Talk about customer service!! Not only did we work this company putting on a new room at my real estate office (which we proudly show off) but also used this company to put a new roof on our personal home. We have NO complaints what so ever. Professional and Personable and Caring - hands down!

ProStar replaced our metal roof 2 years ago. Their representative was courteous and professional and they managed their install team with kindness which was nice to see. The roof really is beautiful and Prostar's people cleaned everyday during the install, even when I told them to just wait until the end to pick up, they just kept cleaning up everyday. Transacting with ProStar was simple, they kept to their word and took care of the project. 46 inches of rain during hurricane Harvey and not one drip!! I highly recommend them for metal roofing.

ProStar, from my experience, is the absolute best roofing company I have used over the past 50 years. From our initial meeting through the final phase of installation, all of their managers and installation crew were unbelievably responsive and helpful. When they first arrived to look at my old aluminum shake roof, I was expecting to be in debt until I died. As it turned out, they discovered I had hail damage so outside my deductible, ProStar got my insurance company to pay the bill. I highly recommend ProStar as your next roofer!

We LOVE our roof. Its amazing quality and the warranty cannot be beat. It went up fast, the company is easy to get a hold of, the do great quality checks a follow ups. We own an older ranch home and this adds so much curb appeal. We get compliments/questions about it all the time. Would use this company again. Would recommend to family/friends.

ProStar came out to replace our roof after some hail damage. These guys were extremely professional making quick work of our 1 story house. I was impressed with the safety taken during the heat, the care taken to our property (lawn/plants etc.), good communication, as well as a through clean up after they were done. I was surprised at how quick they were able to complete the job, had it not been for the rain they would have finished our roof in under one day. Unfortunately, the rain continued but they found appropriate times to come back to complete the work. Our roof looks great and done at the quality/professionalize one should expect. I highly recommend ProStar and will be my first call in the future.

They did our roof last summer and it has been Amazing. The installation was handled quickly and professionally and they helped out with everything. We have people ask about our roof all the time. We have the aluminum shake shingles and it is unique and energy efficient. It’s nice to have the peace of mind of knowing we’ll never need another roof.

Outstanding service and quality! We were supposed to get our roof installed 2 weeks before Hurricane Harvey flooded our home. Our sales rep stayed in touch with us monthly to see how we were doing and if we were ready for the installation. Zack provided great customer care throughout the process of addressing my insurance claim from hail damage - working with the insurance carrier, helping us to understand the roof replacement options and what would look best for our home, and then the work itself. His crews were excellent in terms of quality of work and were very efficient. I highly recommend Prostar!

I would give them less than 1 star if it was possible. I paid for a full roof replacement around 10 years ago and every time it rains I have leaks. They used to come by every time it leaked and attempt to fix the issue. They never did fix any leak. Now I can not even get them to return my phone calls or texts. I have a portion of my roof without shingles because they took it off prior to a hurricane. There is a stack of shingles in my backyard. I have texted their front desk lady 20 or so times in the past few months and have never received a reply. I text because she will not answer my phone calls. I was using other peoples phones to sneak in and she would answer. She caught on and just stopped answering the phone all together. They do have a great warranty except they do not honor it. So, after 36k dollar I have 2 leaks on my roof every single time it has rained since they installed the roof. Stay away from this company.

I can't say enough about Roof Top Innovations and Wes Taylor. We had my mom's roof replaced and Wes was on time, answered all of our questions, and knowledgeable from start to finish. Wes worked with my mom's adjuster to get the claim right and approved. The crew showed up on time and did an awesome job. One of the best experiences we had working with a great company. This was the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. Project Manager Rene took care of EVERYTHING from making sure I understood the sometimes complicated jargon and details in the insurance company's paperwork to arranging for a crew to repair/install my fence at the last minute. They were very professional and serious about the tasks at hand. I am happy with my "new" roof and proud that my fence is no longer on the ground! I couldn't have asked for a more caring and concerned gentleman. Mr. Clayton arrived on time and conducted an inspection on my roof. Once completed , he went over the details which he advised roof is in new condition and no maintenance is needed at this time. My roof is good to go. Did recommend that I have it inspected again in a couple of years which I will definitely reach out to them. There was no pressure or sales push. I respect this type of individual which is rare.
