Call and wait on other plumbers. This plumber came out, very rude… quoted 1800 before doing a thing. A small split in a pipe. He says. I may have to dig it all the way out and that will be another up charge. Half way of digging the hole. He dug hole. Cut pipe. I said cancel. I have someone coming to fix it. 38.35 fix. Completely rude and I ask him. Would you like someone doing this to your family. He said NO. The county water guys stopped, they literally laughed at the guy and heard how rude he was. Wait on another plumber!!!!

Our main sewer line backed up and Felipe was at our home in an hour to hydrojet it clear. Very fast, less expensive that others, and a nice, professional experience. Thanks, Felipe!

Upon arriving at our property, Felipe was punctual but also very friendly and patient, ensuring I fully understood the work that needed to be done. explained everything step-by-step, which really put me at ease. The quality of the work was excellent, I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs!

I wanna thank Felipe Bautista for his incredible work and effort in leaving my drainage system completely clean and running again after two days of me struggling with a complete flood in our Sweet Paris Highland Village restaurant . My name is Sandra Ortiz and I am the assistant manager at this restaurant. We always make sure to have our restaurant in the best conditions possible and when I was having this problem I called the company. Felipe made sure to arrive within 15 minutes of my call and he made sure my problem was fixed in no time . Once again, Roto Rooter provides fantastic service. Joel has been very helpful in getting our fixtures updated and switched out in our bathroom. His skill level is outstanding and his work ethic is exemplary. He is a great troubleshooter and a very hard worker. This was a big project for us and we are so happy to have it done right!

First advertise “free” estimates, right after scheduling, they send email saying it will be 70$ to come out. But no big deal I understand it’s a business. So the pipe under our kitchen sink is clogged and shooting back up water. Technician comes out walks in and within 2 mins says “ sorry I thought it was the garbage disposal, we will have to calll out a “plumber” to fix “drainage.”…Also it’s 500$ for a “ cleaning infiltration”. Confused and stunned on if this person actually even works for this company, we politely declined. To put a cherry on top he then decides to try and charge us 100$ for their mistake and his inability to fix a clogged pipe wearing a roto- rooter uniform. Waste of 70$

Felipe came over to Hotel Lucine and did a spectacular job cleaning out the kitchen. Had some bad clogs and he really made us whole again. We will not forget to contact again if any future issues arise that we need y'all's help with again!
