Mike is knowledgeable and trustworthy. He repiped the entire house with little interruption to our household. I would recommend to everyone who needs a great plumbing.

Called on a Saturday and was told that someone will be at our place by 5PM. Duy actually showed up before 5.
Our problem turned out to be a broken sewer pipe instead of just a clog.
We reached an agreement on what needed to be done. People were there the next day (a little later than expected but not too bad) to work on the repair. The job was not 100% completed until for a couple of weeks but it was due to the city not being able to send out inspectors soon enough. (Thanksgiving week probably didn't help.)
Overall: good communication, easy to deal with.

Juan was awesome. We had sewer in our basement. Juan came the same day when I called for an appointment. Juan even showed up a bit early. They should have installed back flow valves and not an ejector pumps in the basement. He gave me a price, without trying to sell extras or upsells. I will use these guys in the future for any plumbing needs.

After removing the ductwork, it was discovered that there was a leak. Both repairs were done and they did an excellent job. The guys cleaned up after they finished the repair. They were very professional. Excellent customer service; I highly recommend this company.

Cameron called me within hours after I sent him an email regarding our water tank. He was able book me right away. Cameron's direct number made it so much easier to contact him. Malachi called us two days later to let us now he would be arriving soon. He also gave us an estimate arrival time. I was pleased that he came exactly on time. Malachi was polite and did a good job with our old farmhouse pipes, even though the cellar is very old and hard to work in. Malachi's work was so neat and tidy that you could not tell anything had been done. Anyone in need of plumbing or heating work should definitely call them!

Rental property had fire damage. Quickly arranged all the necessary things to mitigate the situation and then addressed all the repairs. I had to do very little.

I had work done on a fire after my moms estate was settled and i moved in we started finding things that weren't done right so when i called 2 get them fixed they wouldn't call me back or fix the problems they also said they i was selling it i feel they took the amount i of money which was a large amount and threw cheap stuff in 2 get it sold they DO NOT cover their work

One night my son left the water on upstairs and flooded my hous(2 bedroom,bathroom and my kitchen). we got roth construction to do all the work and my house that been around since 1921 looks brand new. They did a very good job and they ask if things were right and look good as they work. they really want to the home owner to be happy. thanks and will get a call from me if ever need to.

Hired to fix leaking screened in porch roof. One year later inside of roof was full of mold. Came out to repair, I gave them a good review. Less than a year after mold has spread and is worse than ever. Now it isn’t their problem. They had no problem taking $4000 to replace the roof. This homeowner is 90 years old and trusted that they were a reputable company

Roth takes FOREVER to get work done. You also need to watch them very closely because they will skip work that was paid for by your insurance company and simply pocket the money. If you catch them doing it, they retaliate by dragging out the work months planned their stated completion date. They will also look for every chance to up-charge you. When they make a mistake, they will try to charge YOU for it. My advise to anybody stuck with using Roth is to make them sign a document that states exactly when they will be done. Roth also subcontracts out all the work and they take on so many contracts that they can't get anybody's work done in a timely manner.

No one is prepared for what comes next after a house fire. Thanks to Roth Construction, and their expertise working with insurance claims, the process of clean up and rebuild was much easier. Thank you to Ryan and Brett for all you did during the rebuild. The house is beautiful and safe!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Roth construction. They are reliable, honest, clean and their work is outstanding!! I need so much work at my home and they were the right choice. Roth Construction completely renovated our basement after a flood and did an amazing job. Then, on the day after the job was complete, our basement flooded again. We were devastated, but Roth came out immediately and helped us decide how to best address the issue. The basically did the whole remodel twice and it looked great both times.

I am not a person who is very easily impressed anymore. I generally do not write reviews and seldom go beyond "looks good-thank you" From the front office to the inside office, the estimator, the actual work party were beyond professional. It was not long after the initial call that i was contacted- once my wife and myself agreed for Roth to remove a 25yr + arbor over a patio - they were at our house the next day after paperwork was finalized. The work party who did the actual removal of the arbor worked smartly and efficiently to ensure this behemoth of wooden structure did not slam into the house or cause huge gashes to brick in the patio. To Mr. Rotheracker and everyone there at Roth---in navy parlance---BRAVO ZULU---Outstanding Job! Even though your reputation is for repairs after the fact of a disaster, your damage control before something bad happens is amazing.
