Constraction reviews in Tomball, Texas

Came here to say that Quintin and Roof Top Innovations are the TRUTH! My roof was in horrible shape after last years' storms, and with another unpredictable hurricane season coming up I was beyond worried. However, once I met Quintin with Roof Top Innovations all that worry went out of the door. He quickly came to do an initial inspection, met with my adjuster ON SITE to ensure the insurance company was properly evaluating my damage, and when the time came Quintin and his team completed the job in ONE. DAY. They were available for questions, professional, and even covered my patio furniture and pool during the construction progress. The before and after photos speak for themselves. As a first-time homeowner, I had no idea what to expect. Luckily, Quintin and his team were there to make a daunting major roof repair into a minor issue of the past. Raise the roof for Roof Top Innovations (pun intended) -- It's the best decision you can make to protect your home and investment. Thank you Quintin and the entire Roof Top Innovations team !

Roof Top Innovations replaced our roof this year. The inspection was quick and thorough - showing us pictures of all of the damages they viewed. We are relatively newer homeowners and they were super helpful in walking us through the claim filing process with our insurance company. They were present for the meeting with the adjuster and our claim was approved quickly. They were on site throughout the day as the roof was being tore off and replaced. Our new roof is beautiful and we’ve had absolutely no issues! Would definitely recommend!

Cody and Cody with Roof Top Innovations and crew knocked it out the park! They started early and stayed late to fix my roof hail damage. They did. Great job cleaning up afterwards. The attention to detail and customer service was evident when Cody Moore walked through the door, walking my wife and I through the process with patience and expertise. Would 10/10 recommend.

Roof Top Innovations, the Best Roofing Company, hands down, bar none.

We chose RTI from a narrowed selection of top 3 pros we generated from the Certainteed Shingle Manufacturer website based on star ratings and reviews, Certainteed credential length of time as a "Select Shingle Master", and personal interaction with each during free roof inspections and discussion of detailed procedures for roof replacement. BBB Accredited Business and A+ rating, and Insurance verified. Certainteed website was chosen for finding a Pro because initially we thought we were going to use Certainteed shingles.

David Sanchez was our roofing specialist/project manager. He was knowledgeable, professional, a pleasure to work with, always responsive to our questions. David did the initial inspection and confirmed hail damage on multiple slope sections of our roof and took pictures. He took the time to be there at my request to answer any questions Insurance had when I filed my claim and also made himself available to meet with the 3rd party inspection adjuster and made sure that all damage was noted and yet being professional and allowing the adjuster to do his job.

Along the way David engaged several RTI co-workers and managers (a big Thank You to James, Thomas, Sam, Clayton, Arliss & Raúl and their roofing crews) who helped get us to the ultimate goal of full roof replacement and getting us back whole to pre-hail storm status consistent with our insurance policy. A day and a half starting at 6 am. Thursday to complete the job.

Saturday morning wife mysteriously says to me come take a two minute ride with me so I jumped in the car drove a bit, and we started slowly driving towards our house. My first words were... "my goodness, gorgeous," which were similar words expressed by my wife in reference to the roof completed by RTI Roof Top Innovations.

So 100% I recommend Roof Top Innovations for anyone considering roofing work on their home.

Absolutely an awesome experience from start to finish… Mr. Rene M. and his crew “knocked it out of the park”. Rene exceeded expectations in coordinating my roof replacement with the insurance company and adjuster. The communication and attention to details were excellent and put safety first. Great job to explain roof materials and installation details. On time, they protected plants and thoroughly cleaned the work site after completing the job. Highly recommend Roof Top Innovations and especially Rene M and his team to handle any roofing needs.
