beginning of summer and I was worried that we'd have to deal with the heat but thankfully David was able to accommodate our request for a same-day unit replacement.

After install, David went over all the warranty information and registered our unit for us. We couldn't be happier with the professional and courteous service we received along with the competitive pricing for a quality Trane unit.

They came out to fix the problem immediately. It was fixed in a most professional manner and at a low price. They even held my check until I had funds in my account to pay them. So great. He replaced my old A/C unit and HVAC, he was very honest and efficient. He took the time to explain everything in great detail and offered a very good price compared to other companies that wanted to charge double the amount. Great service! First time using Houston's Future. Called at 8am this morning, phone answered straight away, they were at the house a little over an hour later and the A/C was back up and running before 10am. Will be my first call for any future A/C issues.

Hands down best ac repair company out here in Htown. GIVE EM A CALL! Outstanding customer service and they did quality professional service. They swapped out my ac unit within the same day.. Which others said it'll be a few days before they can swingby due to their "busy" schedule. Felix is a cool dude who deserves to be number 1 on Google.
