Had a roof replaced in November after experiencing indoor water damage from the failed original roof. I had a lot of difficulty getting the insurance to approve the new roof and damages to the inside, but Roth was very patient and helped me along the way. The staff was very receptive to my calls and questions and working with the owner Jack and my contractor Harold was a great experience. Their office staff, especially Erin was easy to talk to and made sure I was always in the loop.

I worked with Roth Construction for a roof replacement after another contractor left us high and dry. Roth was attentive to our concerns and the crew was courteous and easy to work with. They did a professional job in a short amount of time and for the agreed upon price. I would definitely use Roth again for any work we need.

Roth Construction did a great job repairing wind damage to our home. Their team was great to work with, very respectful and considerate during the repair process. Their company handled all of the insurance claims paperwork directly with my insurance company. Their prices were fair and the projects were done professionally and on time. I recommend you talk to this company before you finalize any home repair or construction projects.

We were referred to Roth by our Insurance company to have our roof inspected and ultimately replaced after noticing damage. Working with Roth and our Insurance company proved to make the entire process seamless. The staff was very responsive to our calls and questions. The owner, Jack Rothacker is accessible and has surrounded himself with great people and sub-contractors. Harold was our primary Roth contact, extremely knowledgeable and provided a great experience. Mel oversaw the team who replaced the roof and provided exceptional customer service. The roof looks great. Thanks to Roth for delivering. Highly recommend!

Terrible business ethic and even worse customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. They do not communicate and then when there is an issue they take zero responsibility. This company cares nothing for their customers. I do not recommend anyone ever working with them. They don’t stand behind their workmanship. Who the heck builds a fence to a tree and decides to not tell the homeowner there is an issue? Just despicable. Then when you file a complaint against them and the owner screams at you over the phone, and gaslights you, blaming the issue on you. Just terrible customer service. I am truly disappointed in my interactions with this company. I let Jack know I’d never recommend his company to anyone else and he told me “fine, I wouldn’t want to work with any of your friends anyway”. Highly unprofessional and childish. This is the owner screaming at me! I just wanted them to finish my fencing job. They wanted me to pay them even more money. I wouldn’t give them one more penny.

I absolutely LOVE Roth and ALL their employees!! I have used them several times on gut out projects of single and multiple rooms. Some were water damage and other was other damages. In EVERY case they ALWAYS go above and beyond on the job. Their crews are respectful of persons and property, they clean up at the end of EACH DAY, they are ALWAYS on time or KEEP YOU IN THE LOOP, great communication and their work is incredible! ❤️

Angel (Employee ID #9341) is very knowledgeable and resolved our issue quickly. He stayed for a while when he was finished so I could run the washer and fill & drain the sink to be sure that it was all taken care of before leaving. These guys are super professional and always on time. They also work and dispatch 24 hours a day. My tech, Kevin was super kind and knowledgeable and helped me understand our issue with roots in the line and explained what we needed to do to fix it. Definitely recommend them.

Felipe is a MAGICIAN. I almost didn’t hire RotoRooters based on the price… but something about Felipe made me feel like he knew what he was doing - he was giving vibes like he was gonna take this seriously, that he would figure out the root issue of our problem. And BOY DID HE!!

We had clogged gutter drain lines, and after a while of no luck finding the source, I started to lose hope, but FELIPE NEVER DID. The man was on an MISSION, checking everywhere. Trying everything. And within minutes WHOOSH out came some water from the clogged subsurface drain!!

I was so happy and relieved to see the problem identified and solved, especially ahead of storm season. THANK YOU FELIPE!
