Called on a Tuesday to have one my AC units that cools my master bedroom and bath checked out since it wasn’t blowing any air at all. Felix not only came out the same day but diagnosed and fixed the problem as well. I was thinking the worse about needing to replace the whole AC system which is a little old by the way. Replaced the capacitor, added freon and was good to go. His prices are reasonable and affordable. He even checked my other ac unit since we have two and added freon as well to that one. I know eventually they will have to replaced but he gave me tips and tricks on how to try and extend the life of the units. He is very knowledgeable in his craft definitely recommend!

Best service I have ever experienced in Conroe, TX for AC service. Haven't had ac for a while and all others had wait times to get units in while MC Perez and his partner had excellent response time and within 1 day I had a new unit installed and working excellent in these hot Texas times. I highly recommend Houston's Future A/C & Heat for their professionalism as well as on time delivery and service. Old unit was removed and new unit installed for inside and outside without leaving a mess! This company offered me the best affordable price than any other company I have looked into without compromising quality. Extremely satisfied with my Carrier AC unit!

Excellent Service! Very reliable and honest and dependable. They tell you exactly what the problem is and fix it at a very reasonable rate. I will use them again if ever needed and definitely will trust them to come do an annual tuneup on my AC unit yearly.

It was right after the hurricane, we got power back after 6 days, but there was a problem with our A/C. We called Saturday evening and they had a technician come out first thing Sunday morning. They found the problem and resolved it the next morning. They replaced the part, which was under warranty, and gave me good advice on my A/C unit for the future. Everyone I spoke with, including the technician that came, were very professional and understanding. I would definitely recommend them and feel comfortable sharing their work with others.

I used these guys based on a friend’s referral to see about getting my furnace replaced. They were quick to answer and came out that very day. They were also less expensive than another quote. They took care of my furnace issue and also installed some wood grill covers I wanted over my ceiling AC. It all went very well and they will now be my “go to” AC guys!

Awesome service! My A/C unit stopped blowing cold air in the middle of the night. I looked for a repair service near me with great reviews and contacted Houston’s Future A/C & Heat. Best decision! Felix arrived on time and quickly found the problem. He conducted a thorough A/C system check and quickly made the repair. The cost was reasonable and the customer service was excellent.

Update: another company repair the furnace with a 200$ part rather than a $2500 unnecessary replacement.

If you want a new furnace, they may be just fine. In fairness, their quote for replacement was competitive. I’d spend more somewhere for better business practices.

I had a tech that came to look at my furnace and diagnose the issue: said it needed a new motherboard and motor (the motor is “greasy” in his words, but works fine). He recommended replacement but said he’d be happy to provide a quote for repairing the parts. I said that I would be happy to make a decision the next day with both quotes.

Next day, no quote. I was told the parts aren’t available for my system (which understandably is an old system). The tech kept saying I just needed a replacement over and over.

After 2 calls I found the exact part needed locally and told the tech.

Then was told they won’t install just the mother board and they’d have to install the motor at the same time.

Found an OEM motor and sent info to tech asking again for a quote on repair.

I’ve been asking for a quote for about 1.5 weeks now and have been ghosted by the company and tech.

I have no issue replacing the furnace if necessary but the tech has been pushing the replacement while not providing the option of repair he said he’d look into. Every call is another excuse as to why they can’t repair it. Endlessly frustrating and bad business practice.

If you want a furnace, I’m sure they’re great. But if you want honest and straightforward pricing on any repair- steer clear

We were referred to Felix by a friend. The AC stopped working on a hot day. He and his company were able to come out the same day to fix it (replaced capacitor). Service was excellent and price is fair. Highly recommend them!

I've just got a brand-new Carrier A/C & Furnace system from Houston's Future A/C & Heat. The company owner, Felix, is very easy to work with. He helped me design the best system for my house. Most importantly, his quote beat all other quotes I got from other A/C companies in town by several thousands.
Felix's installers are professional. They dismantled my old A/C and installed the new one on a same day. They tested the system thoroughly and cleaned up after the work was done. Felix came back the next day to check and adjusted airflow to fix some hot spots in my house.

Very professional, with in an hour I call Felix he was at my door. Great affordable price, very pleased with everything he did to make my unit work better then before. 100% recommended.

Called them for a routine maintenance check for my AC unit as we had moved into our house in the past year. Felix was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing thoroughly as he was doing it. He even gave me great tips for how to extend the life of my AC unit which I found helpful as a new first time homeowner. Reasonable pricing too. Will call again for any future needs.

I moved into my current home almost 5 years ago. The previous owner was very meticulous and kind. She left us all the contact information for the services she used. One of those was Houston's Future A/C and Heat. The company has been amazing each and every time we needed them. All I have to do is text "Please help!" and I am called within minutes asking what is going on. A time or two they have been able to help me over the phone resolve the issue myself at no charge. When we were without air conditioning 2 different times, they came the very same day and fixed the problem. Their costs are fair and very reasonable. The owner/manager always stops by or calls with a follow up to see how things went. Yesterday, they were here for a "yearly wellness check". The technician was pleasant, explained everything and took extra care that he left the area as clean as it was when he got there. I cannot recommend this company enough!!
