Called on a Saturday evening when one of our units wasn’t working. Got one of the owners on the phone who tried to help me troubleshoot the issue over the phone. When that didn’t work, they had someone out within an hour. Sergio, the technician, got my AC back up and running in no time so that my kids didn’t have to sleep in the sweltering heat. Prices were super fair. Sergio was honest and didn’t try to sell me a whole new system like the last guy from a different company did. I’ll be calling Titan from now on. Thanks Titan!

First of all, Justin took the time to try and help me fix my AC by telephone when it went out completely!! But the issue ended up being more serious, so Sergio came out early the next morning and did an amazing job!!! He explained everything that was needed for my AC unit (as well as what was not needed). Titan serviced and made repairs to 11 HVAC units at our religious facility. They were early to the job and worked hard, cleaned up after each service or repair and were courteous to everyone they met on the campus. They provided a great service and gave us recommendations to save on our energy usage as well.

This is one of the best A/C companies i have had to use. They are on time, always available, very friendly. They explained every detail that was wrong, what needed to be fixed, what was also recommended for future maintenance as well. Fair prices and all around the best in the area.

Hello there, my name is Kip harris and I cannot tell you how amazing this company is. We had another company in the Woodlands area do a duct cleaning for us and they left it completely moist and we grew Mold over six months. We were all getting sick we were all having problems and Titan came in, showed us the mold and fixed our air within five days. They replaced our top bottom and reuptake vents. They didn’t just replace them. They revamp them. We used to have spider vents. They made dedicated lines. Our Air now works more efficiently. It doesn’t have to run as long. I’m interested to see our new electric bill because Isaiah was amazing and showed us that the last company had set our CFM to 1400 and he was saying it only needed to be on 800 and that we were pulling way too much air or air was working harder, not smarter and he fixed our entire house I cannot be more happy and let me tell you if you’re thinking about going with a company This company is amazing. They do not charge you a crazy amount and they fix things that only need to be fixed. They are great and they tell you along the way exactly what’s gonna happen.
