I was very impressed with NewTex. I was able to get a next day appointment. Chris and Ethan were were very professional and quickly took care of my plumbing issue.
-
I scheduled an appointment and they informed me I was scheduled for 12-4, but nobody NEVER showed up and nobody called me to inform they was running late or not showing up at all! The builder really needs to find another plumbing company, because this is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Unprofessional!
This company was working on new construction on the lot next to me.
They were parked in front of my house and since they were going to be there all day I went to ask if they were working over there why were they parking in front of my house and could they move.
The guy jumps out of the truck and with a loud intimidating voice said " the street is the street and its the same" i said this is the street in front of my house and was going to say could you just park in front of the place that you are working, but he cut me off and told me to call the police.
I tried to calm him and said the police have nothing to do here but again he starts yelling so I just walked away and went back in my house.
Very unprofessional -
Sean was on time and very professional. New Tex showed up a day earlier than expected after the severe winter storm the week of Feb 15 2021 when plumbers were scarce and quoting 2-3 weeks for service calls
This company came through will use them again -
Contacted New Tex Plumbing on Monday, February 2 about noon, spoke with 'Rita,' who said she'd have someone call me to discuss my plumbing issues. Two our of three toilets in my home were not functioning, which I shared with her. To date, Thursday, February 4, I've not heard a peep from New Tex. I called Bradbury Brothers on Tuesday morning, had a working toilet by that afternoon, and waiting for parts for the other toilet.
How do companies operate like -- no communication with customers -- this and stay in business, especially smaller companies?!? -
Sean and a small team came to my house and replaced a significant length of pipe in my front yard from my house out to the street. They brought all the necessary equipment and dug a trench in the front yard. All of the guys were extremely efficient and professional. They somehow managed to salvage the grass and when they finished replacing the pipe and filling the trench, it almost looked as if the grass and yard hadn’t even been touched. When we were first told we had a break in the line and the pipes needed to be replaced, I was honestly terrified and overwhelmed at the thought of such a big job. These guys were so knowledgeable and friendly and did such an excellent job that my mind was quickly put to ease. The whole experience was a dream. 10/10. Definitely recommend.

Husband made an appointment almost 2 weeks in advance, they were recommended as the certified plumbers for Rinnai tankless water heaters.
The appointment was today from 8am to 9am, at 8:30 am we called to see the if the technician was on his way, and to our surprise she had no idea that there was an appointment and she said " THAT THEY WERE SHORT HANDED AND FRANK THE ONLY TEC AVAILABLE WAS NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO MAKE IT.
Also, the lady that answer the phone was so rude and unapologetic, she could care less that we were waiting her words" oh well".
Horrible company -
Had a water leak inside my house. Called them twice and provided my contact information and explained the urgent need to have someone sent put. I was told I would get a call when they were on their way, but that never happened so I called again. I finally got a call the next day asking me what my "problem was" and "what was going on"... Ridiculous to take my information and not have the courtesy to call me back until a day later only to ask me the same thing again. Unreliable, rude on the phone, and disappointing service!

New Tex Plumbing is the kind of customer service focused company with outstanding professionals with undeniable competence in their field that I wish every service industry had. My story with them starts with an overflowing toilet, backed up shower and a very unhappy wife. I called and spoke with Suzette, who courteously understood my situation and took the initiative to work around an already full schedule to find someone to address our need. She told me she would call me back after she heard from some of her local guys in our area, but no longer than 30 minutes. In about 15m, she called me back and let me know that Frank would be coming out to the house before noon. At 11:20am Frank and Sam showed up at my door. Highly professional and knowledgeable, they immediately diagnosed my problem and started acting to remediate the issue. 30m later, they cleared the drain, backwash pipe and had me test faucets, toilets, etc. All was well BUT Frank was not satisfied. He wanted to get the scope (drain camera) and ensure that everything was sorted out. He didn't have the camera in his truck and said he would come back the next day and check it out. Guess what? - he and Sam showed back up the next day, as promised, with the scope. Sam also came into the house, looked at the toilet where we originally saw the problem, diagnosed it, and replaced the single wax ring with a double, as it should have been in the first place. So you should be noticing a trend here - they go out of their way to help their customers, the stick to their commitments, they are uber clean and professional and they do things right the first time. I can't say enough about this outfit and I truly with that other service companies would model themselves after the values and execution standards that New Tex keeps. I highly recommend!

I called yesterday morning and was promised a phone call back on an issue with a Rinnai tankless water heater. Called the same day in the afternoon and were unreachable before 4:00 pm., cutting off calls early. Rinnai recommends New Tex, but called this morning and said the first available was tomorrow. Poor communication by administrative help and could have cared less about my problem.

I called this company since they were located by my home, she asked many questions, she said it would be $75 to come, but the payment would go toward the repair, I accepted, she scheduled an appointment for the following day from 10-2p. Well, come the next morning at 7:22am I receive a call from the technician asking questions about the home, he ask when it was built, I tell him the late 70's early 1980's. He responds that the house is too old for him to work on, they have lots of problems. I responded that I had already told the person that set the appointment all of the details when they set the appointment and why don't you come and look at it first, since we already have it scheduled, He responded that it would be $375 to come and look at it, even if he doesn't fix it. By this time I am walking around my house and I look out the window and the New Tex Plumbing technician is sitting in my driveway speaking to me! I responded that the $375 for him to "look at it" is highway robbery. AT this point the tech is trying to blackmail me with the service call for $375. I have concluded this person determined I needed his help and that he would try to stick it to me on the price in my family's time of need, but it didn't work, I called someone else. Let this review serve as a warning to others in need, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!

I reached out to New Tex Plumbing specifically because Rinnai referred to them as “ trained experts” to either fix or replace my water heater.
First, the tech (joe) was 3 hours late and no help from office to give me any updates.
He comes & tells me a part is not working & needs replacing and he’ll contact me the following day with when he can put in new part & also quote for new install.
Called office next day, they said he wasn’t even working and told ME to call him the following day.
Called him the next morning with no answer.
This company has yet to follow up with me and it’s been 8 days with no hot water.
Got someone else to come who is ACTUALLY a trained expert in Rinnai and the part Joe claimed was not working was working JUST FINE.
This company doesn’t seem to ACTUALLY know much about Rinnai like they claim to, and they have terrible customer service. -
Terrible quality work and they are dishonest with their claims, avoid at all costs
