Sergio and Titan Comfort Solutions provided a professional service on our air conditioning system. They reacted quickly to my call and Sergio did a wonderful job!

Titan is efficiently the best. Our AC wasn’t cooling and from making an appointment to the repair only took a day. Our condenser coil had a leak and they contacted Carrier for the warranty replacement and luckily they had an available in stock. Fom their admin to Justin, everyone is top notch and you can feel their honesty.

Sergio was just out to my home to fix my AC. He arrived only 3 hours after I called, was very professional, explained everything to me in a way I could understand, was extremely kind, and got me all fixed up with running AC again. It was very affordable, and I would highly recommend Titan.

After having used another company (which I thought was very good but turns out they weren’t), I decided to do some research on my issue and look around for recommendations. Titan came highly recommended by multiple neighbors and after having used their services I can see why. Justin was thorough and informative. He walked me through every step, actually showed me the problem, and then went over multiple solution options with me. He really went above and beyond to help me find the best solution for my home and budget. They will certainly be the only company I call from now on.

2nd Post: Titan came back out again because I noticed a second issue. This time it was Sergio. Again, awesome, awesome, awesome. I've been running the A/C now for about 4+ hours and everything seems to be going really well. Great company, great service!

Quality and quick service! Carlos our technician was very professional and diagnosed and repaired our AC quickly.

We finally had to replace a 26 year old set of AC ducts under our 111 year old pier & beam home in Montrose. The real problem is that at best, you may have 30 inches of clearance to work in, to replace a plenum that’s 20” X 30”, not to mention, the 10-ducts connected to the plenum. This was a MONUMENTAL JOB! The Titan Team came up with a far better design for the system, getting more air evenly delivered to all 10 registers. Moreover, they did all the work brilliantly and for a very reasonable price. At the completion of the installation the system was pressurized to 120% of the testing limits and the duct system performed 2 times better than acceptable limits of leakage!!! That is an outstanding achievement for any duct system, especially considering the horribly tight conditions under the house.

This is a super responsive and kind family owned business that takes their business very seriously, always doing excellent work and making sure the customer is fully supported and happy with the final product. They are my new AC Company!

Justin and Sergio did a great job installing the whole home dehumidifier. I highly recommend Titan Comfort Systems for all AC and related needs. They are very good at communicating expectations and pricing, being on time and making the system work great.

Incredible work! They came out 3 years ago to fix ac and did a great job then. Our AC stopped working, they came out next day to inspect. They could get the parts and fix that day! Project ended up taking longer than they expected and stayed on site for almost 5 hours to address the issue. Sergio was incredibly professional and kind and did great work! Can’t recommend highly enough!!

Great Trustworthy Company. We have several rental properties & trust them with all of them. In fact, we tried a home warranty company to cut back on some costs & ended up wasting tons of money after just one year. Titan is very thorough & doesn’t try to upsell you into something you don’t need. Plus their customer service & turnaround time is perfect!

As a real estate agent I am very careful on who I refer to my clients. Titan is one of the most honest and truly hard-working companies I have had the pleasure to refer. We had inspection report that stated that the AC needed to be replaced. We found out that was not the fact and found out to my sellers only needed a small repair a perfectly good and working HVAC system for their home.

Now I have used them for my own personal house, and in this brutal heat, they are saviors! Justin is so knowledgeable, so appreciative to have somebody that I can trust was such a major item in my home!

Such a great company, Justin and Jessica went out of their way when our ac had a catastrophic failure late in the evening. They came out gave us a portable ac, and the next day came and installed the new ac. If you are tired of getting charged to much and want a honest company. I want to post this for anyone looking for an HVAC company. Our friends suggested Titan Comfort Solutions (because of a terrible and expensive ordeal we had with our last company) and they were FANTASTIC. Jessica, one of the owners took my call, listened to my frustrations about the previous company we used and she got me scheduled right away. She was super professional and very easy to work with. Sergio was our tech and he was awesome. He spent time going through our whole HVAC system and making adjustments as needed. He sent us a quote for other concerns as well. He was VERY professional, easygoing, and knowledgeable. This was a great experience. Far better than our last experience.

Carlos was fantastic! He was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He got our A/C up and running in no time without breaking the bank!

Had a small issue this morning, was contacted by one of the owners within 30 minutes after the tech left, they sent another tech this afternoon, all is well! Thanks for the great customer service.
