The team at ATS Mechanical is first class. We have used them for the last two years and they have always been professional and extremely responsive. Satisfied with this company so far. We have used them on two separate occasions. Most recent was this summer. Very responsive and works with the customer. Had a new coil installed in our old AC unit. It worked, but continued to have some issues. They came out right away and have been out at least two more times without problem just to make adjustments and monitor it over the first week. Would use again. They have financing options also. Small company. However, everyone is friendly and helpful. Appreciate Technician S and J. Thank you also front staff and the owner.

Had specialized installation of Mitsubishi mini splits done with assistance by Barry G. Very satisfied with knowledge of air conditioning and Mitsubishi in specific. Install went as planned, on time and on budget. Good company to work with.

Had an AC unit installed and had reached out to three companies. ATS was the most responsive and gave me a quote next day. Price was fair and unit was installed within a week. Install crew were great and there was a follow up the next day to check all went well. Would highly recommend!

I had ATS come out to replace a compressor fan motor that was overheating. Jordan had to work much harder than anticipated to get the fan off the old motor shaft, as corrosion was preventing easy removal. He could have cut it off and installed a new fan at considerable extra cost, but he persevered and took it back to the shop where with the help of another technician he freed it of of the shaft. I so appreciate this extra money-saving effort.

ATS is fantastic! Johnatthan did a super thorough job and was very professional!! He also was honest since we have the yearly maintenance and our service call was $69 not $89 and he was quick to let us know he made a mistake!! They are a great company with good people!!

Beware using this company for any A/C work. I am in the market for a mini split system and possibly upgrading my entire system. I spoke with Barry G. I believe and he agreed to be at my house at 8am on Saturday, fist if all, the technician was over an hour late, was never informed he was running late, the tech had no clue what I needed. The tech said he couldn't find my house. The GPS supposedly took him to a different location. I've never had a problem anyone else finding my house. I wouldn't use this company for any service.

Very Satisfied! Used this company twice in past month, once for annual service and again for follow up repairs & rework of issues resulting from poor quality parts and shoddy workmanship at install 3yrs ago. (by another company, regretfully)

Technician Tom (42 yr exp) arrived on time for each call, was very knowledgeable, thorough, quality workmanship, professional and kind, good value; all of which I greatly appreciated! (not so-common to find these days)!

ATS Mechanical installed our new air conditioning and heating system last year. It has worked wonderfully. They came out twice in one year. The first time was for the heater check up, and the second time was for the air conditioning check up. Both visits were included in our first year warranty for the installation of the system at no cost to us. They sent me a reminder both times to call and set up a appointment time for them to come out. Jordan came out last week to do the service check on the air conditioner and he did an amazing job. He was super nice, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and answered any questions that we had. We enjoyed meeting him and visiting with him. He took his time and never made us feel rushed. Jordan is a true asset to ATS Mechanical. I feel confident that we picked the best company to take care of our air conditioning and heating needs, Thanks so much!!!

Barry (the owner) was very responsive and helpful on my initial call. He took the time to ensure I fully understood the options, cost, and process for the installation. Most other companies just wanted to get a salesman to the house to sell me product.

When he arrived at our home, he took the time to confirm the 2 new systems were sized correctly and provided us with options and pricing to consider. We never felt rushed, and he provided us the time and space to evaluate other companies and make a final decision.

The team who installed the systems were professional and efficient. Barry was there at the start and end of the job to ensure the install was as expected. They spent time to do some tuning to ensure the systems were working perfectly before requesting payment.

Originally called for mechanical service needed on furnace but ultimately ended up replacing our old tired out furnace. From the very first call initially for service to very end after install, ATS mechanical staff were all awesome!!! Very friendly, professional and accommodating thru the entire process. Also, prices are reasonable, not gouging like the big name companies. And, they don't try to up sell anything, we made all the choices with their professional guidance as to what works best with house size and budget size. All things considered, overall value is top notch! Thanks again to Jordan, Brock, Lily, and the installation team. At, Barry, worth honorable mention is Jordan. He is absolutely the best!!! He is very skilled, friendly, and just a great person who is so easy to work with, definitely a valuable asset you're lucky to have! :)

Installed new Armstrong HVAC system. Great job at a fair price, Reliable unit with an outstanding warranty. ATS will do the job and take great care of their customers.

ATS just replaced both AC and furnace systems at my home and I had a great experience throughout the process. I worked with Brock who went above and beyond to make sure the new AC systems would provide the correct cooling and heating needs. Brook spent 4hrs in the hot attic just to assess the existing duct work and calculate what return and air supply lines needed to be replaced to have optimal airflow to each room. I received bids from two other reputable contractors and they didn't spend anywhere near the time ATS did on assessing what was needed, the other contractors just went with using the same ductwork the original home builder installed. ATS was also competitive in pricing and you cant beat them in service and value. These guys are true professionals!

We found our new HVAC people! Wow, they took their time assessing the issues with our new unit (which was extensive). They actually sat us down to coach us on the best next steps with our builders that did the poor install and are responsible to fix it under warranty. They also took time to record the walkthrough of all issues that needed to be addressed. Without a doubt we will be using these folks when it comes time. I recently had ATS Mechanical install an American Standard Platinum Series 4-ton variable speed AC and high efficiency furnace in my home, and I couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, the installation was first-class. The team was efficient, professional, and truly top-quality. They included an inline media filter, plasma air ionizer, and metal plenums, which speaks volumes about their attention to detail.

The system itself is fantastic. It operates almost continuously at very low compressor and air handler fan speeds thus low power, which has significantly improved our home’s comfort. The humidity levels are consistently at 50% or below, and we've noticed a 25% reduction in overall home electrical power usage from last year.
