Constraction reviews in Tomball, Texas

I have never had such prompt response from a contractor. The recent rain was coming thru the attic into the TV room. We found a vent pipe that was not sealed at all around the roof base, 3-4 inches! Quintin inspected it within a few hours, and had his crew repair it at 830 the next morning! While they were up there they repaired a hole in the decking roof. Price was very reasonable, and he will be invited back for further work.

Rooftop Innovations did a great job replacing our roof. Specifically, Greg Langford, he was the Project Manager and we really appreciate the job he did for us. He is very knowledgeable and walked us through the entire roof repair, always available to answer questions and kept us updated throughout the process.

Rooftop Inovations has been AWESOME from inspection, old roof removal, roof replacement and clean up. Casey Cooper has been very helpful assisting with our insurance claim explaining the entire process from beginning to end. Casey communicated frequently ensuring the process went smoothly and on schedule. Very pleased. Very professional company

I had an outstanding experience with Roof Top Innovations]! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful—especially when it came to navigating the insurance claim process. They walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and made what was a very stressful situation feel smooth and manageable.

The quality of the roof replacement was top-notch. The crew was punctual, efficient, and respectful of my property, leaving everything clean and tidy when they were done. My new roof looks fantastic, and I feel confident knowing the work was done with care and precision.

I highly recommend Roof Top Innovations to anyone needing roofing services—especially if you're dealing with an insurance claim. They truly go above and beyond!

I was required to replace my roof when I changed insurance carriers. Upon inspection, it was revealed that the age of the roof (10 yrs) was showing problems after Hurricanes Harvey and Beryl. Loose shingles and missing tabs. I received bids from three contractors and chose Rooftop Innovations. David Sanchez took the time to explain the process and update my knowledge of the roofing process which was severely outdated. The crew arrived as planned and were quick and thorough. During the old roof removal and then the new installation, the area was not littered with undue debris. The repair was completed in approximately six hours and when they departed you would not have known they had ever been there.
If roofing repairs or other structural projects are in the planning stages I would highly recommend getting quotes from this company before deciding on who will complete your projects.

I had an exceptional experience with Brandt Maples at Roof Top Innovations. They not only provided top-notch roofing services but Brandt also assisted me expertly with insurance matters after my roof was damaged in a storm. From guiding me through the claims process to delivering high-quality repairs promptly and courteously, they exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction make them the best choice for anyone in need of roofing services. I wholeheartedly recommend Roof Top Innovations for their outstanding work and unparalleled customer service.

Rooftop came out and inspected my roof. They found hail and wind damage. Cody was very professional and courteous. He explained to me how the process works for replacing the roof and working with the insurance company. I am happy with the quality of work. I highly recommend rooftop innovations for replacing your roof.

Hands down the best experience I’ve had with replacing my roof. The project manager, Wes Taylor , was professional and patient. He took his time to explain everything and ensuring I had a good understanding of the process. Initially, I reached out to obtain a quote as I had suffered hail damage. Wes worked with me from beginning to end. He helped me when I submitted my claim m and also followed up with the insurance company. He was always readily available. When my insurance was being unresponsive, it was Wes who quite honestly was on too of things. I felt like he really cared. In the end, when it came to replacing my roof, the experience was smooth. Wes was there with a team of 9 who worked all day until dark on completing the roof. The following morning they returned to ensure there was no trash left behind and to make sure no nails left. They were punctual, respectful and professional. Wes returned both days to do a final check. Again, I could not be happier. I am so grateful to having someone I could rely on and I love my new roof. I highly recommend!!!

Roofs aren’t cheap these days, but these guys were prompt, quick and efficient and put on a quality job. Cody was always available anytime before and during the process. They offered upgrade options but didn’t make any kind of hard sell on them. I decided to pay up for a Cat-4 roof because having one previously would have avoided the need for this whole re-do, and of course the insurance deductible as well.

Wes Taylor handled our claim. He made the roof replacement process very easy for me, as he communicated with my insurance company to provide the required information to keep the process moving along. He also found additional damage that the claims adjuster missed, and we were able to get that damaged covered and repaired as well. Wes & his crew did a great job keeping me informed throughout the process and while the work was actually being done. Lots of pictures showing the damage and the roof replacement in progress. They also did a great job cleaning up afterward. I highly recommend them. They did the same on my primary residence roof replacement due to hail damage. Wes does what he says he is going to do. And he is there while the work is being done also, in case you have any questions while the work is going on.

Brody was an absolute standout—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in navigating the insurance process. Excellent communication, outstanding work crew, competitive pricing, and great work! I couldn’t be happier. Can’t believe they came out and finished my roof in ONE DAY and did an excellent job. Took great care protecting flower beds and a/c units, then cleaned up beautifully when they were done, including rolling magnets over the lawn to pick up any stray nails. Would highly recommend these guys. Ask for Cody Moore. Best sales guy out there (honest)!

Quintin and his crew at Roof Top Innovations were an absolute pleasure to work with! They came to my rescue right away and worked diligently to get our home back together. They truly listened to my needs, delivered quality workmanship, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. Their professionalism, friendliness, and great customer service made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend Roof Top Innovations to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy work in The Woodlands/Tomball area!

I can't say enough good things about the service I received from Nick Chavez and his team from Roof Top Innovations. We had hail damage and even though the insurance company kept pushing back and denying our claim, Nick was unperturbed and helped us navigate until we finally got the go-ahead from the insurance adjuster! They completed our roof replacement in one day and left a clean yard. I've given 3 of my neighbors two-thumbs up and told them to use Roof Top for any roof repairs. I've also told friends and the guy who came to service our garage door! :)

Great job! Roof Top Innovations just replaced our roof. Chris, our project manager was available throughout the entire process. He handled all the details, listened to our concerns and communicated with our insurance adjuster without hesitation. He did an excellent job. The roof was done on time as promised and looks fantastic. The clean-up was great and our property and outside were left spotless. One of our neighbors is now using Roof Top as well. We definitely recommend them.

I’m a home inspector and I had a first hand look at their work inside of an attic space, and I was impressed. Most of the time I see new roofs and gaps left around appliance pipes that penetrate the roof, flashing that was not replaced, and damaged roof decking that was not replaced. These are things a home owner would probably never notice and many roofers can get away with taking the short cuts, but not this company. Inside this attic all of the roof penetrations (vent pipes, appliance pipes) were sealed, the flashing was new, and I thought, “this company did it right, I’d like to know who did this.” As it happened, Brody Sabiston drove up while I was outside, and we chatted a bit about the quality of their work. He was following up on a job for a neighbor. Now how many roofing companies are still there for you after the job is done? Not many. All in all, I’d highly recommend this company because of what I seen, and because of the quality of the ownership as Brody spoke highly of them. They didn’t compensate me for this review, I just wanted to let people know it’s a good company. I know the importance of a good roof, and all the small details are important! If you need a roof, repairs, or a roof inspection, call this company, you’ll be glad you did.

Nicholas Chavez, Roofing Specialist with Roof Top Innovations did an outstanding job inspecting roof and was very professional and educated men on every aspect my roof system. I have already had 2 other companies out to inspect the roof, and their knowledge and attention to detail was nowhere near Nicholas Chavez with Roof Top Innovations. He will be sending me his roof evaluation report this afternoon which is recommending to file hail claim. But also, just from an example report he showed me, I was very impressed with his skills to assess roof systems and make recommendations. Whether it’s to make partial repairs, roof maintenance, or filing insurance claim due to storm damage. Nicholas Chavez was referred to me from a good friend. And we definitely will be using the services of Nicholas Chavez to assist us with the insurance claims process and of course Roof Top Innovations will be doing the work. I highly recommend contacting Nicholas Chavez with Roof Top Innovations. I look forward to working with Nicholas!

Absolutely will use them again. They are kind and understanding. They work with you and help you if you are doing a claim with the insurance. They truly fight for your family. I will always recommend you family and friends. Thank you Kalen for all your help and for making this process easy for us. Not to mention you guys got my whole roof done in one day. Thank you a ton and look forward to being a repeat customer.

Rooftop Innovations was very attentive and helpful to the closing of our home. We needed a full roof replacement to close on the sale. They were able to get inspections, quotes and several color options to us in a quick turn around. The roof is such a great finishing look to our first home! Thank you for helping us in the process!
