Where do we start. You won't go wrong if you hire Houston's Future A/C and Heat. They love what they do and it shows. They will go above and beyond to explain your options and give you a great deal. They came out to inspect our system 30 minutes after I called. The next day they had already installed the new air handler and some other things. The air handler that we picked was not in stock so they upgraded us with a better unit without charging us any extra. We are beyond satisfied and recommend them wholeheartedly.

I called this company Wednesday afternoon about 5p and was advised that a technician would be at my home as soon as possible. My ac had not been reaching the set/desired temperature. By 6:15p, MC was there and completed a thorough and efficient check of my system, both in the attic and outside. I was informed that my evaporation coil was leaking severely and would ultimately need to be replaced. After going over a few options, we decided it would be best to get an entirely new system both upstairs and outside to update from using the old refrigerant R22 which has been phased out in the US as of 2020 to the new 410A. I had previously gotten a quote from a competitor ... MC's quote was drastically less. Needless to say, we accepted the quote and the very next day, Thursday, they were there to install. Although MC did not install the system himself, he made sure to stop by before the install and after to ensure the system had been installed correctly and that our needs were met. Last night was the first night with the new system and I can say I slept like a baby and even woke up before my alarm this morning. I felt so well rested and I know it was because I wasn't uncomfortably hot. I am so appreciative of Houston's Future A/C and even more so grateful that MC took time out his day to make sure we were satisfied customers. I would definitely recommend this company to my family, friends, and anyone else in need of any AC services.

If you want reliable, honest, conscientious, experienced quality service, then Future A/C & Heat are the ones to call. Felix did a great job not only installing a new A/C unit and furnace but reworked my vents and installed new ones. His expertise in analyzing where my home was not getting sufficient ventilation and making sure to install the right size of unit for square footage of my home made me a satisfied customer. It's very refreshing to work with a company/individuals who have honesty and integrity about them selves in this day and age when everyone is out to scam a buck from hard working individuals.

On Friday Royal AC, the company I paid $10000 for a new AC and duct work, came out to do their scheduled maintenance on my unit. After an inspection their tech informs me that I need a new furnace and shuts off my gas line as it's a safety hazard. He tells me an assistant manager will be out to discuss my options by 6pm. The manager arrives at 7:15 and basically tells me that he can hook me up with a new system and some free goodies for a mere $6000!!!! WTF.... He then attempts to pressure me into signing a finance deal that evening, but I politely told him I'll sleep on it.

I did some research and called Houston Future AC/Heat a little before 8pm that evening. To my surprise the owner Felix answered, listened to my issue and told me he'd be out the following day to inspect the unit. As promised he showed up on time and I was blown away by his knowledge and professionalism. Turns out that not only was the company I was using grossly overcharging me but they also left multiple safety hazards unabated including 2 gas lines that had no stabilization system underneath.

Felix not only gave me a fantastic quote for the installation of a new furnace but also identified all of the mistakes and safety issues that Royal AC made during their installation and committed to taking care of everything.

His crew arrived promptly the next morning and completed the entirety of the work in 5 hours with minimal hassle. When they were finished they cleaned up everything (which a lot of companies dont do) and left me and my family with the new furnace we needed and THOUSANDS of $$$ saved!

Very rare to find a company like that indeed and they have earned my AC and heating business from this day forth. If you have AC/Heating needs I would highly suggest using Houston's Future AC and Heating.

This company is amazing!! I called on a Sunday and actually reached the owner, who scheduled me for next day service!! When they came to fix the AC, he explained everything thoroughly and gave me tips on how to care for the maintenance of my system. They were fully prepared and professional!! I have received the most amazing service. I’ve had some repairs and air ducts cleaned and replaced that was done quick and at a reasonable price. My a/c went out and I needed a new unit I called first thing in the am and had a new unit installed by late afternoon. I love this company and recommend to everyone.

My heater broke called this company they came within an hour. They provided the product, service, and detailed instructions on how to properly use the new thermostat. This company is amazing. The personnel Felix and his crew were respectful, kind, considerate and consulate workers. We are more than grateful. God bless this company.

Felix was awesome!!! My AC unit went out Saturday night. Called Houston's Future on Sunday morning and Felix was at my house within a hour. Had a problem with my mobile home Ac, the first guy that came to check it out told my mom that the Ac compressor had to be replaced and wanted to charge over 1,500. So I decided to call Houston’s Future Ac and heat to get a different view and estimate, I’m really happy I found this company David helped us that same day, Ac compressor was GOOD!! came out to be a small problem and cheap. He’s an awesome guy has the best prices in town, we are very satisfied with the job he did, I highly recommend this company!(:

Houston’s future ac and heat did a full removal of my old system and installed all new ductwork and equipment. Highly recommend them. Got a good deal of quotes from around town and they definitely get you the best bang for your buck. Very professional. The guys worked efficiently and cleanly. Installed everything the way I wanted and got me the best of everything for what I was wanting to spend. Communication was great. Could not ask for a better experience and recommend them for anyone needing hvac work.

I’m so glad I stumbled across this company on google! Our AC unit wasn’t blowing cold air and MC Perez and his guys were able to give us an honest prognosis of the problem. We trusted them to get the job done and they were able to do so in less than one day. They were very professional. The price was more than fair. It was the cheapest we were able to find for AC companies in our area. They didn’t charge us for giving an estimate which was a major plus. I am in the process of moving and for a new owner to purchase my home, a few repairs had to be done. Servicing the ac was one of the main tasks at hand for this to be possible. A few repairs I did myself and upon this technicians approval of the work, it was time for him to do his part. He quickly educated me on the work that needed to be done and why the work I had already done, had to be done. He is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his service. Great guy and great service.
