I’ve used Cypress Creek for years, I’m a member of their subscription service which I highly recommend. For some reason HVAC systems don’t go kaput unless it’s a weekend or holiday, and they’ve always answered the call and gotten me taken care of as soon as possible (so far that’s always been either same day or first available the next day; last time I called them at 8pm on a Friday and my system was fixed at around 8am the next day, a few hours before I had 30 people over for a birthday party). Garrett’s been my tech since day one and not only is he a great, stand-up guy, but I really appreciate not having a completely different random tech appear every time.

Once again, cannot speak highly enough about this company. In the Houston area, A/C is obviously vital. My upper unit went out suddenly over the weekend, I called and spoke with them over the weekend, and they were out first thing Monday morning to diagnose the issue. Daniel (my service Technician) was on the spot to address it and gave me my options on repair vs. replace and it was not a high-pressure thing. I made the choice to have a new unit put in and it was installed and operational in hours. Fast, friendly and professional---first class operation that really cares about the customer-- at a reasonable cost.

AirLoom continues to impress! I lost power during both major storms recently, so it was extra miserable when the a/c stopped working. I expected a long wait for an appt, but they offered to fit me in the next day! Price was very fair and the repairs were done in a day. It was such a stressful time for the city, but the team at AirLoom reacted quickly, and kindly to restore my service. A/C is working great. I'm so glad to be a customer of AirLoom Cooling & Heating. I’ve been using Cypress Creek AC-Heating for over 10 years and couldn’t be happier with them. Daniel has been my technician the whole time and he does a great job. He does the check-ups twice a year and has also done installations and repairs. He’s kept my old AC outside unit running and working well past the time it should be working, which I’m very thankful for!

I had a problem with my AC not cooling properly, at about 2 pm today. As soon as he could get here, Daniel from AirLoom Hearing and Cooling came the same day, checked my unit, verified where the weaknesses were and provided assurance that the unit was working properly after verifying all the functions critical for proper cooling. This was a relief for me and helped me to not be worried about having to endure another hot night. Daniel is a first class technician. I am SO pleased with the service Cypress Creek Air Conditioning offers. Everyone at the company is helpful, polite, and responsive. Daniel has installed my new AC unit and then a new heating system, and I've recommended the company (and Daniel) to several neighbors who have signed on with them for service. And when you call the office, the phone is answered promptly, no messages or call backs, but immediate service and answers to questions. I have used Cypress Creek Air Conditioning and Heat for over 20 years. During that time, they have installed a new furnace, new A/C, and when I renovated my house, redid the air ducts for better airflow. They are professional, friendly, trustworthy and great communication. I appreciate that the same technicians service your home so they really know your system. Garrett is very thorough in his work.

The service technician Daniel was excellent - very professional, and answered my questions, explained system and equipment condition, replaced an evaporator that was leaking refrigerant, and it was still under warranty, so there was no charge. He spent a couple of hours when it was raining hard, and did thorough system and equipment checks. Cypress Creek (now AirLoom) has been my HVAC provider for about fifteen years, and I have been very happy with them.

Highly recommend this company. Dave Williams and his technicians are knowledgeable, professional, efficient and responsive. They replaced a 20 year old HVAC system in very cramped workspace in an older home and did a tremendous job. They supplied a loaner unit to keep the house cool while the new unit was acquired during the 100 degree heat of July. I had obtained bids from 3 other companies and the Cypress Creek quote was the best for the money with a very high SEER rating.

We recently had our main A/C unit fail and David Williams and the Cypress Creek A/C team did an EXCEPTIONAL job at the most competitive price replacing our entire system.

David identified several issues with our old system design that he included corrections for in his proposal & we are overjoyed with the results.

They also added a 2-zone control to our system allowing our master bedroom to be set to a lower temperature at night than the rest of the 1st floor and the entire system is working beautifully..

Their technical expertise, "keep it simple" philosophy to things and exemplary service delivery make them stand out from the rest of the pack.. Easy to see why they're so well rated...

AirLoom Cooling & Heating has been maintaining our home’s HVAC since 2014.

We live in an older home and had to have our whole HVAC system replaced. That was our first introduction to them. Their commitment to their warranties is not a bunch of fine print and hoops to have it honored. They have taken incredible care of us.

Their response time is unbelievably quick and living in Houston, it’s nice to know that if we do experience an issue, we know it’ll be back in service in no time.

One time, our power flashed and caused an issue with the HVAC on a weekend, in the middle of the night. I put in a work order online and received a message back right away. The very next day, our technician Daniel was there to get us back up and running.

Having a consistent technician for the entire 10 years we’ve been working with them who comes to our home for scheduled maintenance and inspections is invaluable. He is not only familiar with the equipment in our home, but our family.

Also, their office staff answering the phones are the same friendly voices I’ve had the pleasure of talking to for years. Consistent staff equals consistent service.

Professionalism & Integrity

Those are the two words that best describe my experience with Airloom. Technicians were very professional and experienced. They arrived ahead of schedule and completed everything 2 hours earlier than estimated. I had been considering a whole new HVAC system for a few months and Dave always quickly responded to texts or calls whenever I had a question. Very pleased with my new system and I would recommend them to anyone.

NOTE: This company was referred to me by my best friend and his wife who had a new system installed by Airloom approximately a year ago. They were referred to Airloom through their neighbors / our mutual friends that had a new system installed approximately 10 years ago. They are the obvious choice and I will refer them to people that I know in the future.

Awesome, friendly, and quick service from the Cypress Creek Team. Dave gave me a call at 7:30 am on a Saturday after I left him a voicemail a few minutes earlier. They had a technician, Garrett, at my house by 10 am on Monday. He was very knowledgeable and immediately found the root cause of our problems and repaired our A/C within the hour. He also completed a semi-annual diagnostic test. The Cypress Creek team was very professional for the entire process and I can’t recommend them enough.

Cypress Creek takes exceptional care of their customers. I had unit installed in 2016 and I’m so glad we chose cypress creek as our provider. We have them out for routine maintenance twice a year but if something arises outside of that time they don’t hesitate to come out. My most recent call was because my thermostat was not working properly. They got me on the schedule same day and before 5pm! Awesome service and awesome job! I recommend Cypress Creek to everyone. Kind of a long review but this is an Awesome company. 5-stars doesn't do them justice! I appreciate their customer service and going above and beyond. I've used this company since I was referred by a coworker in 2011. They have performed my semi-yearly maintenance on my units and also replace our downstairs unit a few years ago. A few weeks ago the compressor went out on the unit which was no longer within the warranty period. BUT but they worked with the mfg to have the compressor replaced and then they covered the cost of labor!!!! Daniel kept me informed along the way (supply chain shortage issues). Excellent work on the repair and also fixed a clogged line I had on the older unit while he was here!! Their team is always professional, courteous, respectful of property and clean up when thry are done! I highly recommend them and have always had great service from them!
