We have used this company many times responding quickly to our needs coming out after hours, professional, affordable pricing, most of all trustworthy. Our most recent service was for routine maintenance keeping us cool during these extreme temperatures. Our technician Hunter was on time very informative of our our unit was preforming.

They did not arrive at first and kept changing the time that the technician was supposed to arrive. Once he did arrive he did a great job explaining what needed to be fixed and how he was going to fix it. He also made sure that everything was running good in the ac unit. The cost was a bit expensive. The cost and the changing of the time are the only reason it’s not five stars, other than that, great service.

We utilized My Guys through our home warranty for possible coverage. Isaiah was very knowledgeable and friendly when he came into our home. His honesty and professional demeanor was greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for the proposal and you will certainly be recommended to others.

In my home that is now 21 years old (we are the original owners the whole time), I have had MyGuys replace the entire HVAC system both upstairs and down. Interior equipment, exterior equipment, all ducting and grills....plus we have added specific system upgrades (whole house filtration, anti-bacterial equipment)....not to mention when they replaced the ducting they were able to rebalance the airflow to the entire house....

My upstairs NEVER got cool enough in the warm months...now my system runs less(is MUCH more efficient) and truly cools and heats every room in the house effectively while costing me less electricity a month!

Are they the cheapest? Nope. They don't pretend to be.

Are they the most expensive. Absolutely not. They take great pride in not being.

Don't take my word for it though...give them a call...have them come out and give you an honest assessment of your HVAC system...talk to them about financing they offer (if you have significant repairs or systemic replacements needed)...they make it easy, painless and you don't feel like you are just dealing with some sleezy used car salesman out to squeeze a nickle to get 6 pennies out of you!

UPDATE 2025: MyGuys officially expanded into the Plumbing business several years ago. Charlie and crew have been servicing all my plumbing needs in addition to my prior HVAC needs! Backflow preventer, tankless water heater install/maint, whole house shut off valve replacement, fixture replacements, blockages...you name it! Same great service and reliability!

My Guys Heating & Air Conditioning was an answered prayer! My A/C was on it's last leg, so I had been getting several estimates. Eight months ago I chose My Guys to install a complete system. Charlie Long is extremely knowledge and HONEST!! I had set up a 6 month inspection and Charlie, the owner inspected my unit. During estimate, installation, and inspection they always showed up on time, and gave me a courtesy call before they arrived.
