Our French drainage system was clogged. Felipe went above and beyond to fix this issue. He even found a missing pop off drainage valve at the discharge end of our drainage pipe which was covered with the grass and wasn't functional at this time. He made it work again. He was knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. The drain works perfectly. Highly recommended!

Working in retail having restrooms available to our customers and staff is a huge must! When we called for Roto rooter to send us a technician I was so appreciative of how quickly they responded and worked with me to have someone out as soon as we opened. Felipe was very thorough and walked me through what he was doing the entire time he was in the store. He made sure I was confident and pleased with the work and made sure we were back up and running quickly!

Felipe cleaned out our main lines with their high pressure water jet to clear our kitchen drain of some grease. He did a great job and came in and vacuumed and wiped down everything really well after

Kevin came out for a late night warranty call after my AC drain line overflowed for a 4th time. He was extremely patient and diligent in ensuring that the drain was finally cleared of any clogs or debris. I wish all technicians were as thorough as Kevin!

We had a backup with our washing machine and kitchen sink line today. this was the second backup in 3 months. Roto Rooter sent someone out immediately and fixed the situation. We were still under warranty from the first repair and didn't have to pay anything. Stevon was friendly and awesome and easy to work with. I've always appreciated the service they provide and will happily use them again.
